I arrive early at 445 knowing I'm early, they don't greet me or offer anything that I notice they offer the other women. I'm waiting & eventually another 5 women walk in all with 5 o lock appointments. Eventually we all start to fall off and those women leave. A couple of us stay but it is now past 530 and I've asked multiple times as there is zero urgency through the shop to make sure the group waiting for their 5pm appointment if they have an eta on when they plan to start. At that point they rush me to a pedicure station where I waited another 10 min so all in all I've not even stated my services until almost 6. I end up getting a pedicure (which was an after thought) as I needed my nails done by 630 no one has even started on my hands and I felt there was zero sense of care for my time or any one else's so I let my toes dry and I left. I will say I've lived in scottsdale for 14 years and this was the worst service & experience I've had at a salon ever. They tried to stop me at the door when I was getting up to tell me I had my nails to get done and I stated I had dinner plans at 7 this shouldn't of taken almost 2 hours for a subpar pedicure. Again been in scottsdale 14 years frequent the area often. Very disappointed in the energy and all around care they had for me. Maybe it's me for many reason they didn't care as this was in a different area and definitely had a different vibe inside the salon when I walked in. Should have followed my gut when I saw the lack of interest in helping me the moment I walked in. I will not be going back there and if you respect your time I wouldn't suggest it to anyone else. A pro the salon is clean. I'll give them that. But energy and staff are rude/inconsiderate.

My pinky finger part of it is painted to the nail bed and the other half is not two of my two fingers she left nail polish on. Today I had a 3 PM appointment and simply called ahead to ask if my nail tech was running behind. I live four minutes away, so if she was delayed, I could just come a little later instead of sitting there waiting. The man at the front desk was incredibly rude and told me that if I "don't have time to wait," I should never come to the salon again, and then hung up on me. I never said I didn't have time to wait. I was simply asking if they were running behind so I could time my arrival accordingly. It's very disappointing that clients are expected to be understanding when the salon is running late, but asking for that same consideration in return is treated as a problem. After being a loyal client for over a year, the way I was spoken to was absolutely despicable. Hanging up on a client is disrespectful, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable regardless of the situation. Shame on you for treating a loyal customer this way. If this is your salon, I genuinely think you have a long way to go in learning how to communicate with customers and how to de-escalate a simple situation instead of turning it into something much bigger. And if this is not your salon, I sincerely hope the owner is reading these responses, because the way you are speaking to customers publicly is doing the business no favors. There are plenty of great salons around, and I already got my nails done today, so we're all good.
