Sharon is truly an artist. She knocks my nails out the park every time. I usually show her an inspo picture and she always elevates it. I've been going here for almost a year and won't go anywhere else. Daniel at the front desk is so kind and remembers my face and name every time. Sharon lets me know the price up front, and I appreciate that. But I would pay whatever because of her quality of work.

Excellent customer service! Beautifully decorated and clean establishment. Great location with plenty of other businesses surrounding. Plenty of chairs for large party or girls day. My nail shape was exactly what I wanted. Irene paid close attention to detail. Pedicure was relaxing however she cut my nails too short. Overall GREAT experience!

Myself and my daughters came here for my birthday on a girls day out for my birthday. We all liked our manicure or pedicure. They even played a happy birthday song for me. Me and my daughter went back there on her birthday because we really liked the service. Today I left there very unsatisfied. We got a regular pedicure and the tech working on me didn't do a great job. She cleaned me up okay but then when done she took my shoes and was trying to slide it over my wet toenails. I wore the sandals so I could unbuckle and put my foot in but the tech forced my foot in and scraped the top of my big toe and a couple of smaller toe nails. She tried painting over the starches and even got nail polish on my shoe. Unfortunately I will not be going back to this place.

Ring of fire from drilling my nail down too much.

I previously wrote a review right after my service with tommy. My nails looked and stayed on great but now that they are coming off I realize that I have rings of fire on my nails due to them being drilled down so much. It is absolutely so painful. I did not rip them off or anything that could've caused this. I will absolutely not go back to this salon again, go somewhere else. My nails have never been this flimsy in my life and I know i shouldn't get them done until they heal/get healthier again. So annoyed by this.

Very bad experience, my nails are covered with little air bubbles, holes and bumps. The staff did nothing but giving me attitudes. They had me sitting there for over 20 minutes, no body was there to help fix my nails. They wasted my time and ruined my mood. And apparently, they are discriminating clients with different colors. Throughout the 2 hrs no apologies no explanations, as a return-customer i'd say it feels very humiliated. They ended up telling me they felt pressured by my reasonable comments and reactions, refusing to redo this for me, and kicked me out of the store. I just don't think this is a salon equally nicely treating everyone and people might reconsider coming here after reading this. And i would recommend you to have some all staff trainings to learn about respect and politeness.

I got my nails done for my birthday, and I honestly regret ever stepping foot in there. The nail techs have no basic skills-- it was giving YouTube tutorial gone wrong. The place looks rundown, dark, and straight-up depressing. The energy? Off. The vibes? Terrible. Everyone was rude and unaccommodating. Nothing about this experience was okay, and I wouldn't go back even if they offered me free services for a year. They deserve every bad review they get. They couldn't do a basic set and pedi. Asked me multiple times if I could afford the services and had redone my nails 3 times to let leave me looking like this. If you want a bad nail experience Aria Tempe is great... I hope the manager sees this because she's a part of the problem too!

They accept walk-in's and adjacent to the parking structure, making it really easy. The actual service was a hit and miss. I got a gel manicure and pedicure. The pedicure was great until it came to the polish. The polish was put on thick and a noticed after leaving, that a few of my toes looked a little clumpy. Moving onto the manicure, my nails were slightly uneven but not really noticeable until my nail snagged. Again, like my toes the gel polish on my fingers were a little lumpy and unfinished around the edges which in less than a week later started to lift. Ugh im bummed.

Got acrylics here and they came out super bumpy. $75 I would recommend finding somewhere else tbh.

The service and experience here is always top tier! I leave feeling so happy with how friendly everyone is and how satisfied I am with my nails. The ambience of this place is aesthetic and beautiful. Everyone is amazing here but I only go to Sharon or Katie they are my absolute favorite ever. I don't live in Tempe anymore but I make the drive just to come here!!

Been coming here for a couple of months and Sam is amazing! He is very gentle and takes his time... I never feel rushed. The salon is a bit pricey for being in Tempe but I think it is pretty pricey everywhere to get your nails done nowadays. I normally show him a photo of what I want and he follows what I want perfectly! Highly recommend Sam for any nail services and the salon itself is very beautiful and fairly clean.

Good Morning I hesitated to write this review. But after this last visit it might be my last . When you spend $150 for gel manicure and pedicure you have expectations in quality. I have visited this Nail Var several times a couple visits ago I had a bad pedicure and so very long . I stopped getting pedicures. This visit on Friday 06/05 front person recommend to both at the same time it would be faster for both. I did that but it was still lengthy. I had SNS and nail tech recommended gel it was as strong as SNS and was even charged for removal due to the switch. I was bleeding in a couple places on my big toe on the right and on the left. Saturday morning I took pictures of my toes in the 6th on Sunday the 6th my nails started chipping . Not sure at this point anyone will contact me but I am contacting my financial company if not. read more

Truly my new favorite salon! Mike and Ben were so incredibly wonderful, they squeezed me in after I got off from work an hour before they closed. Ben did my gel X full set, I needed my previous set removed and he's quick to do so and gentle. He was so kind and patient with me and he gave me EXACTLY what I wanted. I have never been happier with my nails. And Mike gave me the best pedicure probably the best one I've had, he was so gentle and sweet. I could not recommend this place more, such a lovely experience I will be coming back!!! read more

I did not rip them off or anything that could've caused this. I will absolutely not go back to this salon again, go somewhere else. Aria nail bar is amazing. Henry did a great job with my pedicure, but all the nail techs are so talented and super sweet. You can enjoy a glass of wine or champagne while you get your nails done. The designs they can do are top notch and I am always receiving compliments on my nails. Horrible experience !! Nails & Pedi for daughters bday- and will never go back! The chair was broken- didn't offer to change it- my knees were in my chest - couldn't relax. Did nails at same time as pedi - put wrong color on my toes - clipped my toe- didn't grind down the nails- lopsided nails- all different lengths- my daughter had a dent on the side of hers- pedi horrible- paint on the toes- had to get fixed somewhere else -very STRESSFUL experience- nowhere near relaxing and they could have cared less! read more

Came here for the first time today ahead of a trip to look at wedding venues with my fiance. When they found out, they congratulated me and even brought me champagne. So sweet! Came in for a pedicure and it was not busy at all! Love that! Especially on a Sunday! the place is very clean, welcoming and the staff is great! Kevin did my pedicure and was very kind, friendly, took his time, was conversational and gave the best massage after a long work week! Thanks so much! The did a beautiful job! My big toe had a split and they fixed me right up! I usually get acrylic on my toes but I ran into something :( but they fixed for me! I also got short finger nails and they were patient and respectful about making sure I liked my end result!! ‍ read more

I used to love coming here to get my toes & nails done. (Veri gives amazing pedicures) Unfortunately today was my last time coming here, not only was Holly my nail tech rude to me but when I was paying I tried to get my parking ticket validated and they told me they couldn't, when I had just seen TWO ladies get their ticket validated minutes before. As someone who attends this nail salon on a monthly basis the customer service today was just so below average it's a huge disappointment. read more

Just another trash company that lies to their clients to take advantage of them. My gf went in with just a few broken natural nails & they convinced her she had to cut all her natural nails & gave her fake nails that are much longer than she likes & they say they are designed that size & can't be cut. She usually pays $140 for a mani/pedi & eye brows & this time they f'd her for $185. This business doesn't care about u AT ALL, just how much they can get out of your pocket. Pathetic!!! read more

The nails you see here were done by Jerry! He is AWESOME!!! Nails are beautiful he does an amazing job And is quick about it! The pink set I got he came up with the idea and I LOVE THEM! I had a great experience with the pedicure but a horrible manicure! The tech didn't remove all the powder from my old manicure so my nails are bumpy and have a lighter shade closer to my cuticles. Plus he was in such a hurry, didn't give me a proper manicure, no lotion, nothing! I talked to the lady upfront and she basically said to remind them next time. There won't be a next time, I will never go back there! read more

Shortly after starting there, my waxer left and the one the store assigned to me next was BRUTAL (I have a very thick, full beard, so getting the edges waxed needs to be done correctly). Therefore, I researched the waxers on staff and saw that Alicia had gotten outstanding reviews, and specifically concerning my needs, and I have been going to her ever since. Alicia does so well, I recommended my best friend to go to her, since his girlfriend likes his face completely smooth, but, his beard grows in like mine, and her tips from each of us far exceed the paltry percentage she gets per customer from EWC. European Wax offers year long passes, where customers can go as often as necessary, and I since I need to go every two weeks to minimize the how much hair is being pulled at one time, I started getting those, since it would save a lot of money. I have five months left before the current year is up. My best friend also bought a year pass, after experiencing Alicia's skills and the lasting results. In the time I have been going to this location, the store has gone through SEVEN managers, with the latest one being Courtney, who has been there a month and a half. And now, Alicia is fired. Funny how the SIX managers BEFORE Courtney, did not fire Alicia, so, it should not take a rocket scientist to figure out who is the problem. Since my waxer is gone, one I trusted and counted on to do the job right (and we always have a great rapport), and I hold those in charge of the store, above the manager level, responsible, I will NOT be coming back to European Wax Centers, ever, for my business. I also want the balance of my pass fees refunded. When I talked to Courtney, she said she could only give me store credit. When I asked to for the corporate number, she said that the location was a franchise, so there is no corporate tie. After some digging, I called Courtney back and asked to speak to her bosses, Lauren and Jacqueline. She said she would pass the message. After not hearing back from either of them, I went into the store and asked her in person for their numbers. She said she could not give out the numbers, but, had left a message with them about my, "concerns". Later, she called me back and claimed that I had gone enough times that there would not be any prorate left on the balance. I do not appreciate European Wax Center for bouncing Courtney from the San Tan Village location to the Tempe Market Place location, because she could not work and play well with others, there (funny thing about the internet, things of record NEVER go away), and I do not appreciate Courtney for firing Alicia when six other managers prior had the management skills to not fire her, nor do I appreciate her gatekeeping the contact information for her bosses. But, that's ok, I will find it and let them know what I think.

I went and got a mani pedi done here on Saturday 1/10 around 3:00pm and the service was okay, I did mention I did not like the nail color but it was as close to what I wanted and I also didn't have the time to get it changed. Monday 1/12 my toe felt sore so I looked at it and noticed that one of them is bigger and more red with white. I went to see my pcp and I have an infection! I called the manager to let him know that they should probably sanitize the area I was in and quite frankly, in general! He was very unprofessional, he yelled at me through the phone so I yelled back. He is incredibly rude. He stated my complaint was only because of my nail color and there was nothing they could do about it. That was not the intention of my complaint, I didn't ask for a refund or credit, I just wanted to tell them about my infection so they can ensure nobody else gets one. I do not recommend this place. The manager is terrible and I will not be going back... I showed my doctor and nurse a photo of the nail cart and they was immediately disgusted! read more

I can't say enough good things about this salon. Every time I come in, I feel so welcomed and genuinely valued as a client. The entire staff is incredibly kind, warm, and professional, and they always make the experience enjoyable. What stands out to me most is their customer service. On the few occasions I've had something with my nails that I wasn't fully happy with, they've always been so gracious about fixing it and truly want me to leave feeling happy and satisfied. Hands down, the absolute best nail salon I have ever been to. Moved to Arizona after living in the Bay Area my entire life and I couldn't believe how incredibly superior this place is. Unfortunately I can't go here anymore because I moved back to California and boy do I miss Aria. My standards have risen and made it difficult to find a place a new salon I'm happy with going forward. If you're in the area, be sure to check it out. She was super friendly did a superb job. Andy did my gel x manicure, i definitely am happy with my results. Hi! I normally never leave reviews but I had an amazing experience with my nail tech KIM. I used to have my nails done all the time but since going into a profession that does not allow this, it is very important to me when I get them done for my nails to look great! KIM did an amazing job. She payed excellent attention to detail and followed my inspiration photo to a T. All my nails are the same size and thickness. None of my nails are going in a wrong direction. I absolutely loved KIM and would recommend her to anyone! read more

The service is exceptional, they always deliver exactly what I ask for, and the conversations are amazing. Katy did my nails recently--she's sweet, engaging, and nailed the elegant short nails with chrome tips I requested. i've been going here for about a year and about 18 sets of nails and not once have i been upset with my acrylic set they do a great job with designs and doing exactly what i want, also very friendly people, it is a little more expensive it's about 85 for a full set but its honestly worth it, Sam is very good i've had him a couple times and its always good with him read more

Got my nails done the other day, and I absolutely love how they came out. With color acrylic powder, nail tip, almond shape, and a few rhinestones, my total was $60 before tip.
