By the time I got back, my friend who is meeting me had arrived. Within a minute of that, they took us back to our pedicure chairs... Overall, the ladies did wonderful. My friend got the citrus pedicure and I got the collagen treatment pedicure. I decided to pay the $15 to add 10 minutes to my massage... My friends pedicure seemed to have just as long as a massage so that was a little annoying, but I realize she got the hot stone as well... Anyway, the real reason I am a little upset. Is that on two of my nails on my left foot, the nail polish doesn't go to the edge of the nail... That's one of my biggest pet peeves so I'm a little disappointed about that. Terrible customer service and an extremely uncomfortable experience…read more I simply walked in around 2 PM hoping to get a mani and pedi for two people. As I approached the front counter, I politely asked, "Do you have an opening for two mani and pedis?" The woman at the front responded rudely, "Okay, go pick out your nail color," while rolling her eyes and walking away with an obvious attitude. That first interaction immediately made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. I hadn't even received a service yet, and I already felt like I was being treated differently for no apparent reason. Unfortunately, the experience was enough for me to walk out without spending a dime. I cannot speak to the quality of their services because I chose not to stay, but customer service starts with how you treat people when they walk through the door. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this place.

First of all, I want to say that I am an acrylic nail newbie. I've gotten normal, gel and dip…read moremanicures in the past, but recently wanted to try acrylic. 3 months ago, I got my first full set here and today, I got my 3rd fill done. The owner/male technician is really a master at his craft. He is fast and sure with his movements. I've seen photos of the artwork he can do, but I didn't ask for anything fancy (just nude/neutral color) so that the manicure can last as long as possible without becoming unsightly. Today, I was at 4.5 weeks from my last fill, and honestly, if I didn't stare too closely, it still looked good before the fill! I feel like that's evidence of a really good technician! So, of all the different types of manicures one can choose from, acrylic (when done by a skilled and experienced tech) seems to last the longest. The salon was quiet and there were 2 other clients in the space during my visit. They prefer appointments, but will sometimes take walk-ins. The owner has always been pleasant and professional at each of my appointments. I'm so glad to have discovered acrylic here, at this salon!

They're also really accommodating and have been able to get me in even on short notice. I recently traveled out of state and had my nails filled while I was away. After coming back to Arizona, I had a nail break on two separate occasions, and both times they got me in quickly and fixed it at no extra charge. That kind of customer service really stands out! Her husband and the other staff members, including the previous owner, have all treated me so well and always make me feel welcome. The atmosphere is relaxing and inviting, with such a friendly vibe. The quality of their work is amazing too. My nails and pedicures can last me almost a month! I always leave happy and will definitely keep coming back.
