When I arrived at the store I wasn't quite sure what medicine would be the appropriate medicine to take. The pharmacist took the time to answer all my questions even suggested a medicine that would work best. I normally do not go to Walgreens for my prescriptions or over-the-counter drugs. However this will be the place I come in the future. You can't beat this type of customer service. In fact the customer service is so good and fast I didn't have time to walk the aisles looking at the random items you find in drug stores.

Eight months later, it happened again. This time I received only 89 pills. The pharmacist, Zelalem, said he would review the count and call me back. Later, he told me they confirmed 90 pills were dispensed and that there was nothing they could do. Being shorted once is concerning. Being shorted twice at the same pharmacy is unacceptable. Count your medication before you leave.

I had two nails break within 24 hours of my original appointment, so I texted on Monday to ask if there was any availability to get them fixed that day. I was told there was an opening at 11:00 and was booked with my original nail tech. I even made it clear that if he wasn't available, I was completely fine with anyone else fixing the two broken nails. I arrived around 11:06, and when I walked in, I overheard one of the nail techs say that I was scheduled for 11:15, which was confusing because that was not the time I was given through text. I then sat and waited for about 30-40 minutes with absolutely no communication about the delay. I completely understand that salons get busy, and I would have been totally fine waiting 15-20 minutes if someone had simply communicated that to me. The frustrating part was being told I had an 11:00 appointment, then waiting 30-40 minutes for two broken nails to be fixed without anyone letting me know what was going on or how much longer it would be. I'm disappointed because I genuinely love this salon and have had great experiences here before. I just think communication could have made this situation much better. If you're running behind, please let your clients know instead of scheduling them for a time when they may end up waiting much longer. I had other plans today, and spending 40 minutes waiting without any explanation was frustrating.

Her comment "Don't need it don't care." There's a difference between confidence and just an unprofessional snob. Within two weeksn my eyelids were hoods hanging on my eyes.
