Amy at Herbal Nails is absolutely amazing. She was kind, professional, and so attentive the entire appointment. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and the quality of her work--my nails came out beautiful, and her energy alone made the experience worth it. I would 100% come back just for her. That being said, I was really sad and disappointed by the way another nail tech treated my friend. His name was Kevin, and his behavior was not okay. He was rude and extremely disrespectful, which really put a damper on what should have been a relaxing experience. It was uncomfortable to witness and not something you'd expect in a place like this. The business says it closes at 7 PM but Kevin was in quite the rush as well as the front cashier who was rushing me for payment as I was waiting for my nail tech to finish her work. Amy, however, handled herself with grace and professionalism, and she deserves all the praise. If you book here, ask for Amy--she's a gem. I came as a first time I showed him the expo picture and he said he could do it while doing the process of my nails I simply just told the guys the nails didn't look coffin they looked square and gave attitude with me I told him there was no reason to act the way on top of that charged me $90 for my set of nails when I could of went somewhere else and paid cheaper for the same set definitely don't think it should of been that plus charged my card $3 extra dollars and didn't tell me what for. Okay I've never left a review before so I'm really unhappy. I went and got a mani pedi today. Pedi was nice. But the guy who did my mani quite literally ripped off almost half of my nail... it was so extremely painful. I had TWO fake nails on and instead of soaking them off or using a drill he just ripped them off with another fake nail. My nail was bleeding and the guy asked if I was okay. I wasn't even sure if it was okay to put a nail on my thumb. I did end up letting the guy who checked me out know and he offered me 15% off... now I'm not trying to get a price break because I don't want to pay. But I'm in the service industry and I sure asf would have made it a bigger deal. Now my thumb is swollen and I don't think I'll be going back. The only good thing about the service was my pedi. I went in on Valentine's Day to clean up the nails and the toenails Mani-Pedi. I have to say it was a terrible experience, unsanitary usage of tools no hand massage or for a massage had to ask a woman to scrub my nails to get the dirt out. That was just on the hands then for the pedicure again no sanitary tools. No calf or foot massage after. No tip $61 after complaint would've been 68. I would never go back here again. I hope I don't get hepatitis. read more

I've been here twice. The first time they tried to charge me for something I didn't get. And argued with me about it. It's been a couple years so thought I would come back. It's pretty inside and the service when you arrive is nice. But twice now I've been with someone that doesn't understand me. You have to be able to communicate with your technician. I understand if English is not your first language but not knowing what I'm saying to be able to answer questions and accommodate requests isn't practical. Finally, I have never ever had a gel pedicure that cost $60 and lasted 25 minutes. I've never felt so rushed in my life. This wasn't relaxing whatsoever and left me more bitter and displeased than satisfied. A polish change would have lasted longer somewhere else. They clearly are trying to get you in and out and don't care about service or your experience. Very disappointed. read more

Overall it was nice, staff are friendly and the wait wasn't long for a walk in.I paid $65 for a gel French pedi without tip. They did take tip on card and did not charge me any extra fees for using card.Also, I was a first time customer and their Facebook and insta both say "20% off for new customers no expiration" and I didn't get 20% off even after mentioning it was my first time there. I have been coming here for years and always appreciate the service! The facility is clean and the staff is always friendly. I moved far away about 2 years ago, but make the drive to see Amy for regular manicures/ acrylic sets! I also enjoy their pedicure service and Helen and Tony are always so friendly. It is clear the staff enjoys their work environment. I also appreciate the attentiveness of the building/ staff manager although I do not recall her name, it is nice that they remember me and acknowledge me as a long term customer. If I could give this place a 0 star I would. I visited Herbal Nail Salon on Thursday 10/6. My friend and I had an appointment for a gel pedicure and a fill, but they never wrote down my pedicure in the appointment so I had to wait to be seen. The service itself was horrible. My ring finger cuticle on my right hand was knicked so bad I was dripping blood. I had asked for chrome nails and was not informed that I would be charged extra for chrome or to shape my nails to almond. As for the results, as you can see in the photos. The chrome is already coming off on one nail, and my toes are literally changing colors. The original color was meant to be hot pink. It's only been 5 days. Needless to say I am extremely upset and disappointed by my nails, especially since I paid $160 with tip which is outrageous for the quality. I'm truly disgusted by my experience and I do not recommend anyone come here. Unfortunately, I was visiting from out of town, so I am unable to go back and request a refund, but I hope my review will reach the owners to do better. read more

I want to start out by saying that I have never gone to get my nails done and have NOT tipped. I went into Herbal asking for a gel manicure and french tips. They told me that they could not do that for me as my nails were too short and I would have to do dip or acrylics if I wanted that design. I have never had this problem at any other nail salon before. Knowing that they were attempting to get me to spend more money, I let them know that I am not allowed to have any sort of long nails due to work. They still did not care so I switched my design for a couple of "line waves" on one finger. My nail tech did not take her time, and pretty much finished my nails in 15-20 minutes. The waves look awful and honestly look like I did them myself. My nails that have just solid colors are not even completely filled in and my cuticles look terrible. To spend $45 on this is completely insane to me and I hope that Herbal trains their nail techs better or learns real customer service. Never going here again. read more

Yesterday was my second time getting my nails done here and it changed my mind about the place because I left and cried... the lady who did my nails, first of all didn't even ask me anything about the shaping of my nails, and I had SNS before so she saw the shape.. I assumed by saying I wanted my nails cut shorter that I would get the same shaping. Well they were mostly rounded. And once they were to the point that they were, I knew she couldn't do anything to make them how I wanted. Secondly, when she was doing the final trimmings around the nail and what not, she clipped the skin under my nails, trying to get it off, and a few times it hurt and I pulled back and she laughed! I love this place! This is the only place I go to get my nails done. I always get acrylic nails with tips and gel polish and it always turns out great. It lasts 2+ weeks (sometimes almost 4) and the service is always great. The prices are reasonable and I always leave happy! He put on a nail extremely crooked, when I asked him to put a new nail he said he would fix it with the shaping. He shaped it and it was still terrible!!!
