I came here to get my brows done on a Sunday afternoon. I recently relocated to the valley after…read moreresiding down south for about eight years, down in Tucson the same wonderful lady did my brows for over eight years. It was a really hard break up, and my expectations are very high for a replacement. When we walked in today, there was one person in a chair, but it was otherwise vacant, which is always nice. I can't say that I was impressed with the visit, which is unfortunate. I had to ask her to fix a couple areas, and then I gave up and had to clip when I got home. The edging under the brow was not clean, and there were a few random brow hairs that I had to pluck also. She also has a strong hand, I understand you need pressure to get the hair off, but it just wasn't a good service compared to what I've had before. I will try again and maybe go a different day to see if another technician provides me a better experience. She was very nice, and the store is very clean. Just not my cup of tea!

However whoever this new girl is I've never seen before was not nice at all, didn't say hi make eye contact the whole time simply said sit in the chair, grab your eye, k you're done, didn't even show me my eyebrows, they still looked really straggly and not as nice as the other ladies do it, but i didn't say anything because i felt uncomfortable, i always tip and i did not tip this time, all of the ladies who run this place is amazing don't get me wrong they do an amazing job but the young really short one did not leave a good taste in my mouth Update: the owner reached out and she is the biggest reason I'm changing my review because i do love this business overall. I highly recommend waiting and going to her!

Was looking for a brow threading place near by and chose this location due to the reviews . First…read moreoff the women were extremely friendly and welcoming . Clean space and I didn't have to wait , they took me in the chair immediately . Not sure the reason could have been cause it was a Wednesday and it was a rainy day ! The woman was quick and it hardly hurt at all . Ultimately in the end I was content with the service . She cleaned my brows , they weren't as neat like the pictures I saw from customers but overall I was okay with them just wasn't okay with the price they charged . I think $17.99 is a bit much for brow threading . I've gone to two locations that charge half the price and my outcome is better and arched better . So would I recommend this location ? Maybe due to the welcoming atmosphere but not for the average persons pockets .

As if it never happened. Lashes are okay, not great but I can live with them. As for the brows... horrible. I then went in for a micro needling service hours later, it went good & pain was 4/10. Wasn't that red after too. I felt great afterwards. They don't let you choose the serum or ask about your skin concerns. Randomly use whatever they use for everyone. Felt like it was surface level though. Like I could've done the same at home for $230 but do it 40 different times (cause I'd have so much product) I feel like it was sort of a waste of money. Cheap though, you get what you pay for I guess. But as far as the lamination ... horrible. Kind of disappointed.
