Came here with my mom and had a great massage and scalp massage. They used the right amount of pressure for both of us. This place did a better job then the expensive hotel in Scottsdale. The massage was a little different for both of us. They worked on different parts but feels good. The place is really nice and clean. They bring you to the quiet room where you fill out some papers and there's snacks there. Also they give you water if you like. You get to choose what type of oil scent you want. LOVE THIS PLACE! I signed up for the monthly as a referral from my aunt who currently goes here. I just moved to Phoenix from San Diego and was happy to find an awesome spa so quickly. So far I have had two massages, one facial, and and eyelash lift/tint. I am obsessed with their product lines too! I used image in esthetician school- which is sadly an $8k I won't get back in tuition since I never used the degree but I digress. But I love image and especially their ormedic lip balm which is amazing. I also just recently bought their lip plumper which has all natural ingredients and uses WASABI as its plumping agent! It smells similar to the lip injection by too faced but works BETTER. Not to mention the amazing services but the people who I have encountered while checking out/in are also beautiful souls! I have a feeling that is a prerequisite to working here since everyone is so genuine and makes you feel comfortable immediately. Massages- I have had two massages here, first one with cupping and second with hot stones. The cupping was amazing and I felt tension fall off my body after. The hot stones I have decided I have to get every time I go because it felt so amazing and they use Himalayan salt rocks which infuse minerals back in the body. Facial- I love Hannah! She did my facial and eyelash lift/tint. She has such a beautiful soul and I truly enjoy my time talking with her. She is so knowledgeable and passionate about skin and the ingredients we put back into it. She gave me an amazing facial which left me glowing and relaxed. I just had one of the best spa days ever. I just took advantage of a new client promo, it's $99 for a facial AND massage. You read this right.. both! I came on a Saturday and they were able to fit me in during the second half of the afternoon for both treatments. Kim was my massage therapist and a true professional. We talked about what I was looking to get out of this experience, which was relaxation. Kim explained different ways we could go about achieving what I was looking for. The level of expertise she had was evident as soon as she massage started. She applied pressure and would check in to see how I was feeling. A unique quality about Fuschia is that they let the client pick the music in their room and scent of the massage oil. I chose to go with eucalyptus but they had mango, unscented, lavender, peppermint and others. They had a robe for me to change into after finishing my massage, and walked me over to the next room where J would be getting my facial. My clothes and belongings were kept in a basket that Kim carried to the esthetician room. Hannah was my esthetician and she took great care of me. She was also super professional with asking questions about what I was looking to get done. She also communicated with me throughout my service about what she was putting on my face, even telling me to expect to feel a tingle. I told her I was looking to get rid of blackheads and after we did extractions, they were all gone. Hannah also massaged my neck and shoulders which was amazing! She was gentle when applying the masque and products to my face too. The owner Shauna was there when I checked out and we went over membership options. She was informative about what they offered, without being pushy. A perk about their membership which stood out to me, is that the treatments roll over and they are transferable to others. FUCHSIA SAVED MY WEEKEND! It was a Friday afternoon and I had a lunch meeting up on High Street. I had been battling a screaming tension headache most of the week and desperately needed a massage. I knew about the Fuchsia location up on High Street so before my meeting, I popped in to see if they had a 30 minute opening to help fix my headache. I knew it was a long shot since I was so last minute but miraculously, THEY COULD GET ME IN! The best part, the therapist that was available specialized in tension headaches and migraines. Oh my gosh, my week was MADE! I feel awful because I totally forget my therapist's name but you better believe i'll be scheduling with her again because she was a DREAM. One thing that I love about Fuchsia is that their massages come standard with your choice of essential oil to use during your massage. They offer peppermint which I know is good for headaches. So, I chose that! They also let you choose what kind of music you'd like to listen to. I had a 30 minute express massage and wish it would have been 2 hours. She hit every spot and I can honestly say, she is the first therapist who completely made the headache go away by the time I walked out. They also offered a tingling scalp massage for an additional $5 on special - um, yes please!! I walked in feeling so disgruntled because my head had been throbbing most of the week and walked out feeling like a million bucks, tingling scalp and all. She even gave me some techniques to help with future headaches which I was so grateful for! I live pretty far from this location but a visit to see this therapist is worth the drive. This is a cute spa! I came in today for an express massage (30 min). Everyone of the ladies working was super sweet. Upon checking in I was offered a cocktail or water.
