She tried to sell me hundreds of dollars worth of things they can do to my skin. When I said I couldn't do that and that I wanted her to look at a spot, she said my time was up and I have to make another appointment. I was in shock. This visit was me listening to her sell numerous things she could do to my skin, instead of her actually checking a spot on my body. The front office staff and manager helped me tremendously after my visit and I'm extremely grateful for them. I'm looking for another dermatology office now. After seeing the numerous cases similar to mine keep happening, I hope this company knows what to do to stop losing patients.

I stopped going and waited 6 months before I had something for a true professional like Sexy Lexie Lashes to work with. I still have bald spots even after 6 months, but they are growing back.
