The quality of work is consistently outstanding, and they truly pay attention to every little detail. Every set is done with precision, and the shape... perfection! The entire business is run with professionalism. The salon itself is spotless, which I really appreciate. The receptionist is such a sweetheart- she always goes above and beyond to accommodate schedules and make sure everyone feels taken care of. If you're looking for a nail salon, this is the place. I wouldn't trust ANYONE else with my nails!!! I also want to add why I felt compelled to write this review. I personally witnessed a customer trying to take advantage of the owners' kindness just to save a few bucks and it honestly didn't sit right with me. Looks like they also left a bs review. I literally witnessed the customer lie to the owner just to see if they could get a discount. Just so horrible... The owners take such pride in their work and business-they deserve to be treated with appreciation and respect vs a fake review. Grrr. read more

Came in super excited to do aura nails, I asked ahead and made sure they could do it. 2 hours into my set she couldn't figure it out so I ended up leaving but they asked for me to come back to fix it. When I came back they couldn't do it again. But I was charged $110 still for no design. Im pretty bummed out I feel like I got over charged and wasted gas just to get French tips. UPDATE: I asked at the register if this design was possible. They said yes. Never did I say the effort was not there, I said the work was not what I asked for. I ended up with stripes because of the lack of skill. Upon check out I was asked if I liked it, I responded that it's okay but not what I wanted. The host insisted I come back even after me saying numerous times that it's okay. She told me to choose whatever design I wanted. So I did, upon coming back, I showed the photo and said if this is not possible I don't want to waste her time so it's okay if she told me it's not possible. She insisted we try and when I told her I didn't like it she stated to get irritated with me just like the First Lady. My experience here shows in the response. No accountability, even after giving chances. There's not much to argue about but keep going I guess. read more

What a great find! This was a nail business that the current owner took over and redid so it now looks modern and beautiful. The interior is quite nice with very comfortable, pretty, massage pedicure chairs and many nail stations. Even the organized way they feature the hundreds of nail polishes is very pleasing! They offer every color under the rainbow for regular and gel polishes. We made our appointments online for pedicures and they were ready for us when we arrived. We chose the 45 minute long pedicure and it was perfect! It came with a scrub, hot wax, and a hot rock massage. My feet have never been so happy. The whole experience was relaxing and wonderful. I came across this place because the shop I was going to is under renovation. Lucky me! I'm so happy I found them. It's so clean and smells good. All of the employees are very kind and made sure I felt comfortable. They have beautiful colors and lots of them to choose from. Mae did my pedicure and she did a great job. My toes look so pretty. T started doing my nails but Brian took over and I'm glad he did. Both did a good job but I was watching Brian do two ladies when I came in and I loved his work. Brian did an excellent job on my nails. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he nailed it. The vibe in the shop is pleasant. I'm very happy I found them and will only go back to my old nail salon if I can't get in with Nailsdate. I highly recommend this place!! read more

I booked a builder gel fill and instead had my natural nails aggressively filed down. A proper builder-gel fill should rebalance and preserve the natural nail, not grind it away. This is not a style preference, it's incorrect technique that can cause long-term nail damage. I paid for the service but will not return. DO NOT RECOMMEND. EDIT TO REPLY TO OWNER'S RESPONSE: I need to clarify several factual inaccuracies in your response. I was scheduled for and received a builder gel fill on my natural nails. There were no extensions on the nails in question, and there was no separation or lifting present that required removal of product beyond standard prep! Filing into the natural nail during a routine builder gel fill is not appropriate technique and was not necessary in this case. This was not a protective measure, nor was it related to mold prevention, as there was no gap, moisture issue, or enhancement separation to address. This was not about discomfort or preference! It was about incorrect and unnecessary technique being used during a service that is intended to preserve nail health. I paid for the service but will not return, as the work performed did not align with proper builder gel application standards. My review reflects my experience accurately and is intended to inform others seeking safe, correct nail services. Clearly, the owner also doesn't know what she is talking about.
