My set came out so beautifully and have lasted me 4 weeks, so I truly hate to complain... After reading the most recent review, I am so glad that I am not the only customer that was left feeling a little grossed out by the exorbitant up-charges for every single thing I requested. I got a removal ($10 extra), acrylic full set ($55), gel ($10 extra), almond french tip ($10 extra), and a manicure ($10 extra). Total was $95 for the bare minimum service. I could only afford to leave a $10 tip for Ryder, but I honestly felt like that was too much for getting underwhelming customer service and no lotion massage with my manicure I didn't even get to mention the obnoxious sucking on a cough drop during my entire service lol TLDR; You could go any where else and get way better service for this price.

I've come here a handful of times and cannot recommend Alexia enough!! She's SO good. Her shape and design work is amazing. I've been searching for a new nail tech for almost a year and I'm so happy to have found Arcadia Nail Bar. Sam also does a great pedicure. Highly recommend coming here for your nails.

this place is an absolute rip off. I walked in just wanting to get my old tips taken off. They were able to get me in right away, which was nice but I was in the chair for not even 15 minutes and when I went to pay, they wanted to charge me $30. $15 for removing the nails, $5 for cuticles (which is a joke because she literally took less than one minute and maybe made seven cuts of cuticle total) And then $10 for one layer of clear paint, which she total was sloppy on. Anyways, I could've gotten this done anywhere else for $15 max. my cuticles are still horrible, the shape is atrocious and I think I still have some hard gel residue on the nail bud. Won't be coming back!

It started out well. They took me 30 minutes early. Good color selection. But then the lady did not talk to me but instead talked to her coworker in a different language and laughing a lot, especially after anything I said. After 20 minutes of that, I started to feel really self conscious and uncomfortable. Also, as others have said, I was charged a lot more than I was quoted when I first called to ask. It ended up being $78 for a full acrylic set. Just regular coffin shaped nails with 2 nails that had a simple turkey design.

Long story short tracy is amazing and made everything perfect. I originally went to a different tech , and was having a hard time communicating I was not happy with the shape / length etc. She took matters into her own hands (great move as a manager) and took the time to make me happy , she went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable when I felt bad being unhappy in the first place and they turned out perfect. Ann and Jasmine both give high quality manicures and are very attentive to detail. They always have a rewards program so after 9 visits you get a discount on your visit which is nice. A delightful nail bar! One of the most important things to me when considering a nail salon is ventilation because I have asthma. Arcadia keeps the front door open, so the air is fresh and it's easy to breathe (no chemical smell!!! ). I haven't had my nails done in a while, and they were in AWFUL shape--cracked, different lengths, peeling! I left with gorgeous nails: lavender chrome! The entire staff's kindness was remarkable. read more

I brought my middle school daughter to get her nails done because she's been saving her money. They charged her $80 for a gel fill. It was the base price, $5 for shaping, $10 for a French and $10 for a tiny silver line on each nail. They never talked to her during the process or mentioned what would be an upcharge. I just got home and really looked at my nails and I'm so disappointed. My fault for not really looking at it at the salon, but I will never come here again. I paid $72 for a full set pink and and white (they didn't even use pink powder, we left it my natural color and they just did white) and it looks absolutely horrible. I'm so disgusted that I paid $72 and tipped $13 for this. Please go somewhere else. read more

The 3 stars are for Ryder and Ryder only. He did a great job on my nails and if he was working anywhere else, I absolutely would return. Unfortunately, besides waiting 20 minutes after my appointment time, I was quoted $55 for my hard gel manicure, but when I checked out, ended up paying $85 before tip (WITH A 10% DISCOUNT). I was charged extra for shaping, hard gel (how is that not included in the hard gel price), chrome and removal of my Gel X nails. While I am understanding that the removal and chrome can be extra sometimes, none of these extra costs were disclosed to me during my appointment. Thanks for the 10% off though! Try to disclose your pricing accurately/update clients as they are receiving your services next time. read more

The service was alright. The nails look good. But, I need to get my money's worth, and that is not the case, here. There's no complementary drinks offered. The atmosphere in here looks nice, but to me, the salon is all about looks and aesthetic; I don't feel welcomed, honestly. And I have had my fair share of salon experiences, trust me. I'm not picky with quality nor service, but I was cut a few times by Ryan. I was bleeding, too. He claims I was moving my hand around, but that is not true. He was really rough with my cuticles (nail health, HELLO?) and does not know how to professionally cut nails, as he was very stubborn with the tool. Once again, I am not picky, but this experience was not good. Overall, please be aware of this place and go elsewhere! read more

I am so impressed by the customer service at Arcadia Nail Bar. The staff is so kind, understanding, and accommodating. I changed my mind about the color of my dip nails, and when the initial fix of putting gel on top didn't result as planned, they took me in first thing in the morning Christmas Eve and made it right. My nails look perfect and I'm so happy with them, but more important than that, this salon stands behind their work and provided amazing customer service. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! This place is seriously the best and they have the sweetest staff. They were so aware of the knicks and scrapes around my nails from me biting them and doing everything for the health of my nails and not just for aesthetic. I wasn't inlove with my first set and they told me to come in and they'd fix it absolutely no issue. Seriously the best nail salon experience in total, it's my new go to nail place. read more

Overall pretty happy with my nails! I went in as a walk-in looking for a gel color change (not a full manicure just color change) but they did upsell me on a dip since which was fine they weren't too pushy and I think they look good. I was hesitant to go for dip because it looks so thick and weird sometimes but she made sure it looked thin and natural so I'm happy with that. It was $52 which seems average and they were pretty friendly and chatty. The edges of my nails aren't well covered and the place didn't feel very clean so that's -1 star for me but everything else was fine. read more

I got my nails done here for my wedding and I have some very mixed reviews on it…read more I ended up getting a pedicure (the classic) and a full acrylic set (french tip and chrome). I paid an arm and a leg for the services and i felt like the quality could have been better. First off, for my pedicure I wanted to get a white sparkly polish for my toes and chose it from the book... no one warned me that they put a white coat under the samples in the book, so the polish came out a very sheer grey and not at all like the book showed. The lady doing my pedicure was nice and the calf and foot treatments were good, plus there was a massage chair. As for my finger nails, the person doing my nails was not all that friendly, he handled my hands pretty roughly, demanded that i leave my nails as long as he had them (which ended up looking good but some more explanation would have been nice), and would lightly hit each finger with the nail file when he wanted me to put it down, which i felt came off a little rude. I was also disappointed by the fact that there was multiple parts of the nails that were missing polish (like the very top and sides) and he left a large build up of some sort of acrylic powder or something underneath the nail which really bothered me. I would have gone back in and asked for it to get fixed but unfortunately i did it the day before my wedding and didn't have time to go back and fix it. I am a big believer in "you get what you pay for" and i think if my total had been lower i wouldn't have been so frustrated, but because it was SO pricey, i think the attention to detail and service should have been better.

The location itself is easily accessible for being in Old Town. The salon is beautiful and has incredible views if you're near a window looking toward Camelback Mountain. Katie and her assistant were not only incredibly sweet, but took the time to listen to me and understand what look I was going for. At the end of appointment, I was extremely happy about my hair. It was beyond what I was expecting, and I am so glad that I finally found another stylist who I can trust. Terrible customer service and an extremely uncomfortable experience…read more I simply walked in around 2 PM hoping to get a mani and pedi for two people. As I approached the front counter, I politely asked, "Do you have an opening for two mani and pedis?" The woman at the front responded rudely, "Okay, go pick out your nail color," while rolling her eyes and walking away with an obvious attitude. That first interaction immediately made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. I hadn't even received a service yet, and I already felt like I was being treated differently for no apparent reason. Unfortunately, the experience was enough for me to walk out without spending a dime. I cannot speak to the quality of their services because I chose not to stay, but customer service starts with how you treat people when they walk through the door. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this place.

So where to start. I am guy, I don't like anyone touching my feet. My wife convinced me to finally get a pedicure. She told me I know a place that would take care of me. I was very skeptical but I went anyways! The best decision I have ever made! From the friendly front desk staff that welcomes you and makes you feel at home. The cleanliness and professionalism of the staff! I knew I was going to have a great experience and guess what?! I did! I was paired with Van, I was apprehensive it being my first time. She assured me that it will be relaxing and painless. She did an amazing job! Again I hate anyone touching my feet especially a complete stranger. She made me feel relaxed and took care of me like a mother would their son! She is the best and I already have my next appointment booked! Recommend 100 out of 10! read more

One the best spot in arcadia and surrounding area!!! Its difficult to find good techs who's good with design and shape of the nails. I am very picky and have been disappointed with alot of techs and their nails skills. I actually was recommended by one my friends to check out Arcadia nail bar, I am glad I did. Jasmine was the amazing nail tech who did my nails and OH MY GOOODNESS they came out gorgeous !!! She not only took her time and made my nails look so perfect from the shape of each nails same shape as each other and the design of the nails impeccable!!! I do not go anywhere else now!!! I absolutely love Arcadia Nail bar! Pretty much no matter who you use, you'll end up with great results! I've recently started using Alex for dip mani and Tina I've seen for a while for my gel pedi. They both are so nice and do such a great job! I've seen most people in a nail salon over the years though and I always have a great experience. If there are ever any issues they are always happy to make things right as well although this is a rare occurrence. The staff could not be more accommodating and friendly. Wow! Such a great experience. I felt so relaxed and taken care of. Katie did my dip manicure with chrome powder & it turned out fantastic-- highly recommend. Martino was my pedicure tech and omgsh.... he was meticulous and the scrub massage was DIVINE!! I will definitely return the next time I'm in Phoenix. Thank you so much and happy holidays! My only constructive feedback would be to pick a more zen/vibey spa music playlist that is longer so that clients staying 1+ hours don't have to hear the same songs on repeat. :) Other than that, atmosphere was great and spa chairs are comfy! read more

Fun and lively shop the staff are super friendly!!! Hands down you all have to try sam pedicure!!! Its is one of the best I have had in forever!!! Very genuine and takes his time with the pedicure!!! He works magic with the massage, leave each time feeling so much more relaxed and the aches I feel before were better!!! His wife Jasmine is total rockstar!!! I have found my new favorite nail bar, I went in for a full set and showed a picture to my nail tech and she did exactly what I was looking for and helped give suggestions on what colors would look best. I also got a gel pedicure as well which I was completely satisfied with. As soon as you walk in you're greeted with friendly faces and a nice environment. Definitely making this my new nail salon. Arcadia nail bar is the spot!!!! I have been coming here to see Sam and Jasmine "the dynamic duo" for my pedicure and nails!!!! I leave the shop feeling so much better and more complete!!! I started going to Arcadia Nail Bar a few months ago and go every two weeks now and won't even think about trying a new place. Wendy is a nail artist unlike anything I have ever seen. I've lived in Arizona for 3 years now & have yet to find a salon I LOVE until Arcadia Nail Bar! I've been to salons all throughout Phx and haven't found one that actually is worth my money!! I get compliments on my 3 week old nails, because they still look so fresh & their work lasts the perfect shape as well! I have been here three times and I recommend it to anyone in the Arcadia/Scottsdale area. Only about ten minutes from Fashion Square mall. I usually only get acrylic nails and this is the spot! They're super sweet people and they do their job beyond good. She was super patient with me since I continued to accidentally touch things when my nails were still wet.
