My husband and I bought a groupon for the tattoo removal service and had our first treatment today. Both of our tattoos are on the smaller side so it's not going to cost much to remove them but it will take multiple sessions. One of my tattoos is very close to disappearing since it wasn't done very well to begin with but the other is solid black and will take about 4-5 sessions to remove. I was treated for some hair removal, after 12 sessions at their clinic, I can finally say that it's not "removal" but rather "reduction". Had 12 sessions got worked on by 7 different people. Every time I'd go there the last employee was fired cause of the owners mood swings. Their customer service is below American standard. I had heard good things about this place but hadn't experienced such service whatsoever. They miss spots, the employees are not experienced at all. The only person with little knowledge whatsoever regarding anything laser related would be the owner. -They don't honor what they stand for. -Service is below standard. -They are more expensive than other laser removal location. -Unprofessional, not well trained. -Scammer -should receive the worst possible grade by the BBB Avoid at all costs if you're going for laser treatment, all 5 star ratings must be from family and friends. At the time, I was breastfeeding and they do not do any treatments on breastfeeding/pregnant mothers, which I understood. However, they told me the certificate does not expire and can come back any time. By the time I was done breastfeeding/having babies, they refused to let me use the certificate stating it's only good for 2 years. (Payed for 12 sessions) I respectfully asked for my money back because she was trying to charge me more money. She ended up stealing all my money and refused to give me any more laser sessions.
