Had a chance to connect with the team, ask questions, test products as well as receive and try on different skin care products! I was not aware they carried my favorite cruelty free product: Eminence! I have really sensitive and delicate skin skins and have been known to get a reaction from non cruelty free products. My dermatologist told me I'm hypersensitive to fragrance so I have to be carful what I use on my skin. I discovered Eminence products about 9 years ago when I used to be vegan. I am a fan of using natural, organic raw ingredients nothing that has to be tested on animals is nothing I want to use on my skin! Besides I love animals why would want to hurt them? I did not have the time try a facial or Microdermabrasion that day but now that I know they use an organic and cruelty free product will be sure to come back!

It was absolute perfection & the best addition to the Arctic Berry Radiance facial. And of course, added the dermaplane. The lymphatic massage is so incredibly relaxing. I was so excited when I learned they had one of these. I had been wanting to try one of these but couldn't find the right place. It was such a lovely surprise & I couldn't wait to try. I was super lucky & added it on to my facial. It really enhanced the whole experience. Would definitely recommend wearing loose pants or something a little more chill than jeans. Don't misunderstand, it was still awesome, even with the jeans. I would imagine it's going to be even better next time. It's already been added to my next appointment. You should definitely add this to your appointment. The Arctic Berry Radiance facial was unbelievable. It was so refreshing & my skin soaked it all up. This is a seasonal facial & according to the website, "This treatment includes an Artic Berry Enzyme to refine pores, even skin tone, and improve collagen production all while protecting against environmental stressors. The Hibiscus treatment in this service firms and lifts the skin and increases elasticity while plumping the skin for a more firm and toned appearance." Absolutely a MUST before it rotates out of season!! Breahna was AH-MAZING! She's so nice & friendly. Easy to chat with & incredibly skilled. This really is such an awesome place. So glad I found this place. 100% recommend!!!!

That level of confidence is earned over time through consistently excellent results, thoughtful guidance, and a standard of care that is truly exceptional. Over the years, I have undergone a range of treatments with her, including LaseMD Ultra, Silhouette and PDO Threads, Botox, filler, Sculptra, and Endolift. Each experience has been handled with precision and care, and the outcomes have always been natural and well-balanced. Dr. Maltais has a remarkable ability to enhance features without ever making them look overdone--leaving me looking refreshed and like the best version of myself. This year's treatments were particularly impactful. Prior to treatment, I had noticeable facial laxity, including heaviness in the lower face, jowls, and neck, which contributed to a more tired appearance, along with a downturned look around the eyes. Following treatment, there is a clear yet subtle improvement in lift, firmness, and overall facial harmony, with a natural restoration of volume. The results are meaningful while remaining refined and cohesive with my natural features. Her entire team is equally professional and attentive. Shelby, in particular, is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and an uplifting presence, and she consistently helps make every visit feel comfortable and positive. Together, they create a warm, welcoming, and seamless experience from start to finish. For anyone seeking a practitioner with exceptional technical skill, aesthetic judgment, and integrity, I cannot recommend Dr. Maltais and her team highly enough. After more than 15 years, my trust in her remains absolute.
