The space is so cute and comfy and different from regular salons and home techs, it feels almost like a combo of both. You get the homey feel and detailed work while being in a bigger space. I have never been treated so poorly by a business in my life. I originally had an appointment at 11:30 AM. I called ahead because I was going to be a few minutes late, and the employee I spoke with assured me it was no problem and just asked me to get there safely. Shortly after, I received a text confirming that my appointment had been moved to 12:30 PM, so I arrived at 12:20 PM as instructed. Instead of being helped, I was met by the manager, who was immediately rude and confrontational. She told me I had already been charged for my appointment and that I would not be receiving any service or any refund for the $200 they took from me. When I showed her the text proving they had changed my appointment time, she refused to acknowledge it and dismissed it completely. I walked out of the salon crying after losing $200 for absolutely nothing. My husband went inside afterward to calmly try to resolve the situation, but instead of acting professionally, the manager started yelling and cursing at him. She told him he wasn't getting a refund and that he could "contact his fucking bank" if he had a problem. After reading through other reviews, it's clear I'm not the only customer who has experienced issues with being charged unfairly and treated disrespectfully. That makes this even more concerning. Charging a customer $200 without providing any service, refusing to acknowledge your own scheduling mistake, and speaking to customers with profanity is completely unacceptable. Instead, they refused to do the appointment, kept our $200, and told us we would never get a refund--even though no service was ever provided. I was so excited to unexpectedly cross paths with Sandra again after seeing her at a different salon in the past! It was such a pleasant surprise to find out she works here now. She did an amazing job on my pedicure--she's incredibly detail-oriented, takes her time, and always makes sure everything looks perfect. Very unprofessional and low standard salon. I booked an appointment for a wet pedicure and gel manicure. When I arrived the technician told me that the manager was not in and they specifically were not trained on a wet pedicure. They asked if would I be okay with a dry pedicure I said that would be fine. She explained that there is a price difference (the dry pedicure would be less) and what comes with the dry pedicure. Literally all she did was remove my previous polish, file my toes (never used a nail clipper or any other nail tool), she used a machine on the bottom of my feet barely and that was it! She painted my toes. I was so upset and unsatisfied I did not want to continue with the manicure and have them mess up my fingernails that I was working on growing out. When I left they still charged me for a manicure. When I reached out to them they refused to refund me for the manicure and adjust the cost for the poorly executed manicure. So essentially I paid for services I did not receive. I have include photos of the pedicure to show how poor of a job was done and the technician was satisfied with her work. If this is acceptable for their salon I will never return and recommend anyone else to find a different salon. read more

I visited on 02/13/26 and should have listened to the warnings, they absolutely lived up to their name: total snobs. The vibe was passive aggressive from the jump. When I asked for a manicure, the woman snapped, 'Just a manicure?' even after I clarified I wanted gel. She told me it would be a 10 minute wait, which was fine, but once I sat down with a different tech and showed them my inspo, the original woman interjected with a rude, 'What happened to clear coat?' I have no idea why I stayed. The service was atrocious, and after being dehumanized and made to feel completely unwelcome, I left with nothing but a basic clear coat. Save your money and go somewhere where they actually treat humans with respect. read more

I was taken back about 20 minutes late and then told they didn't have time to do the services I booked. The booking process is confusing, especially when it comes to nail art. During my appointment, staff openly talked about their own coworkers and employees. Another client came in after booking over the phone and was turned away and treated rudely. He had called the salon to inquire about the booking process for a specific service and then was told the service wasn't available at their location at check in. What really didn't sit right with me was hearing Cyd tell the team not to reimburse the client's deposit after he left. This person called ahead, booked the service, and showed up, only to be turned away. My sisters and I are visiting from out of town and were looking forward to a relaxing girls' day, so we decided to give this salon a try. Unfortunately, our experience started off on the wrong foot. I called to check on availability and was met with an incredibly rude response. I wasn't even given the chance to ask about alternative appointment times. Thinking maybe it was a one-off, my sister gave them a call shortly after--and was met with even worse treatment. The lack of professionalism and basic courtesy was honestly shocking. If you're in a customer-facing role, being personable and respectful is part of the job. There's a way to communicate availability without being dismissive or rude. Based on our experience--and after reading other similar reviews--it's clear this isn't an isolated issue. I wouldn't recommend spending your money at a place that treats potential clients this way. It took me a minute to write this because I don't love giving poor reviews, but I was very unsatisfied with Sabrina's work I booked a hard gel removal and fill because my regular tech wasn't in. I let Sabrina know that all but one of my nails were natural and that typically I use nail forms to lift the curve and need a thicker apex because of the length. She didn't want to do a soak off as she said she could "save them," and I trusted that. I felt like not much care was taken during the removal of the lifting and filing because I was burned a few times and she caught the edges of my nails with the file, causing small tears and chips that weren't fixed because she also didn't want to do any shape refining since she said my nails were "perfect already." I said a couple times that I wanted a thicker apex and the shaping done sharper and she just kept saying how pretty they already were. She also giggled and said "oops, sorry i forgot these were real," each time she caught my nails with the file which was a little upsetting in the moment. I had to refine the shape of my nails at home because they were left uneven. The overall finish wasn't smooth, as in there was no transition between different thicknesses of the nail, and the thinness made them feel unsupported. I was very happy with the color application, but not the fill itself. Within 3 days of my appointment, two nails had started lifting and one nail completely shattered when I accidently hit it on my seatbelt buckle. It's now not even been a full two weeks and all but two nails are lifting. I had to do my best to remove the product by cutting off all my length and filing. I had been growing my nails for about 7 months so it kind of really upset me. I'll attach photos fresh out of the salon, after I shaped them, and how they have been since this past Saturday. Hopefully this review isn't too harsh as Sabrina herself is really nice. I just didn't love what I left with. I have some conflicting feelings about my experience here. On one hand, the tech doing my nails was very sweet and friendly and my nails did come out nicely. But she did end up cutting me. At the time it didn't hurt too badly so I brushed it off (and she clearly felt bad about it) but over the next day or two, it just hurt worse and worse. I'm having to wear a bandaid and spray it with antibacterial spray because it's feeling infected. I get that things happen, but it's pretty painful and irritating to deal with. And the last thing is, I was expecting a salon. This seemed more like an apartment turned into a studio, which I didn't love. read more

Worst manicure of my life. From start to finish, my experience with Nail Snob was horrible. When I arrived I was told my appointment was moved to a different technician the one I specifically booked with. I was disappointed but willing to give it a go. The tech who helped me- while super nice- did not seem to possess the technical skills to even do a regular gel manicure. Throughout the experience she kept getting paint all over her hands and on mine as well. It took 45 minutes for her to even begin painting my nails. The techniques used were unprofessional and the result was lumpy nails with paint all over my cuticles. What's worse is when I requested a refund I was told they don't do refunds and it's "on the receipt." What exactly is the point of a refund policy written on a document you only receive after paying? When I messaged the salon about the poor quality work & being moved to a different tech than the one I wanted I was told "all our techs are trained the same." At least they stand by their poor work I guess? The owner did call to try to get me to come back to be "fixed" but after my experience I had no trust in the salon at all and did not want anyone else there touching my nails. If they're all trained like that why on earth would I want them to be redone the same?
