I really liked this place up until today. I called to see if they can get me in in 30 minutes. No problem he said. I get there a few minutes before my appointment and I'm told it will be 35 min wait. I said ok I'll be back. I came back in 35 minutes and she had a customer in the pedicure chair. The one guy told me because you didn't say when you'd be back she took another customer. I so much wish this worked out. The owner is in Vietnam. We live in the neighborhood & My friend comes twice per month. We Made an appointment for two services each, which they didn't honor bc we had to wait over 35 minutes at our appointment time. First, the gal cut my toe. Then, we said we both wanted the $50 mani -pedi deal on the sign out front (see pic of the sign) & she said, No! price now up. We had new wall paper. $50 too cheap. it's $52. We said it's only $2 but your sign says $50. She continued to argue. Meanwhile, my friend still was Waiting 35 min past our appointment time, so my friend said - forget the pedi, just a mani & I decided to just get a pedi. The nail tech continued to argue about the price then went outside & turned the sign around. By this time, we didn't have time for a mani & a pedi so they up charged us for getting a single service. Bottom line - sooooo WEIRD! Sienna lost on 2 services & 2 customers. Rosie - Fire that gal, she is NOT good for your business! All over $2! WEIRD! We Will go back to CHIC or Biltmore. read more

I purchased a gift certificate for a friend (important to mention; she has early onset dementia), for a manicure and pedicure. When I dropped her off, I gave clear instruction, she needs a trim and a manicure and pedicure. Not only did they not complete the package. They also took advantage and upsold her on an unnecessary eyebrow wax. They took advantage of someone with dementia to upsell. They did a pedicure, but failed to do a manicure. They said that "nail filing" IS the manicure and they don't cut and shape. They were VERY rude to deal with and refused any remedy. DO NOT USE THIS SALON, I wished I paid attention to their bad reviews before taking her there. Please see attached photo of the example of the poor work they do at this salon. Run.run.run as fast as you can from this business. I went in for a polish change on my freshly filled (5days) acrylic nails. I have French powder and just wanted all white ( I decided on outfit change for the wedding.) I asked for my clear gel to be taken off and all white. My regular nail lady is 30 min from my house. NBD, just a polish change. They weren't that busy but there was lots of yelling and noise. A male sat down to do my nails. He asked if I wanted a fill also and I declined he proceeded to get an attitude. My nails looked like a 4 year old painted them. There were lines and because he didn't paint the whole nail. Another woman came to do my nails. She seemed upset and told me that my nails (Acrylic nails at that) were the issue as to why he couldn't paint between the lines. She didn't put a gel base coat, when asking her why not- she stayed that she has been doing nails for 11 years and "do not tell her how to do her job." Ok fine. My nails looked appropriate. Well, within a day my nails started peeling... AT AN out of town wedding!! SHE DIDN'T PUT A BASE COAT ON BECAUSE SHE KNEW THEY WOULDN'T LAST AND WAS UPSET THAT SHE NEEDED TO REDO MY NAILS. She also proceeded to tell me the ladies business who was in her chair prior to me. She has been married once, ll and is on her second one that's happening this week. Went to this nail salon a couple days ago. Not going to lie I was hesitant due to the recent reviews but I went. I did not regret it one bit. Everyone was so nice and friendly the moment I stepped into the salon and also took me right away as well. Tina was the one who helped me but there was also someone ese I'm assuming the owner maybe. She offered water and made sure I was comfortable. If she was the owner I'd just like to comment she was the most sweetest person ever. I also changed my colors and they did not hesitate to help me pick my new colors. No one was rude or judgmental. The salons also had a cute vibe to it too. I Love the end results and definitely will be coming back here soon. If you are looking for a place I would definitely recommend this place. read more

Great little spot for a pedi! I would vouch for more of their services, but I just haven't done them yet! It's in the sprouts/Starbucks parking lot in the corner They are always friendly and sweet to me!! I felt so bad I came in a little close to really late and they were still able to get me in!! They do get busy! If you're trying to come in on a weekend, I would make an appointment or at least call ahead that day! I've been coming here for years for pedicures. Always enjoyed the staff and they can usually fit you in quickly as a walk in. I noticed in the summer their staff was very limited. This place used to be packed on Saturdays but I think everyone has decided to go elsewhere. Hubby gave me a gift certificate for Xmas so had to use it up. Hit or miss on who is giving the pedicure. There is one guy that is just too rough on my feet! Will be looking for a new place sad to say as I had always enjoyed coming here! read more

My personal standing on a pedicure is that I am willing to pay for someone to simply paint my nails. I don't want or expect anything "fancy" or over the top. At Sienna's nails, I get a bit above my simple expectation and for a very reasonable price. With the #1 pedicure you get a nice calf and foot rub and also some hot stones rubbed on your legs ( I could do with or without it, but it's a nice touch overall). They also clean up your toes (i.e. clipping your nails, file them, cuticles) and finally apply the nail polish and all under $30. I could go a bit over a month with one pedicure, which is nice because as much as I dislike painting my own toes I would dislike even more having to pay to get them done more often than once a month. Having read a few of the negative reviews, I am puzzled enough to wonder if the writers actually visited this place. I went in on Monday in desperate need of no chip manicure. I was quoted a price of $25 which included the existing no chip take off. The hot stone pedicures are $19.99 every day, but there were no regular polish and gel colors exact matches, so I decided against getting a pedi. While being serviced, I looked at the nail designs and decided to get a party nail on each finger. Well, the design I received was a bit of a party pooper if you asked me. I found it to be outdated and not a good fit for me. But, I wanted to give it time to grow on me. By the following morning, I bought polish remover only to learn I could not get it off without soaking it. I then called to ask if they could remove the design and replace it with the original color and I was told "of course". I arrived and it was fixed right away with a new design which I loved! The tech who serviced me the prior day was unhappy and less than friendly despite having received a generous tip, but I guess she wondered why I did not speak up sooner. Either way, loved the way the matter was handled by the staff the following day and I loved the new party nail! I would definitely recommend this salon. read more

I get my eyebrows threaded at the place two doors down from this location so I seen that sign several times and thought it's time to pamper myself since I haven't done so in a while I popped in on a Friday night they had a chair waiting for me so clean, warm water, stone massage, you pick from 4 pedicures packages all of which were affordable. They also have à la cart items that you can add o for an additional if you don't want to get the most extreme package for example nail art or cuticle remover or callus remover and so on. Also, this is the first time I've got a pedicure where I haven't been tried to be upsell everything for five dollars more $10 more on your $20 pedicure comes out to be $60... I took my team of 5 from work here and the majority of us were pretty disappointed. The spa pedicure costs $25 and includes your standard fair--soak, cuticle & cut, polish, massage, and hot stone massage. However, they should really label it an express pedicure. In 45 minutes Anna completed 3 pedicures. The three of us felt super gypt. I kid you not, I looked away and the hot stone massage was over. It was literally two quick strokes up and down each calf for each of--fortunately it was so ridiculous we could all laugh about it later. I was also concerned that I didn't see them washing or replacing the supplies used in our pedicures. They also don't use liners. It didn't feel very sanitary. Maybe because we all knew each other they didn't think it mattered?...but it definitely matters. The other 2 girls in our party each got 45 minute pedicures (which I feel is more standard) and although it wasn't their best ever, they said they were pretty good. We won't be back. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Kenzie's Salon just 2 miles NE is a much better salon--unfortunately they are closed Mondays or we would have gone there! Regardless of where you choose to go, if you value cleanliness this is not your salon. read more

I would say that the staff is friendly and does a good job, but there are definitely things they need to improve. The place was filled with strong polish order and no fans or vents were on or helping. Two people even came in and left because the smell was so bad. I guess they don't notice it because they wear masks and/or they are used it because they sit in their all day. They also didn't use the plastic liners in their foot baths, I do prefer places that do use those for sanitation sake. I did notice that the lady who gave me a pedicure washed her hands before she came over to do my nails, which was a plus. The place isn't fancy and they aren't staffed efficiently. Great nail art but the lady that did my nails was "semi abusive" and crass I had to stop her and ask that she calm down and be nice. She kept pushing and hitting my arm. It was weird and odd, she tried to tear my old acrylic nails of my nail bed instead of soaking or grind down with equipment. It was sort of scary putting my feet in unlined pedicure bin. I questioned why I stayed for Halloween nails. I haven't been back, 1st time and last time. The lady that did my pedicure was very nice and polite. Odd and weird experience. read more

I have been going to Sienna Nails for quiet a few years. I went 5 days ago and the same nail technician buffed my cuticles on 8 fingers and she kept saying, "oh sorry!" And, when she finally got done she said, "I am sorry I abused you so bad today!" I will NEVER go back to Sienna Nails. I can't put my hands in my purse or under hot water without having pain! Now I am having to treat my cuticles with antibiotic ointment because they look like they are getting infected! read more

I had a lot of trouble communicating with my manicurist. He handed me a ton of nail color displays, which looked like a huge selection, but I didn't realize they were all gels, since I prefer regular manicures. I picked one out that was white polish with glitter but he just did straight glitter, and didn't seem to understand when I said I thought he had the wrong color, it didn't look like the sample, etc. At the end he finally listened and buffed off the sparkles and then redid the whole thing so it was white polish and sparkles on top (which was nice, since I don't think I'd pay $27 or whatever it was for gel sparkles, especially since I didn't even mean to get a gel manicure). But I wonder why they don't have accurate color displays in the first place? And why they don't ask you whether you want a gel manicure or not? I was happy with the outcome, eventually, though. read more

I want to start by saying I have been coming here for over three years, always very happy with anyone who did my nails. However I was in the other day and my experience was the worst I have ever had in any salon. She used a grinder to remove my gel polish, never once touched my cuticles, rolled her eyes at me when I asked for gold glitter on one nail, and was clearly mad when I asked her to clean up a couple of my cuticles that needed it (this should have been done to begin with). I left very upset and nails looking not good. Some fingers are tender and red because she used a tool and rushed so hit my skin. I have glitter on nails that shouldn't because she used a top coat before drying the glitter so it got on the brush and all my nails. It was clear she was rushing to get to her next client that had an appointment. I would recommend communication, say you don't have time to do what I want and to come back or wait. I would have been 100% okay with that. The next day still upset I decided to go back to talk to them. Their response was they could buff out one nail that had glitter on it. I didn't have time to do that right then and it doesn't solve the problem of the rest of my nails looking bad after spending $50 on them. Her next solution was to not go to that person anymore..... again horrible solution. She also stated that because I got an acrylic overlay on my nail its considered getting fake nails and they do not clean up your cuticles when you get fake nails..... even though I asked her to do that and they have done that in every appointment I have had. I am sad that I now have to find a new location, I understand people have off days but when you do own up to and fix the issue don't just apologize and offer to fix one of the nails when over half of them need to be fixed. That is not a solution and very poor customer service. read more

Prior to Tracy doing my nails I used to go to another woman that was there which mysteriously disappeared, first the owner said she's out with Covid, then she said she went to visit her family, then she mysteriously never came back to work, I wonder why? So the owner flat out lied for months to me and said she will just do my nails until that person comes back to work. But, my nails are a little on the sensitive side and every single time Tracy did my nails she would hurt me immensely. And when I asked her to not press as hard, to not dig as much, and to not use the drill and just use a file lightly she always call an attitude and would hurt me even more. If i could leave 0 stars i would, i'm very disappointed in my nails.. literally sloppy & clumpy and was most definitely not worth the price as well as not durable at all and its been a few days!! not even a whole week. Staff was very unfriendly, ignorant, and sad to say rude! It wasn't just my experience, my friend got her nails done and hers were even worst, i wouldn't recommend this place nor step foot through the door or let them touch my hands again. Mentioning them touching my nails i've gotten acrylics in the past, it should not be burning that bad as well as that sore the next day it was outrageously painful, super aggressive.. and them turning out the way they did!?!!?! i don't think so they literally are chipping and have so many bubbles. I do not trust this nail salon and it was most definitely the worst i've ever been too. This nail salon is the one I will be going to forever! G and Jaycee are the best best technicians I have ever encountered! I have to preface this with the story of the salon my sister & I usually go to. We called ahead of time @430pm & asked if we could come. & have 2 fill sets & 2 pedicures. On the phone they said yes, come in. We drove 45 minutes from the west Valley & when we got there, they rudely turned us away saying that their only nail technician was too busy. After arguing for a couple mins, we just left, vowing that was the last time we would ever go there. So we started our search for a new nail salon home, and frankly, I glad we did! Upon arrival at 530, when they close at 7pm, I was greeted even though every employee was busy with another customer. I asked pleasingly if they could get us in for 2 full gel sets and 2 pedicures, and without missing a beat they said of course! G started our pedicure after seating us. The salon was clean and it didn't smell of harsh chemicals. During the pedicure, G was very attentive and spoke with me in a way an old friends would speak. I felt very comfortable! After the pedi, I was directed to Jaycee's table where she prompt started prepping my awful nails. She too spoke to us as of we were old friends, joking & laughing with us in such a refreshing way! By the time she was finished, it was after 7 but they didn't complain or make us feel in any way that they were trying to get out of there on time. I have been here twice and both times I had a poor experience. The first time the woman was very rude to me and criticized the acrylics I had on that we're not done at this store. She did a very sloppy job painting my nails and then got upset when I asked her to touch up one of the nails where she had gotten polish on my skin. Throughout the remainder of my manicure she continually asked me about getting added services. I understand that they should at least mention one or two but it gets annoying when you're trying to relax and they continually push you like a car salesmen. My second visit was also not ideal. I went in to have my acrylics removed. 3 of my nails bled even after I suggested an alternative way of getting them off. Due to the pain I left one of the acrylics on and then she charged me full price. I explained to her that all she did was remove the nails. She did not buff or paint them and didn't even do all my nails and was unwilling to negotiate a lower price. read more
