Tia did a dip manicure for me on Friday 3/15. By Wed 3/18 3 of my nails (1 left, 2 right) have chipped off. Such a disappointment since I'm traveling for a work conference and now have tacky chipped nails. She only did 2 dip coats- my usual place does 3 and has never chipped. What a dump!!!! I started coming here in 2015 the place was always busy everyone happy, smiling and laughing everyone just having a good time. Ever since the new owners took over the place has gone downhill fast. It's dirty the employees are miserable and the vibe sucks !!!!! They don't EVER change the wax they use the same stuff on everyone's face or wherever. They don't sterilize the equipment they reuse the same nail files and callous removers on everyone. I have lived in the neighborhood for 10+ years and I am SO MAD that I didn't find this place sooner. Ly is the only gal I go to these days and she is amazing! All of the women here are incredible though. The massage chairs are so wonderful. I'd pay 10$ for an hour of just sitting in the chair and not even getting my nails done. Excellent pedicure (with exfoliation and callus removal) by Ivy. Best callus removal I've ever received! Great polishing of toenails and no cuts whatsoever on cuticles! I just had the worst manicure & pedicure of my lifetime & I'm 74. The nail tech had a strong grip which was very uncomfortable. He used his own nails to scrape the polish off around the cuticles. He left my big toe sore where he cut it with the nippers & the bottom of my toes were also sore where he scraped them with the file. The manicure was horrendous. My cuticles were not trimmed properly & and the filing of my fingernails was uneven & the polish streaked. I'm disgusted. read more

She's really popular among other clients so sometimes the person in charge of booking can overlap appointments but she never lets that influence her work. She gets the job done right no matter what. Did I say how detailed her designs are? They're on-point and she can do ANYTHING. She has like 15 years of experience doing nails. Anyways, I've never had a bad experience here. They have a good selection of services, a wide array of color choices for gels and lacquers, prices are reasonable, and their pedicure chairs are comfy. Plus everything is nice and clean so my fear of germs is non-existent here. It's a long drive from Chandler but it's worth it as long as Jannette is working! Worst nail salon i have ever been to. i originally loved my nails. after only a week, the stars started falling out and my nails started to HURT. i went in to another nail salon and they told me it's because of how thick the nails are, and my nail tech didn't take off the rest of my older acrylics. I was not very happy with the shape of my nails from the start, but i thought i'd love with it since my nail tech was patient. after about two weeks i decided to call. i asked to speak to a manager and they asked to take a message, i told them i wanted something to be done because my nails hurt, it's very uncomfortable, and the stars are coming out. the only thing she said was "why didn't you call us sooner??" in a very harsh tone. i have an infant son, and work two jobs. i'm surprised i was even able to get the nails done at all due to never having time. i was told i would get a call back and i still have not received anything. i'm very disappointed. i paid $70 for my nails, tulles $17 for the hard work my nail tech did, just for my fingers to throb within a week. i would not recommend to anyone to this place. the photos are only a week and a half after getting them read more

I love Blooming. Everytime I end up at a different place for a pedicure I wish I would have come here. Lesson learned. I always get the deluxe pedicure for $33. It comes with a sugar scrub, callus remover, hot stone and hot towel. They give the best massages and they seem longer than most places too! They always polish flawlessly. They have a big selection of regular polish and also gel. Today I got a deluxe pedicure and a fill with gel polish. The girl that did them did amazing. I got a spa pedicure and a gel manicure. The pedicure was one of the better ones I have received. The massage felt great, nice chairs, and my toenails look really good. The manicure did not go as well. I told her I wanted my nails rounded. She did my pinky and it looked good, so I agreed to that. However, none of my other nails were done like that. I feel like she rounded them way too dramatically for how short my nails are. Two nails are COMPLETELY UNEVEN, and some are so short it looks like I bite my nails. Also, some of my nails did not get polish all the way to the base, so it looks like my nails have grown out after just 3 days.
