I felt so good my skin felt the treatment, I have Melasma (sadly generic) She helped feel that it will be ok and if I get consistent with treatments it will be help me tremendously. I went in today to pick up a prescription for my two year-old that has a double ear infection, she grabbed the medicine, I paid for it, and then she walked away from the counter and didn't say a word. She came back and put the medicine in the bag and she said, "do you have any questions for the pharmacist?" I said yeah how much do I give her? How often do I give it to her and she said it's right there on the paper..... why did you ask me if I had questions for the pharmacist if you were just going to direct me to the piece of paper? That makes absolutely zero sense. I'm not a doctor and I didn't go to school for medicine and I just wanna make sure that I'm giving my daughter the correct dosage of her medicine so that she'll feel better. Totally rude and zero customer service.

I said that was fine and then when we went to check out, she tipped herself $35 and when I asked her $35 and she goes yes that's my tip. I didn't like that I would have preferred to be able to make my own decision on how much I wanted to tip her since she already charged me $100 for a pedicure. I called spoke to the owner. They did nothing about it. This place has gone to shit. I'm very disappointed. I will never return Again. I'm very upset because this was my go to place for the last.
