Lee and her team of nail techs are some of the best in the valley. The spa is always clean and the instruments are sanitized. They follow the covid restrictions very well. One of my favorite spots for a gel mani! read more

I got a spa pedicure and a gel manicure. The pedicure was one of the better ones I have received. The massage felt great, nice chairs, and my toenails look really good. The manicure did not go as well. I told her I wanted my nails rounded. She did my pinky and it looked good, so I agreed to that. However, none of my other nails were done like that. I feel like she rounded them way too dramatically for how short my nails are. Two nails are COMPLETELY UNEVEN, and some are so short it looks like I bite my nails. Also, some of my nails did not get polish all the way to the base, so it looks like my nails have grown out after just 3 days. Lastly, it could just be me, but I felt like at times the lights for the gel were burning my fingers. read more

I've been going to this salon for mani/pedis for a couple of years. All of the ladies are friendly and proficient. They move you through quickly and get the job done right! Their prices are reasonable, and they're all super talented. Today I splurged and the nail tech delivered on exactly what I requested. Love this place! read more

I recently moved to Florida and I'm sad that I still haven't found a better nail tech than Ly. She is very quick and efficient and always assures I am happy with my nails (which I always am of course). The nail salon is very clean and the other nail techs are very friendly. Blooming Nails currently has specials to get 20% off of your service, make sure to ask them how to get it. Thank you Blooming Nails! I will see you again soon! read more

This nail salon is the best I've ever been to. Been going to this location for about 8 years when they first opened. Love the technicians here and the quality of the products they use is top notch. Above all, it's very clean and well maintained. read more

I've been coming to Blooming Nails for many years now, even back when this location was Ken's Nails. Overall, service is prompt and efficient and the nail techs are friendly and professional. They'll do their best to accommodate walk-ins, although I live close by and generally give them a call first for an appointment. I don't request a specific nail tech, but occasionally I like to do themed nail art for holidays or special occasions, and will bring in photos of what I'd like, and let them know ahead of time so they can set me up with someone with the skills to do it, and to allow the extra time needed. I also use the Perka app at Blooming Nails, which gives me a $5 reward on every $100 I spend. Glad to have a reliable business near my home. read more

LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! been coming here for years and recommend to everyone. I drive from North Scottsdale because it's worth it! Lee is a master at fixing my stubborn ingrown toenail. Lee, Tia and Tracy are artists and so sweet, kind and accommodating! You will thank me read more

Tia did a great job on my peducure, including a lovely half and foot massage, and she's so sweet. She cleaned and polished my toes beautifully and the price was reasonable. I'll definitely be coming back. read more

Our experience was horrible. The nail technician was sneezing and coughing all over my daughter's hands. When I asked for a credit or refund, the front desk oerson ssaid "no bbecause it is just allergies". Regardless of a cold or allergies, it was very unprofessional. Don't waste your money here. read more

Very poor customer service. Techs/Gals are great, owner not so much. She intimidates them all, and has no respect for the client's time. Doesn't matter if you have an appointment, she will take a walk-in and expect you to wait. Too many great choices in the area. Don't waste your time... She's tiny but she's a bully ;( read more

My toe hurts and is weeping pus. See pic. It didn't hurt at the time but I could see she kept going for the side nail cut on my toe. I'm hoping it doesn't turn into a bigger infection... be careful. My gel nails are also very messy looking and aren't even, some areas are thick and others are thin. I'm done with this place. $70 bucks for an infection of the toe and messy looking gels. Ugh... Adding a pic of my gels only 1 week later. Already peeling off, what a waste of money - don't go here! Updates: 8-6-17 Because she dug into my toe so deep to trim the nail, my nail turned into a ingrown toenail and I had to get it removed by a podiatrist. read more

In the beginning, I thought this was a great place. I was wrong! In less than 3 days my mani polish was half gone. I went back but was told I would have have another polish . No more Blooming Nails for me.... read more

I looveee it here everyone is nice and all nail techs seem to know just what to do! I've gone to a few other nail places and they never seem to know I like them short coffin & not thick and they did just that Lee was the first person to ever do give me a full set that I actually LOVE! I'll be going no other place but here! read more

I always have a great experience as I did today despite a tantrum by a lady who was clearly upset that a two year old gift card that was clearly expired wouldn't be honored, despite the kindness of the staff who explained to her that they would honor half the amount. Thank you to Lee and team for the great customer service and professionalism. read more

Been coming to see Janet for over 3 years...she's amazing, gifted with designs, & very professional! I now live far away & go out of my way to return for special occasions becouse nobody else I've seen does as good of a job as she does! This time i did a less intricate design for a company holiday party but still came out amazing! Other times I've brought her mani pics & she has never been stressed over my ideas; if anything she gets enthusiastic &makes color recommendations as well...cannot say enough about her except that i truly appreciate her & her dedication to her work! read more

I'm seeing a lot of negative comments written about gel not lasting and peeling off within a week the funny thing is I have been coming here for 5 years and I see Lee every time she is very friendly, has a very good personality, good sense of humor, I have had nothing but good experiences at this nail salon. Mind you not I do get gels on my real nails which last for a month if not longer!! Always my go to! Gel does not last on the hands if you are hard on your hands(regardless of the nail salon)get DHL!!!! read more

I absolutely love this nail salon. I previously went to Ken's nails and spa, but the new owners and employees are great. I especially love Sion and Tammy. Every time I go, I am treated so friendly and always have a great experience. I love the deluxe pedicure and I usually go back and forth with gel manicures and pink and white full sets. They are very reasonably priced. I will never go anywhere else!!! I also got married in February and I arranged a morning for all my bridesmaids and my mom and I, with the owner Jason. He was great and had enough staff to get every pedicure chair open and then switch over to our hands. I felt so special! Thank you! read more

It been awhile since I have had a chance to pamper myself so went to a well known nail place to get a pedicure! Have to maintain the feet as it gets warmer ! Janette is the best . Blooming Nails & Spa - Nail Salons Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

If I could give this place no stars I would... customer service is so key these days when there are so many nail places to choose from. I received a gift card for this place and thought I had mistakenly thrown it away. I just found it while cleaning out a closet. I was excited to go use the gift card and realized it had an expiration date from 1 year the date it was purchased. The lady would not honor it despite me saying I would get more services than the gift certificate was allotted for. I did mention that she did in fact receive the money for the gift card and although I realized it was expired, I still feel cheated. I was honest and not trying to take advantage but I believe the lady could have been more understanding. What a disservice to the customer! Update: after the owner Tony reached out to me, he made an exception and allowed me to use the gift certificate. The staff was nice and did a good job on my grandmother's nails. Thank you for being understanding and doing right by the customer. read more

I've been going to Blooming Nails for about five years. I have never been happier with a salon. They are always pleasant, remember your name and do a great job. They recently remodeled and it's very nice. I'm always happy to see a small business succeed and they deserve it! read more

This is my absolute favorite nail place to get mani pedis!! Great music and tv shows to chill out and watch and most important this is the only place I'll go to get my nails done unless I'm traveling of course. They recently remodeled the space and is even more lovely -- Highly recommend! read more

I have been coming here for nail services since they opened. The staff is nice and the selection of nail Polish is good. I wish they had more Essie nail polish but there are always colors I want. The location is very convenient and parking is never a problem. The only thing I would recommend is for the staff to receive better training on the message portion. Some of the staff are very good and make my feet feel great! Others use their nails on my feet and it hurts or they squeeze my legs too hard, so the relaxing aspect is minimized. Other than that, I highly recommend this place!! read more

Thank you for great customer service job well done. Lovely atmosphere!! Keep up the great work! Lee is amazing!! Oops change review... came back a second time and never saw or heard such rudeness. Lee was rude obnoxious and couldn't give two birds especially after such good service to start. The entire salon was nicer and happier to see the postman than a paying customer. DO NOT go to first desk lady!!! Nail salons are a dime a dozen find somewhere else!! read more

I left another salon that I had been going to for years to try this place out. My hairstylist had recommended I go see Lee and boy am I glad I did! She's amazing!!! I'll be sticking with her for good! Not only is she so sweet, kind and funny but she just gets me and what I want every time. When you're someone who gets your nails done every 2-3 weeks you want someone who understands your style and knows what you want and makes it happen! Lee does that for me! She NAILS it every time! ;-) I recommend this updated, modern and clean salon but more importantly I recommend Lee! She's the best!!! read more

Really great service! Have only had pedicures.....always leave with "new" feet! Love it!

I have been in the north Scottsdale area since February and had yet to find a nail salon that I would go back to until today! I came in after a long kind of horrible day, after a mani and pedicure my day was no longer bad and I was relaxed! My nails look better than they have in months! read more

Tracy was very unprofessional and rude. Tracy left my nails uneven and my cuticles rough with excess nail polish on them. In sum, Tracy did a really sloppy job, perhaps because Tracy seemed more focused on the person Tracy was talking to on her cell phone while Tracy was doing my deluxe pedicure and manicure, when clearly Tracy is not able to multitask. When I politely and gently asked Tracy to fix, Tracy told me "I don't want to do your nails no more" and stormed off. The other nail technician (who said she manages the place) sat with her feet up the whole time and seemed annoyed she had to look up from her phone when I walked in but finally got up when she realized I was waiting to pay. The owner Lee told me by phone she appreciates my business but owner Lee said there is nothing she can do if her nail technician refused to fix these issues which is untrue and shocking since owner Lee says in her business description owner Lee prides herself on customer satisfaction. If the latter were true, owner Lee could have and should have offered to fix my unresolved issues herself since owner Lee is a licensed nail technician. Clearly owner Lee's business description are empty words she does not actually stand behind since Lee was aware I was not satisfied. I liked this place because it was empty and quiet. After Tracy's rude unprofessional attitude, I now know why this place is empty. The nail technicians don't appreciate their customers. The nail technicians seem annoyed by them. I don't know how this place remains in business because it's always empty. read more
