It was a very chaotic experience. One of the ladies brought me to start on my nails and got it to where the edges were jagged and soaked in acetone. Then she had me go to the pedicure station with my nails feeling so dry and brittle. When my nails were finally done, there were some spots not completely colored in and the shape was not all even/consistent. read more

Nail tech dropped bottle of polish, it exploded slashing on my wife's pants, sweater and globs in her hair. Tina was so unprofessional, never apologized. Would not pay for damages. We have never been treated so poorly. read more

Tina, the owner, is an incredible communicator - her response time in unmatched when reaching out for appointments. The salon was just re-modelled and looks incredible - chic, comfy chairs and upscale general aesthetic. Tracy is my go-to nail tech and does a meticulous job - personable, kind and genuinely hilarious. I don't write many reviews but I absolutely LOVE this place. I had to let everyone know. I like my acrylic sets to look natural, thin and short. They do them so perfectly. Client of 10+ years! Tina is the best and always finds a way to fit me into the schedule. Love that I can text her for an appt. I get dip and it always lasts 3+ weeks with very natural grow out. I typically go to Tracy, Lisa but everyone is so friendly and great at what they do. Tina also keeps things moving by getting my nails started on busy days. I've been coming here for over two years and I love the service and speed every time. Tina always fits you in as a walk-in and I've never had to wait more than 30 minutes to get in. First time being here. A friend has had better service here than I have. We had reservations. Several things went wrong for me: * Vivian was VERY RUDE from the first Hello * Vivian was my nail tech - she was way too busy with phones to be able to do my nails properly * my pedicure wasn't done fully - she skipped steps * my manicure also wasn't done fully - I had gel polish that wasn't fully removed and she literally painted over the old polish * honestly I could have complained about it but I didn't have confidence that anything would be done. read more

My experience was not the best.. To start off first the lady did my toes and did ok. But when I went to get my set of nails done right after they were terrible. She gave me some cuts and did not leave me satisfied. She put on some liquid wrapped in cotton saying: caution!! My fingers were burning and hurt so bad. They were rotating ladies doing the nails so a new person came up to me and did my nails.. My inspo pic was very pretty and nice but my nails look horrible... SO and I made quick appointments on the phone and were ready to be seen right when we arrived. They have 4 rooms with 2 chairs each for pedicures so I felt pretty safe. I've been coming here for a while for my pedicures. Today, I came here to get dip on my nails and it was a terrible experience. The nail tech I think her name was V, was super rough while filing my cuticles and cut me several times. Every time I told her she was hurting me she would say something under her breath in Vietnamese. Finally, I said, what did you say and she said 'oh nothing'. She did a terrible job on my nails, left black residue all over my cuticles. I asked the owner if she thought that this was an acceptable nail job. She of course made excuses about it being black (I get black nails all the time and they never look like this) I told her that talking Vietnamese under your breath or to eachother is bad business practice and she needs to check herself and her employees. If they treat long time customers like that, imagine how they treat new customers Needless to say I won't be coming back and I'm telling everyone I know not to come here unless they want to be talked about in Vietnamese. read more

If I could leave 0 stars I would!!!! Don't come to this place! They treat you like if you're worthless! I asked for a pedicure and manicure. A guy employee did my manicure and was just the worst!!!!!!! He literally kept shaking my fingers hard saying my hand was stiff but every time he just kept putting pressure and shaking my hand hard! I even have proof on one of my fingers that this guy was being harsh!!!!!!!! He was the most immature person that I've seen at a nail salon. since the beginning he was already giving attitude and complaining that he LITERALLY CANT PAINT A FLOWER!!! The lady that did mine was very meticulous and checked with me several times to make sure I liked my nails! I did chrome on top which is an extra charge but totally worth it! If you ask for their opinion it is always in your best interest. Treat people the way you want to be treated and communicate with them if you need adjustments. Are they busy all the time? Yes, because they have loyal customers due to their treatments, neck massages, hospitality, and of course nail art! read more

They mean well here but Both my niece and I left with some imperfections in our nails. I discovered a lump in my index finger nail that looked like they had a buried a tiny bee in there. I wish I would have gotten into them earlier in life, but hey it's never too late right? That being said, when I lived in Southern California I had a few places that I would go to that were really inexpensive. I say that because sometimes I'm in a hurry and just want to get a fast pedicure. You know, a nail salon is a nail salon as a nail salon. Until it isn't. I thought I was going to some average strip mall nail salon while I was stuck in the Phoenix area, waiting for my car to get fixed. But I was pleasantly surprised by this place. For one, everything is very neat and very tidy. The pedicure chairs are very recent, and stylish with glass footballs. I know it's a little thing, but it shows pride in ownership and the image the store wants to put out there. I will say, the basic men's pedicure is $33. That is about double of what I normally pay back in Southern California when I go. So I was eager to see what the extra money would get me. I will say this. My technician was really awesome. Sweet middle-aged Asian lady, who was very mindful to make this a pleasant experience. Some pedicure places get a little bit rough with the tools, she was very gentle, and dare I say loving as she was taking care of my feet. Pedicure for sure. I got to brag on the massage chairs. They seemed like they were updated and new. You know those massage chairs where you feel like someone is barely tapping your back? Not this one. This one felt like someone was actually rubbing out the knots in my back. I could have stayed there all day if they would have let me. The basic men's pedicure also included a foot and leg massage.. definitely not long enough, but what a great treat at the end of your pedicure. Bottom line? If I am ever back in Arizona in this area again this is going to be my go-to place to get my toenails done. You definitely owe it to yourself to go check this place out, you will not regret it!

The place is very bright, modern, spacious, and inviting. Perfect place to get your nails done.

Organic Nail Bar - I can't brag enough about these chairs, I would go there and pay just to sit in those chairs for a couple hours. The massage is that good!

I didn't get Nancy, the other lady did a good job on my nails but I was disappointed. They offered me a pedicure too and I decided to do it. The older lady who did it kept trying to get me to go for upgrades but I just wanted a basic pedicure. She also didn't paint the entire toe nail, not my favorite experience. But both look pretty good so I'm not mad. They were also very quick, which I appreciate.
