Y'all I just got a fantastic leg massage from Vincent, my toenails look great, they took me as a walkin and were real nice and the massage chair was good and Heidi did the girl next to me and hers looked great too. So grateful, I needed that. And it was very reasonably priced. Decent color selection.

Beautiful and peaceful shop! Amazing service! Love my nails done by the gentleman working (I feel terrible for forgetting his name) - and Heidi does an amazing job on my toes every single time. Both of them are kind and supportive, I will keep coming back to them! They are also very fairly priced, I recommend to bring cash + cash tips!! Be very careful with this place. I came to get a dip manicure and the man cut my finger with the drill. I was bleeding and he used a brush and a polish to cure the nail. He put the brush back in the drawer and the polish was put away!! My blood was on those two items. I am horrified at the unsanitary practices and am currently dipping all my fingers in antiseptic the minute I get home.

My daughter and I both LOVE Queens Nails. I go to Vincent and his wife does my pedis, my daughter also goes to both. I do dip and he does such a great job, my nails last almost a month before I need fills. They are fairly priced too, and not pretentious. They don't charge unfairly with things like, "square shape $10 extra" when you came in with square shape. I have had so many bad experiences in Scottsdale nail salons and now only go to Queens nails! read more

I went to this nail shop in 2017 or 2018 I do not recommend this place. One of the ladies was blatantly racist and extremely rude. They were so nice to the other costumers but horrible to me which is a shame. The elephant in the room was how rude the nail tech was being to me. To this day I still think about that experience. May God help people like that. Nonetheless I never returned. Take your money elsewhere read more

I've lived in the area for over 10 years and stop in her periodically and they never disappoint. Always accommodating and the prices are very reasonable for the area. My current set has been on for 3 weeks and look perfect- just a little grown out. It's a hidden gem and a nice break from the over-done, over-priced salons in the area. read more

My bff and I were on a girls trip and found this place as we were searching nail places near us and we were so happy we did! The people who did our pedicure were so nice and funny. And they did a great job with our nails. The paint has lasted weeks without chipping. They also massaged our legs longer then normal (we just got the basic pedicure). Overall I'd recommend this place to my friends and family. read more

I was in town for the weekend and I needed to get my nails done ASAP! I literally went to so many nail salons (high end and medium) and honestly had low faith when I came across to this salon--BUT BOY WAS I WRONG! As soon as I walked in they greeted me and sat me down right away, I was honestly surprised of how many beautiful gel colors they had (let's be honest, there's usually just a handful of good colors) but this place wow'd me with their selection! My fiancé and I are Scottsdale locals. We had a great pedicure experience here. We did the highest level with the massage and paraffin wax. She didn't rush the massage at all which was very nice and relaxing. We're very pleased and will be back! read more

I am very happy and love how my nails turned out. This cute little shop is clean and friendly. My first time here and Heidi treated me well. She was very meticulous on my nails. Do you LOVE loooooooooooooooooong foot massages that are included in the $31 mani-pedis? If so, try out Queen's Nails. In dire need of a mani-pedi whilst part of a bachelorette weekend, I came across QN on yelp. Apparently people in AZ are not really into yelping...so I had to make a few calls around the area to find the best deal. $31 is a little steep for a regular mani-pedi, but I did enjoy the super long leg and hand massage, and they offer all the trendy OPI colors. read more

LOVE LOVE LOVE. I've been coming here for about 6 months every 2-4 weeks. They always give me a perfect regular manicure and can get it done in 20 minutes. If you want a Mani/pedi, they will often do both at the same time, cutting time in half and making you feel super pampered. Kevin is the best at acrylic sets. Perfect shape and really takes the time to shape/file the tips before color. So reasonably priced and close to everything. Whether I make an appointment or walk in, they always take me in and make sure I get exactly what I need. I'm so picky about my nail places/techs and make sure to go for a while before judging, and this place is 10/10 for me. Definitely recommend!!!! read more

Went in a couple days to UPS to mail some packages back home and this nail shop was next door. I really needed a fill and broke two nails as we have been in AZ for over two weeks I walked in and was able to get a full fill and repair. Meh. Mixed experience. I walked in on a saturday and was the only person in there for 1.5 hours, not a great sign. My manicure and pedicure were fine although it wasn't anything special. However they didn't have any sort of fans to dry my nails and just sprayed them. then my husband came in just to have them clean up his nails and it was horrible. They didn't at all ask him how short he wanted them and she cut every single nail down to the stubs. when acetone was put on it stung him. I asked him why he didn't say anything and he said he didn't realize how short she was cutting them. Hanging around waiting for my nails to dry i just didn't get the sense they really cared. So its fine for a quick pop in but be sure to vocalize what you want and be super specific. read more

For the first time, I stepped out of my comfort zone and took to her suggestion. We tried the gel x with a French tip. I have never done this full glue on method nail after a full soak off, but she guaranteed it. If it wasn't for her, I would definitely have not come back. Actually, I was about to leave the salon altogether and have my man come pick me up. However, seeing the camaraderie with the nail technicians working together as a team, almost like a family, without the owner, it made lt made my heart warm and she was deciding the person who won me over to choose this salon. I don't think she spoke a lot of English, but she was very efficient and precise with making my feet look like a bomb.com All in all, I got done way faster and I had way less of a headache and almost any other nail salon I've been to. I really wanted to like this nail Salon as it's in walking…read moredistance of my apartment. The salon itself is clean, well lit and of course great location. The front reception was polite and I was happy to have been able to walk in and get an appointment. That's where I give it two stars Unfortunately, on both occasions I went both failed to meet my expectations. I figured I would give it a second go maybe first time was just an off day. But nope. The second time I was very clear with the color, shape and length I wanted even showing clear photos. I also stated hard gel numerous times. I was very confused when she was about to start to put acrylic on. I said no no hard gel which I mentioned. She almost proceeded to continue to put acrylic on and I said please no stop. I've never had acrylic on my hands nor do I want it. Hard gel only. Not only was the shape wrong since I ended up with pointy claws. She also painfully dug at my cuticles which is not normally part of getting a hard gel fill. I was left with peeling skin on a few cuticles as it was extremely aggressive. I ended up finding a wonderful new place after doing a bit more research and they were able to fix my set beautifully. You would think with the location and price points they would be more upscale but certainly not thaw case. I won't return and do not recommend.

I called 20 minutes after leaving and asked if I could get it fixed and they straight up said no without offering to work something out.
