No appointment. Popped in with a friend and my pedi got started immediately, friend starts her soaking next to me - 15min in my friend asks when hers will start. She says 20 more minutes! Sorry, what? So misleading to start my service immediately but expecting her to sit there with her feet in water for 45min...they knew we would have gone somewhere else if they said there was a 45 min wait for two services together. There are too many other good nail places around now to bother here again. Was also not busy at all and really run down inside, which shows the decline in popularity. The tech was apologetic, and this was not her fault, but the gentleman (manager?) kept saying we should make appointments next time. Never been more disappointed in a gel mani/pedi. In less than 3 days after my gel mani/pedi I developed an infection on my right thumb, multiple chips in the gel nails and the entire gel polish fell off my pinky toe. Save your money. read more

The product quality here sucks! 4 nails on my NO CHIP manicure chipped a couple days after I got them done. Not only were my nails chipping my 2 big toes were also chipping. I had an upcoming vacation so I couldn't go back in to get them repaired and I called to let them know I will come in when I return. I was told the woman who did my nails no longer works there but they would fix them when I'm back in town. My mani/pedi looked so bad I had to get a whole new pedicure and 3 fingernails repaired while on vacation. The day after I came back in town I go to this place to get the 4th nail fixed that chipped and the old male tech was EXTREMELY rude. He kept asking what nail I want fixed without listening to the inconvenience I went through and offer a better solution. I don't know if their products are old/cheap or if the manicurist did a bad job prepping my nails. Either way, I walked out because he was disrespectful and had a disgusting attitude. I'm a single mom with 1.5hrs of childcare booked every two weeks. I was very specific when I made my apt that I needed hands/toes done at the same time . When I got here, they started my toes and took the opportunity to service walk in clients instead of doing my mani/pedi at the same time. When I mentioned what they were doing, they said they were too short staffed. I had to leave without my nails done to get my son in time. This has happened twice where they promised my mani/pedi at same time via apt and did not provide that service. I won't be back. read more

I've been going there for a few years now few and the service has just gone down hill, the environment is great never too crowded and is beautiful inside. The service on the other hand is not up to par. The main lady is wonderful with the full sets and manicures but the male there is not the best. He always seems to rush my nails and gets upset when you try to fix something. Ive left the last 2 appointments with nails I'm disappointed with and I'm too nervous to ask him to fix anything further.I've also noticed the pedicure service is nowhere near what you pay for the massage is playing with the lotion on your legs and not even for maybe two minutes as well as the nail polish being blotchy. The ambience itself is really nice and the lady doing my pedi was nice, BUT she assured me that she could do a white tip nail. The tips are very thick on my little toes & not even and when I told her she said "it's not my fault, that how your nails go." I've never had this issue so not sure why she was saying it was my fault. First time for everything. I recently had my first quick appointment here. I was in a hurry and needed a polish change on my toes. I was able to get in right away with no wait. I brought my own polish which was painted perfectly on my toes. The shop is decorated very nice. Looks very classy. Many open spots that would make the perfect girls night out. Everyone was friendly excluding the two young boys who rang me up. The teenagers seemed to not really want to be working and did not provide the best service by saying "Hello" or even "Thank you!" (Got regular polish) whereas some places do your nails in the chair, which works when you're in a hurry but I was there to relax. Then took me over for a full set with gel nails. I have been getting my pedicures here simply out of convenience. They have never been friendly and their wait times are inaccurate. I put closed toed shoes on for a work event several hours after pedicure and polish did not withstand. When I called to ask for a re-polish the next day I was told "thats why you get the gels". So it was my fault and an up sell at the same time. I was then also told "you don't put shoes on! This is Arizona you wear sandals". I stopped by in a hurry to get pedi and SNS mani done. Place is very nice , however I got shuffled between two ladies they either not friendly or don't speak English. The owner was actually doing 2 SNS on me and another girl at the same time. I had SNS done multiple times and believe she skipped a few steps bc one nail started to peal by the need of the weekend /day 3. Literally the WORST and most off putting experience I have ever received. This is after 2 horrible and over priced pedicures and 1 shitty fill followed by an attempted 2nd fill. Left 1/2 way through the 2nd fill with unfinished nails because the man sitting up front doing my nails couldn't figure out the color they used last time (wtf is so difficult about light pink acrylic?!) and was a complete asshole to me, yelling at me that it wasn't his fault because he didn't do my nails last time, making me so uncomfortable that it caused me to have an anxiety attack. Couldn't even get a word in, I told him that he was being rude and he flipped out. I finally found my voice and told him exactly how I felt. I'm sorry to the other women stuck there getting services. Every experience in this place has been awful. They use cheese graters for pedicures and are beyond aggressive with nail removal. Hopefully they're shut down permanently, especially considering how they consistently treat their customers. RESPONSE TO OWNER: You are correct that I received a fresh set my last visit, my mistake. But also a terrible experience. Old nails were ripped off and, like this time, there was a big deal over a request for a simple pink. Your staff made me feel completely uncomfortable and as if I was requesting something crazy. The first set had a crack in one nail within a week and lifting on other nails within 2 weeks. I thought I'd give you another shot, but that was clearly a mistake as your techs can't seem to take a simple color request without being rude about it. And I've had no less than 2 pedicures there, including the last one I received recently. Happy to provide the receipts. I asked your tech not to use the cheese grater, but your tech insisted and left me with cracker heels as a result. Thank. Stop using them, they suck and are against AZ regulation, from my understanding. I'm sure that you can see that I don't write reviews, but this warranted it. A nail salon is a place that should feel safe and welcoming to everyone. We go there to feel good about ourselves. Maybe it's the one nice thing we do for ourselves. Your staff on the last two occasions that I was there treated me like absolute garbage. Being yelled at by your male staff member for nothing is absolutely unacceptable. Barely being able to speak up for myself and literally in tears after saying that it was okay if they didn't have the color or that we could do something else if that was easier because I was so uncomfortable by the tech's attitude for the entire service and just wanted to get my nails done and leave. How am I, the customer being more accommodating to you, the business? Seriously, make that make sense. And to bring me to the point where I had to raise my voice just to be heard? I left after waiting 45 minutes for an appointment I made the day before with the main lady. I made an appointment because I knew Sunday was my last chance to get my nails done before I left for a trip. I chose to try this nail salon as it is near my house and seemed to have good polish brands. It is a huge salon. I think there are at least 20 pedi chairs and 20 nail stations. I also was excited to try this new place because my previous nail artist left the salon and the polish they were using was old and didn't last very long. I scheduled a gel polish mani and pedicure. I showed up at 11 and there were already 8 people with nail technicians. They must have gotten there early and were waiting for the door to open. When I entered, the main gal had a walk-in grandmother with her granddaughter talking to her. She asked them to come back in 30 minutes. After that, she asked me to sit and wait. I waited 10 minutes more then someone took me over to a pedicure chair and started the water. One lady who I thought might be done first with another client told me it would be a few more minutes and restarted the water. 40 minutes after my appointment was supposed to begin, the grandmother was getting seated with the lady I thought would be assigned to me. Remember, she was a walk-in. I had an appointment. Nobody came over to me. So I pulled my feet out of the tub, dried off, waved goodbye to someone and headed home. I was very disappointed and will never go back to this salon. Get your act together and treat your appointments, especially new customers, with respect. read more

No one ever said thank you for waiting or just a few more minutes. When we all sat down it wasn't until 40 minutes past our appointment time when someone started working on my nails. Nail tech cut my fingers all up, made them bleed and didn't even while the blood off until I asked her to wipe off the blood.
