I love this nail salon! The staff is very friendly they like to laugh. I really like that. They do a great job on my nails. The salon is very clean. I get dip nails they're so many colors to choose from. I take pictures of the samples they have in the colors I like so that I can decide what I want before I get there. I'm a Libra have a hard time making a decision! I've seen other people in there get nail art it's absolutely gorgeous. I like a little glitter every time! I was in need of a pedicure and Polishh'd was within walking distance which I was hoping would be a plus. I had a day off from work and called to see if I'd be able to get in for a pedicure. She asked when I wanted to come over. It was around noon when I called and so I said maybe 1 or 1:30, and she said yes, just come on in. So I walked over and was immediately directed to go choose a polish. Place was nice, open and airy. There were only two other customers getting their nails done. I was then directed to a pedicure chair and handed the menu to choose which I'd like. (I honestly can't remember which one I chose as it's been a couple weeks since I went, but they did have some nice choices.). It included a massage, which I was hoping would be relaxing, but the amount of pressure the gentleman applied was intense and I jumped several times. He asked if it was tooucj and I said yes, but I'm not sure he eased up at all. I thought for sure I'd have bruises after. My other major complaint is that at some point, he cut my big toe, where the bed of the nail meets the top of the toe. And it wasn't a small nick, but was almost the full width of the toenail. For the next several days, I had to watch what shoes I wore so it didn't hit the cut. I honestly didn't notice the extent of the cut until I got home, but there's no way that he didn't notice since he had a much better view of my toes than I do and I'm sure it bled some after it happened given what it looked like when I did see it. I know these things happen as it's not the first time I've had a cut after a pedicure, but this one was the most significant and it would have been nice if some apology or acknowledgement was offered. I'm just not sure I'll be back, despite how convenient the location is. I'll probably go back to doing my own pedicures. read more

Called to see if they had availability for a full set & pedicure & got told it was a 35 min wait. It was an hour & half wait. The set was rushed, I do my own nails just that this occasion was last minute & I personally try not to be rough or aggressive while filling but the nail tech did not reciprocate that, two of my fingers got cuts due to the aggressive nail file. The set was short, almond shape with French tip, usually charged up to 60$ the most for the style & shape but they charged 80$ for the paint to chip off the same day. My daughters were 90$ & understandable for her set but how does mine fall 10$ short compared to it. The rhinestones on her set weren't even included we did it at home. If you're looking for a mid service to get overpriced then come to this salon. Don't even want to go get it fixed but it's the least that they can do. read more

She is absolutely rude, she does not care if your nails look like crap, she is money hungry and does not care about her customers. Her shop will not make it due to the fact of how she treats anyone that goes into her shop. Go elsewhere! read more

I got a gel pedicure French tip. I seriously can never find a good place that does manicures and pedicures just as good. It's so hard to find a good pedicure place for me, so I'm always stuck just getting white toes. I decided to risk it all and just try a new place and do a French tip my guy there was amazing! He's the fit Asian guy, I forgot to grab his name but he did so so so so good! If I could give ZERO stars today I would. And crazy because a couple months ago if I would've left a review I would've left five stars. A couple months ago back in Sept, I got my nails done from this younger guy. I forget his name but he was the sweetest! He really was so patient and careful with my nails. He made sure to not hurt me when he was taking my prior nails off. And told me not to pretend like I was not in pain. He genuinely wanted me to be honest. And wanted me to like my nails all the way through. I went to him in October as well and same thing. LOVED him. Now today, I went him hoping to get him again. Looking forward to these Christmas nails I seen on Instagram. He was not there so I settled for whoever was going to do my nails. It was this older man. He was extremely rude and so uncaring! 1) So rough when taking my prior nails off. 2) When I mentioned that the size was too short when he was cutting the nails to be the same size that I picked to it be, he got mad that he had to redo it. 3) He was rude when I was picking out the base color for my nails, had to tell him multiple times I did not want pink , that I wanted a nude. 4) When he was shaping my nails, my left thumb nail was extremely crooked going to the left. At this point was scared to even say anything because of how rude he was but I knew it was going to continuously bother me so I had to say something. And I did and he was trying to tell me it was not crooked and I had to show him all angles of my finger to prove it and he was still trying to deny it while fixing it and trying to blame that it was my finger not the nail! When I've NEVER heard that before from anyone else. 5) He would ask me if something was fine, and I'd be like sure and he would ask "are you sure? Are you sure? " just because of how many times I had already ask him to fix something . And he started mimicking me!!! 6) my nails look nothing like the picture I wanted. The candy canes are suppose to be red with white lines, not white with red lines. And the French tips are so thick . At this point I didn't care to say anything because he was just going to be rude and I just wanted to cry because I was so mad. 7) one of the nails is smudged and one of them is peeling . I tried asking the guys name who had sat at the table that I went to a couple months ago and they said he no longer worked there. I'm seriously so sad cause I wish I would've followed wherever he went! Cause I'm NEVER coming here AGAIN!! read more

The salon was very well decorated but my experience was awful. My pedicure was very nice but my manicure was horrific. It took many times to get it just OK. Their scheduling is insane as the time between my manicure and pedicure was ridiculously long while other customers had their mani/pedi done at the same time. I went in for a French full set and the place is nice let me say that first off. However the male that did my nails was so rude he handled my nails so rough and would just throw my hand back at me to move to the next one. I asked for white tip not painted white too and he proceeded to paint the white tip. My nails were short no I was charged $80 . It was absolutely not worth it I felt uncomfortable with how I was treated and every time I come in and ask for the SAME THING they charge me different than riced every time. Ken did an amazing job! My nails and cuticles were so torn up from acrylics and no manicures in a very long time. He mended a torn nail with some dip powder, took extra care with my torn cuticles and even shaped my super short nails into a beautiful square shape. Highly recommend!! read more
