Immediately I noticed a huge lump forming on the left side of my upper lip. It is a clear bubble filled of Juvederm (cyst) which is caused by improper injection. I had a bad experience during my last laser session. After the appointment, the pain continued and I ended up with burns on both underarms. I had to go to urgent care and was diagnosed with partial-thickness burns and prescribed medication. I've always communicated with the clinic by text for appointments or any questions and usually received a response. However, since reaching out about what happened, I've followed up multiple times and haven't received any response or follow-up at all. This has been extremely frustrating and disappointing, especially considering the seriousness of the situation. I'm currently traveling so I haven't been able to come in person, but I have photos documenting the progression of the burns as well as medical documentation.
