This place charged my $100 for a fill and gel pedicure. But I have been to better places with similar prices. The nail shape is awful and is nothing like the picture I had asked. I was not even asking for much! I'm very simple nowadays with nails. The guy chipped my cuticle bad, making it bleed. It was definitely rushed work. She did it exactly like the inspo pic that I gave her and was just as nit picky as I am and got all the little details I would usually have to ask for or complain about later. Hmmm... so pro/con list. Pro: paid $23 for a gel manicure (not including tip). Con: I think maybe only 2 people work here so be prepared to wait over an hour at some points. Called to make an app and still had to wait 40 mins. My sister was getting some chrome nails done, she chose a certain hue, and the nail woman adds a different, plain hue on her nail, then asked if that was the one she wanted. It wasn't but she didn't want to say so and have them restart the process again. No hand massages. :( I know they were rushed, but having them pour oil on your hands and then telling you to do it yourself wasn't what I was expecting lol. My gel manicure seems to be holding up, but my sister's chrome gels chipped after a day. read more

Just got my nails done here, and honestly had a terrible experience. I asked for SNS gel + a manicure and did not receive the manicure end of things, decided that was not a big deal but the filing down of my nails was so painful that I have little cuts all around my nails. Granted they're tiny cuts, but that should NOT be an experience when you're getting your nails done and it's supposed to be a relaxing. Also, they have a 20% off discount for ASU students and I'm a student so I should qualify? The man who rang me up told me that he'd do it for me but handed me a receipt with full charge then told told me that I do not qualify for the discount. A bunch of people did not* have that idea, several ladies came in after 640p which is like the - danger zone -. Awful! If I could give 0 stars I would. I went into this location for a fill in and pedicure. I asked if they could do this specific design twice. I even said if they didn't know I could show them a basic solid color nail that I wanted. They told me no don't worry I got it. They did my pedicure and began my nails. It was looking fine at first but just got progressively worse. I kept asking if he wanted to see the picture for comparison and he kept telling me no that he knew how to do it. By the time he finished I had cried 3 times and just paid and left. I called the next morning and asked them what I could do about it and they told me I'd be able to get a refund for just the fill-in because I am not available again due to work. I told them they could keep the tip that I gave them still and the money for the pedicure that was already chipped in multiple spots by the next morning. Once I got to the location from work, during my break, they told me I wasn't able to get a refund and had to have the SAME guy who did my nails do them again. I told them that's fine and left. I called again because I realized I wouldn't be able to make it and wanted to make sure the same guy wouldn't do my nails again and they refused to let anyone else do them. When I was in the middle of speaking they hung the phone up on me and when I tried to call again they declined my number and blocked my phone. Service-was top notch, came in, they were welcoming and nice, they took care of me right away lady took her time & did a great job! Wait time-great, came in around 10am on a Friday morning. The nail techs here are the best in town!! The problem is, everyone knows it and the wait can be long if you don't make an appointment. Jack is my go to and can do everything from chrome to ombre in any shape you'd like. It's best to bring pictures and make a very clear what you'd like to achieve. read more

I called in and scheduled an appointment at 6:00pm thinking that that would be enough time to finish my pedicure and full set by 7:30 when they close, and we ended up finishing at 8:30 an entire hour after close! And the staff was so nice about it!! I wanted a complicated design and the tech Michael was so nice about it and didn't rush my nails at all. My nails look sooooo amazing! As for the pedicure, there are many options but I chose option 2, which included a hot stone massage, and a sugar scrub or callous remover for $25. All pedicures include a hot stone massage which is really cool! Even the $20 option includes it. Cindy really took her time to scrub the calluses and didn't rush and do it for a short period of time like most nail salons. She took her time even though it was busy, and made sure everything was gone. I loved their services very much! It was a basic pedicure the massage was worthless and the hot stones were luke warm at best. I walked in without an appointment and they took me right away. The male owner yells at customers while they're in a conversation between the two of them and he isn't even working on, "gel is better!" Kind of an annoying place. No wait time on a busy Sunday just before Christmas was the best! Their prices are a bit better than compared to the nail spa I usually go to. My nail tech really listened to me when I asked for my dip powder to be as thin as possible, which I was really pleased with. He was a little rough when he was filing my nails though, causing some small cuts around my nails. At the end they gifted me a tube of hand lotion for the holidays which was really nice on their part. I have been here several times now. Every time it has been really good. For starters it is a great price, then they always do a great job. They do nails and waxing as well. Which saves you a lot of time. It is very clean, and the staff is very nice. They are always happy and not complaining about their boss or co workers. They have upgrades but, they don't try to push them on you. Only if you want it. Parking lot is a good size and the bathrooms are clean. I never have to wait very long to be helped. Or not at all.
