Eight months later, it happened again. This time I received only 89 pills. The pharmacist, Zelalem, said he would review the count and call me back. Later, he told me they confirmed 90 pills were dispensed and that there was nothing they could do. Being shorted once is concerning. Being shorted twice at the same pharmacy is unacceptable. She came back and put the medicine in the bag and she said, "do you have any questions for the pharmacist?" I said yeah how much do I give her? How often do I give it to her and she said it's right there on the paper..... why did you ask me if I had questions for the pharmacist if you were just going to direct me to the piece of paper? That makes absolutely zero sense. I'm not a doctor and I didn't go to school for medicine and I just wanna make sure that I'm giving my daughter the correct dosage of her medicine so that she'll feel better.
