This time around we both tried this location and both of us had the best experience with Cassandra Myself it was a first for time waxing for me, more out of curiosity and self improvement. Cassandra was excellent, I had 2 major areas waxed and I am smooth as a baby's bottom, although spoiler alert, it was not my bottom. Still a very pleasant, joyous painfree wonderful experience with Cassandra. Sure we had a small 'sell' for products but nothing hard or full time during our waxing. I found a gal in Scottsdale and she was great. She even numbed my eyelids despite my dermatologist claiming it can't be done. She left the practice and I was on search for a replacement. Anyhow, fast forward to now and Nina is my new gal for good! She did offer to numb my eyelids but explained the process she uses is different and it might not be as painful. Instead of burning the tags off, she used a machine with waves. It was quicker and less painful! This is not a high end Scottsdale place where the rich go. This is a very comfy, clean and relaxing place (a brand new location and facility)!! They have moved, so they are no longer located on Union Hills. They are located on Thunderbird and 94th Avenue. If you want the same quality services but you want fancy, go to Scottsdale pay a LOT more!! If the quality of service is important to you and your money is too, go here instead!!

I have gone to many big waxing places and individually owned ones but Sully is by far the best Waxer I have ever had.
