These lashes are so beautiful they did my brows and lashes, I feel absolutely stunning. I visit this place frequently and they gave me the cutest pink Tumblr for Christmas. Great vibe and they always staying busy. I would recommend setting up an appointment for sure! I came as a walk in and got moved out of my seat a couple times for people that made an appointment lol. Still great customer service provided. Not sure if it was because it was Mother's Day, but they were still taking people after they closed which was super nice! All in all the pedicure was amazing and the quality is there. Also, was able to spin the wheel and got a free French tip for next visit! Definitely will be back read more

I hate leaving negative reviews for businesses, but like any consumer reading these - I rely on them when I choose a place. First of all, we all know nail salons are super saturated. There's a ton of places to choose from because they're at every corner. I had a good experience here the first time I went last year, so when I needed to meet a friend I hadn't seen in awhile - it felt like a good place for us to connect between phoenix and Tempe. I called and made a reservation for 10am the next day as my friend and I were on a tight schedule (also, pretty disappointed with the answering service, they were short and cut me off and kept saying "yes- come in" like I was asking for a walk in apt without letting me finish what I needed for time and date and service). Our pedicures started 30 minutes behind schedule. 20 minutes in we asked the status and they said 10 more minutes and when we threatened to leave they tried to accommodate faster. You can tell they had other people waiting and backlogged as well. I get that staffing issues happen, or an influx of customers at a point can be stressful, but appointments are made for a reason. Communication throughout the process and letting customers know they are running behind is ok. No communication, 30 minutes behind and asking for updates, and then feeling rushed through a service I only can make time for once every three months, is NOT ok. Also, then they had us spinning a wheel for an extra bonus for the next time we come back when we checked out. No thanks, we won't be back. read more

There is amazing talent working in this spa. There is ample parking and it is easy to get in and out. I walked in without an appointment but after only a few minutes they took care of me. The care was really perfect! I had Emily and she knew exactly what to do and everything felt great. She even taught me a few words in Vietnamese. She was nice and even engaging. She asked if I wanted a manicure also and I said yes. I think she said only $20 more. I noticed her nails looked like art and mainly on her left hand. She said she did that to herself as she had learned to paint nails actually in Vietnam before she moved here. She is very qualified and I highly recommend her. Other people in the shop also spoke to me and it felt like friends. The vibe is happy and caring. Try them! read more

Emily and her sister are amazing! Everyone in the salon is so sweet and it's always been a positive experience being in there. I wasn't happy with the color I got and they quickly took me in and fixed it. I appreciated how kind they were about it and how quick they were to get my nails to the way I loved them. I got a sincere apology and didn't feel judged or uncomfortable. Everyone makes mistakes and the way they handled the situation was very professional. I needed a last-minute acrylic fill, and I found this nail salon. This is the first nail salon where they were upfront and honest about the price if anything was going to be extra. The ladies are ALL so friendly. Prices are very fair. I will definitely be a return customer. Angel did my nails, and she was an absolute sweetheart, and her quality of work is amazing. I don't live in Arizona, but visit often. I will continue to come back to this nail salon just because of the quality of work, customer service and sincere women here. Came here to get ready for my trip to Mexico which was the following day. I got a manicure, pedicure, under arms and entire leg wax. I don't plan to come back here and would not necessarily recommend people to come here for waxing specifically. I had two ladies wax my legs and not entirely sure why this had happened but they used two different waxes on my legs. One leg was used with the honey wax and the other was used with a coconut wax. I was extremely frustrated at the end of my waxing session because my legs were not smooth or anywhere near hairless. I still had to shave my legs before my trip the next day so there was really no point in wasting my money on this and I hope this review saves you from wasting your money on their waxing services as well. Overall the entire experience was not worth the $254 I ended up spending there. read more

We went here cause the reviews were good but we didn't enjoy our experience. I showed a picture to my nail tech doing my pedicure who was a man with a bald head it was just French with a white chrome. He started doing the pedicure at lightening speed so fast I couldn't take the time to relax. Once we got to the polish part things took a turn. He first started doing the French with no pink base and just white on the tip and I stopped him and asked for pink. After trying to find the right pink he said I didn't tell him when it was in the picture. Then the chrome..... oh my. He could not get the right chrome and after many try's and me saying it wasn't right, I finally gave up and just accepted I wouldn't like my nails. Heartbreaking since I am always on my feet and just wanted to take some time to relax and pamper myself. My hands were a totally different experience. Kim is great and did exactly what I asked for. I asked for matching hands and toes and she was able to immediately get the right chrome the first time and did a pink base and was very detailed. She is the only reason why this place is even getting 1 star. My boyfriend's tech was ok. She was nice but also too fast and didn't even buff his nails or cut them evenly. Overall there's a lot of better places out there def isn't worth anywhere near the $225 we paid. read more

If you love doing designs on your nails, this is the place to visit. Annie, Lina, and Kim get the job done and with amazing service. I show up with design inspirations and they hit the mark every single time! The vibe is positive and uplifting. There was a preexisting nail salon at this location, but it was taken over by new management a few months ago, and it's been wonderful! Need a little extra self-care? I want to address an extremely unprofessional experience at Flaming Nails. While I was getting my nails done, the owner yelled at my nail tech, which was not only uncalled for, but also incredibly disrespectful. There's a time and place to address issues with your employees, and doing so in front of customers is not appropriate. To make matters worse, the owner was slamming chairs and even came over to my nail tech's station to cut the telephone cord. That behavior is beyond disrespectful & disgusting, and no one should have to endure it in the workplace. I want to make it clear that no one is "disrespecting" you simply because we're booking with the best nail tech in the shop. As I told you in person, you owe her an apology, not me. This kind of treatment should not be tolerated, and it's disappointing to witness it. read more

You can't do that your business is still horrible no matter what you hide I've dealt with the rude side of you guys all for a review cause I asked about taking a off a set she told me they not allowed to tell us how to remove it what a dummy ! These people are rude & sneaky knew I didn't add French tip I also been calling about that she hung up in my face , I've been accused of scamming , threatening, her workers told her that when I got my set redid cause the shit was ugly & fell off under a week & said I didn't pay them or never tipped them THIS PLACE IS A TOTAL SCAM I HAVE EVERYTHING WOTH THEM RECORED CAUSE I INEW THEY WOULD LIE upon going to the store to ask if I can speak with management the Annie btch started getting loud with me & told her boss I was the one coming in there loud & harassing I hope they have cameras at that place cause I'm looking to sue for sure so if you guys see this have your lawyers contact me ! & seems I'm not the only one that's been saying this about this place , oh yea they have their 7 day policy they absolutely don't tell you about lol this place is garbage DONT COME watch what they put under my review IM INCLUDING PROOF ! If I could give negative stars I would. Got a mani/pedi that they charged me about $130 for, and an extra $30 for French gel. They didn't do anything to my feet and hands besides soak and remove some cuticles. Then to top it off by day 3 my nails were chipping! That's the purpose of gel as it's not supposed to chip. I would not recommend this shop. read more

I got my nails done twice now with the same tech, Mike. He has done an incredible job both times and has helped me to grow out my nails! The salon is clean and very nicely kept. They have all new and nice set ups. I highly recommend this place especially if you can get Mike! read more

I arrived early to my appointment, I do not mind waiting. That's not a problem at all . But I set my appointment time, I would expect EWC to respect their clients and their time . It is ironic that EWC demands punctuality from clients but shows zero respect for our time. There is a total lack of accountability here.
