You know how some nail salons make you feel like you're a burden? Tiffany's makes you feel like a queen. Not only that, he is THOROUGH... I've never seen someone put in so much effort into the cleaning process and preparing the nails. And he did a *wonderful* job - I really love how these came out. Acrylics take a little while to dry and Kevin actually offered to grab my keys for me so I wouldn't be riffling through my purse and screw them up. That is next level service. Have you ever gone to a Chinese restaurant and asked to order a dish made slightly different than the way the restaurant offers it, only to hear they can't make any exceptions to their rules? That is an example of Tiffany nails customer service policies in a nutshell. Just as background, let me mention that I have been coming to this location for years before the new owners acquired the business, so I was happy with the service I received in the past. I also used to go regularly for their top of line "Deluxe Pedicure" and manicure with the new owners. Then last month, I was made aware of my unimportance as a customer. Apparently, it doesn't matter how many extra services you order from their menu, their main concern is the amount of time they spends on a pedicure -- no more than one hour, whether you're paying for the basic pedicure requiring fewer steps, or the deluxe pedicure requiring several more services-- it really doesn't matter. All Pedicures are one hour. That's because their priority is not the customer's experience. The rule in their head is "a pedicure is no more than one hour long, and that's what's most important to Tiffany Nails. And their "customer last" policy also extends to your time. Even if you make an appointment, they are almost always at least 15 to 20 minutes late, and it has been several times that I've had to come back at another time altogether for their convenience. That does not fly when you have several other commitments! Sometimes it's just not worth the effort to be a regular customer in a place where you're not appreciated. So after nearly 20 years of going to Tiffany nails, they just permanently lost a good client. There are plenty of other businesses that truly appreciate your patronage. read more

Within just a few hours of leaving, all the polish on all my friend's toes were chipping off at the edges. I get gel because it lasts a long time. Not at all in this case. As for mine, it was fine for two days. Then I barely knicked my food on something as I was walking and a huge chunk of the gel polish came off super easily. I walked in for a pedicure and left VERY happy. My nail tech was very helpful in fixing a broken nail with a quick acrylic overlay and gave me a great pedicure. Lee has great hands and I just was able to sit back in this beautiful pedicure chair and have a bottle of water and listen to nice music and have a wonderful massage and he did a great job on my toes. Really poor first experience. Did the walk in thing...... they asked me to com back at 3 as they were busy.... no prob. Went and got work out done.
