I have been seeing Jasmine for manicures and Sam for pedicures here for several months now and every time is a great experience! The attention to detail and talent is unmatched. I was in and out in 90 min with a gel fill with the cutest art and a great pedicure! I'm ready for fall and can't wait to see what designs we can drum up next!

I've come here a handful of times and cannot recommend Alexia enough!! She's SO good. Her shape and design work is amazing. I've been searching for a new nail tech for almost a year and I'm so happy to have found Arcadia Nail Bar. Sam also does a great pedicure. Highly recommend coming here for your nails.

this place is an absolute rip off. I walked in just wanting to get my old tips taken off. They were able to get me in right away, which was nice but I was in the chair for not even 15 minutes and when I went to pay, they wanted to charge me $30. $15 for removing the nails, $5 for cuticles (which is a joke because she literally took less than one minute and maybe made seven cuts of cuticle total) And then $10 for one layer of clear paint, which she total was sloppy on. Anyways, I could've gotten this done anywhere else for $15 max. my cuticles are still horrible, the shape is atrocious and I think I still have some hard gel residue on the nail bud. Won't be coming back!

It started out well. They took me 30 minutes early. Good color selection. But then the lady did not talk to me but instead talked to her coworker in a different language and laughing a lot, especially after anything I said. After 20 minutes of that, I started to feel really self conscious and uncomfortable. Also, as others have said, I was charged a lot more than I was quoted when I first called to ask. It ended up being $78 for a full acrylic set. Just regular coffin shaped nails with 2 nails that had a simple turkey design.

Ann and Jasmine both give high quality manicures and are very attentive to detail. They always have a rewards program so after 9 visits you get a discount on your visit which is nice. My set came out so beautifully and have lasted me 4 weeks, so I truly hate to complain... After reading the most recent review, I am so glad that I am not the only customer that was left feeling a little grossed out by the exorbitant up-charges for every single thing I requested. I got a removal ($10 extra), acrylic full set ($55), gel ($10 extra), almond french tip ($10 extra), and a manicure ($10 extra). Total was $95 for the bare minimum service. I could only afford to leave a $10 tip for Ryder, but I honestly felt like that was too much for getting underwhelming customer service and no lotion massage with my manicure I didn't even get to mention the obnoxious sucking on a cough drop during my entire service lol TLDR; You could go any where else and get way better service for this price. read more

I just had such a horrific experience and my friend left crying because they destroyed her real nails. You guys we were there for three hours!! And my friend didn't even finish her nails and mine came out horrible. The two nail techs working on us were so rude too. Stay away from this place. If you guys want to charge $75 for a spa pedicure have some manners to your customers and by goodness do a good job. read more

There is one young guy who gave me truly the worst pedicure. 12 minutes flat, even ripped the towel from under my feet when he was done immediately leaving them to dry on the plastic ledge. I thought he was joking how fast he was moving at first. And the worst part-- the other manicurists all made eyes and know how bad he is and apologized on his behalf ..... then don't let him see clients?... He finished my pedicure again in 12 minutes flat to then go sit across the way on his phone and sip his Starbucks... the owner is apparently "aware." read more

Long story short tracy is amazing and made everything perfect. I originally went to a different tech , and was having a hard time communicating I was not happy with the shape / length etc. She took matters into her own hands (great move as a manager) and took the time to make me happy , she went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable when I felt bad being unhappy in the first place and they turned out perfect. The worst service .. I have never walked out of any salon for nails ever and I just did because they filed crooked and then told me they would fix them after waiting additional hour to fix them the lady started giving me attitude as I was just trying to tell her how I like my nail filed and refused service to do my nails then turned. I was there for 3.5 hours to just get refused service and have my nails not done now having to go somewhere else. And STILL charged me would never recommend worse service ever in my life! They just lost a good customer that would be willing to pay good money for nails.. worst don't go here ever!!!!! read more

I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she knew exactly how to do it and grabbed the exact colors I needed. I will definitely be coming back. I went with high hopes and was pretty disappointed. It generally looked nice walking into the salon but it ended up being a bad experience. First off I went and right off the bat it was a pretty distracting environment with all the workers talking and laughing quite loudly. Secondly the pricing situation was very bad. I went in for an acrylic fill and had asked for the pricing before hand and was told it was around $50. I ended up being charged $70 and was asked for my money in the middle of my appointment when I could not ask further questions. The result was very rushed and rather low quality. Needless to say I will not be returning and would not recommend it to anyone. Overall awful experience. read more

A delightful nail bar! One of the most important things to me when considering a nail salon is ventilation because I have asthma. Arcadia keeps the front door open, so the air is fresh and it's easy to breathe (no chemical smell!!! ). I haven't had my nails done in a while, and they were in AWFUL shape--cracked, different lengths, peeling! I left with gorgeous nails: lavender chrome! The entire staff's kindness was remarkable. read more

I got my nails done here for my wedding and I have some very mixed reviews on it…read more I ended up getting a pedicure (the classic) and a full acrylic set (french tip and chrome). I paid an arm and a leg for the services and i felt like the quality could have been better. First off, for my pedicure I wanted to get a white sparkly polish for my toes and chose it from the book... no one warned me that they put a white coat under the samples in the book, so the polish came out a very sheer grey and not at all like the book showed. The lady doing my pedicure was nice and the calf and foot treatments were good, plus there was a massage chair. As for my finger nails, the person doing my nails was not all that friendly, he handled my hands pretty roughly, demanded that i leave my nails as long as he had them (which ended up looking good but some more explanation would have been nice), and would lightly hit each finger with the nail file when he wanted me to put it down, which i felt came off a little rude. I was also disappointed by the fact that there was multiple parts of the nails that were missing polish (like the very top and sides) and he left a large build up of some sort of acrylic powder or something underneath the nail which really bothered me. I would have gone back in and asked for it to get fixed but unfortunately i did it the day before my wedding and didn't have time to go back and fix it. I am a big believer in "you get what you pay for" and i think if my total had been lower i wouldn't have been so frustrated, but because it was SO pricey, i think the attention to detail and service should have been better.

So where to start. I am guy, I don't like anyone touching my feet. My wife convinced me to finally get a pedicure. She told me I know a place that would take care of me. I was very skeptical but I went anyways! The best decision I have ever made! From the friendly front desk staff that welcomes you and makes you feel at home. The cleanliness and professionalism of the staff! I knew I was going to have a great experience and guess what?! I did! I was paired with Van, I was apprehensive it being my first time. She assured me that it will be relaxing and painless. She did an amazing job! Again I hate anyone touching my feet especially a complete stranger. One the best spot in arcadia and surrounding area!!! Its difficult to find good techs who's good with design and shape of the nails. I am very picky and have been disappointed with alot of techs and their nails skills. I actually was recommended by one my friends to check out Arcadia nail bar, I am glad I did. Jasmine was the amazing nail tech who did my nails and OH MY GOOODNESS they came out gorgeous !!! She not only took her time and made my nails look so perfect from the shape of each nails same shape as each other and the design of the nails impeccable!!! I do not go anywhere else now!!! I absolutely love Arcadia Nail bar! Pretty much no matter who you use, you'll end up with great results! I've recently started using Alex for dip mani and Tina I've seen for a while for my gel pedi. They both are so nice and do such a great job! I've seen most people in a nail salon over the years though and I always have a great experience. If there are ever any issues they are always happy to make things right as well although this is a rare occurrence. The staff could not be more accommodating and friendly. Wow! Such a great experience. I felt so relaxed and taken care of. Katie did my dip manicure with chrome powder & it turned out fantastic-- highly recommend. Martino was my pedicure tech and omgsh.... he was meticulous and the scrub massage was DIVINE!! I will definitely return the next time I'm in Phoenix. Thank you so much and happy holidays! My only constructive feedback would be to pick a more zen/vibey spa music playlist that is longer so that clients staying 1+ hours don't have to hear the same songs on repeat. :) Other than that, atmosphere was great and spa chairs are comfy! read more

Fun and lively shop the staff are super friendly!!! Hands down you all have to try sam pedicure!!! Its is one of the best I have had in forever!!! Very genuine and takes his time with the pedicure!!! He works magic with the massage, leave each time feeling so much more relaxed and the aches I feel before were better!!! His wife Jasmine is total rockstar!!! I have found my new favorite nail bar, I went in for a full set and showed a picture to my nail tech and she did exactly what I was looking for and helped give suggestions on what colors would look best. I also got a gel pedicure as well which I was completely satisfied with. As soon as you walk in you're greeted with friendly faces and a nice environment. Definitely making this my new nail salon. The nail retention is great too, it's been 3 weeks and none of my nails are lifting, which is amazing considering I work in the restaurant industry. read more

Arcadia nail bar is the spot!!!! I have been coming here to see Sam and Jasmine "the dynamic duo" for my pedicure and nails!!!! I leave the shop feeling so much better and more complete!!! I had to wait quite a while because someone came in with very messed up nails. Regardless of me being there after closing she still took her time and didn't rush my nails. They're super sweet people and they do their job beyond good. She was super patient with me since I continued to accidentally touch things when my nails were still wet.
