Worst place I have gotten my nails at. It is so said the white tip is in even. I kept asking her to put a white tip and then the glitter and she went on to tell Me no she was going to put white powder and glitter! The white tip is to far up and the glitter is not far enough and uneven! 45.! I've paid less and gotten a lot more quality classier and better! Shame on me for trying out different! I'm paying for the service I should be able to tell you what I want I know but it didn't happen this way!! The nail tech kept saying this was the way! So upset ! It gets the star because it won't allow a post!

I enjoyed the massage chairs very much while getting my pedicure- helped release the tension in my shoulders and back. Overall a very good nail salon with no real complaints. My hubby and I got the basic services with no "upgrades" but maybe next time we will add something extra special to see if we can up our rating to Five stars!

I've tried to make this salon work. After moving to this side of town, I tried Amy's for a pedicure. It was a solid pedicure, no issues or concerns. Came back for a gel mani. Total disaster, all of the gel peeled off in three days. I can typically wear a gel mani for three WEEKS. It's been a few months and I was looking for a basic mani, so I go in today. Nail tech was clearly rushing to get thru the folks waiting, resulting in the crappiest manicure. There are clear layers because she did not coat each nail evenly. It's so messy that I'll have to repaint them myself. Waste of $10.

Worst nail salon I have ever been to. I went in there for coffin shaped nails at 6:15 I asked if they had enough time to do a set she specifically said yes after asking her three times no problem. We got them on all of them or slanted cockeyed I explained showed her where they needed to be fixed as I'm a licensed cosmetologist I do hair and nails for a living and she kept filing making it more slanted on the sides. She had to retake two of them off the entire time with an attitude another gentleman walked over filed two of the other ones that were messed up down and they looked great looked at them they were decent nowhere near what I expected or was told they would look like when shown a model sample. Fast forward putting on a nail polish my four-year-old niece could have put on it better than the woman who did my nails I made her take them off paying full price for a job that was half-assed and she tells me to come back tomorrow and she'll finish them. Time to go to state board and let them know how they're doing business

they close at 5, I went in for a pedicure at 3:00. no customers in the salon, she told me "go home and come back tomorrow" there was 3 workers just sitting. I come here often for my pedicures, first time I got turned away. will not be returning. read more

I came in on Saturday and got a full set and a pedicure. They didn't scrub the bottom of my feet. They did not soak my feet long enough. They kind of rushed the process while doing my feet but my feet did come out better than my hands despite them utensils in my water that my feet was soaking in and then using it on somebody else, hand hand they couldn't even make a straight line or paint the corners and the diamonds I asked for only one butterfly and two flowers came completely off I want to say 30 minutes of me, leaving the salon read more

They charge high-end prices but the service and the equipment Are of horrible low-quality. Most chairs are broken, and it is the fact that they don't massage....at all...it's the fact that the massager prongs are sticking way out and stuck in the middle of your back the entire service. And my nail tech didn't know what she was doing. I got a manicure and she basically just gave me a polish change but soaked it in ice cold water. There was no trimming of the cuticles trimming of my skin nothing! Terrible will never go again read more

This is the 2nd time I have been in for a pedicure and this place is the best! For $35 you can get the royal treatment on your feet. I have been other places and paid twice that and have had not as good of a pedicure than I do here. I def will be coming back. read more

I never leave reviews, but I just had to for this place. The staff is nice and the facilities are clean, but this was the slowest pedicure I've ever had. I told her I wanted the basic pedicure, nothing fancy. She then proceeded to massage my legs for the next full hour. The man doing acrylic nails went through three separate clients before she even started painting my nails. They did a nice job, but definitely don't come here for a pedicure if you're on a time crunch. read more

I usually do my own nails, but I decided to get a pedicure a couple of weeks ago because I am at the end of my pregnancy and can't handle bending over right now. My sister suggested this place because it wasn't far from her house. I was really impressed with the quality of service and the price. I paid $28.00 for a spa pedicure and the woman even removed all of my callouses (they were built up pretty badly because I hadn't been able to maintain my feet and I'm always either barefoot or wearing sandals). My sister paid $28.00 for a spa pedicure and the man did a design on her toes for her. I'm naive as to what prices are reasonable, but I feel like I got a good deal. I'm actually considering going back one more time before I have this baby. read more

This is a great hidden gem in my opinion. The workers are sweet and really do a great job. I never feel rushed and they're always making sure that I'm genuinely happy. They also have amazing prices. The prices are more affordable and they have nicer products than the salon I used to go to. Very modern. It's a comfortable place and you will leave with beautiful nails. I always get compliments! Also, I recently injured my ankle and they were very accommodating. The lady who did my pedicure was very gentle and even helped me hop around as I couldn't yet walk. This is definitely my new go-to nail place and I'm so happy they're just down the street! read more

I had a lovely experience here. I was to afraid to ask her name, cuz of my social anxiety, but was first chair. Cuz of my fear she was uber gentle, and forever patient. she seemed to genuinly love her job. She was so sweet that towards the end I was able to loosen up. And was actually talking by the time I left. Only issue my index finger is crooked. Massively. If it wasn't crooked and I was brave enough to ask for what I wanted t would be a 5 star review. read more

I love this place. They do a great job on my pedicure. They use plastic covers in their spa tubs for feet which I like. And the leg massages are great. They also do a great job on my eyebrows when I have them done. Very nice people and clean place. Love it! read more

I just went here last Thursday and got a full set of gel nails. By Saturday, seven of them had popped off. Not chipped, they weren't picked off, the entire nail just popped off for absolutely no reason. They were closed Sunday, so I went Monday to get my money back. They said that since it was past three days, they couldn't do it. It was the third business day. They offered acrylics, for twenty-three additional dollars. Horrible customer service. I will never, ever, ever go back. Zero stars. read more

We have two small children and we were worried that they might not be able to sit still until my wife was finished but I was assured by someone working that we could sit in their lounge area where she put a cartoon on for them and even supplied us with a few snacks and drinks. Don't know why on earth other people are complaining about this salon. I came as a walk-in and I was immediately greeted and helped, even though all the ladies were attending to the other customers. The wait time wasn't bad at all, some complain about having to wait 10-15 minutes. You can't rush excellence, people. I got a full set, with some extras (their prices are definitely fair) for only $40. I had Hana do my nails, and she did such a great job. One thing I loved the most that she did; was she made sure the nail tips were glued on and sealed completely. We have all experienced nail tips coming off and lifting the whole entire nail because they were not glued on properly, she eliminated that issue by taking extra care. She would ask me after finishing 3-or-so nails if I was happy with them, and I definitely was. She asked questions, to make sure they were exactly as I wanted them. The new management has a great sense of humor, and all the employees were very courteous and kind. This salon is down the street from me, and I'm definitely going to be a regular. Don't let one pissed off customer alter your opinion about this place. I think they're great! read more

This was by far the best experience I have had at a nail salon in a very long time. The staff was very friendly and I over heard many refer to clients by name upon arriving which leaves me to believe they are repeat customers. For so long I actually dreaded getting my nails done, it was not relaxing and I was always stressed that the technician would draw blood (which has happened at almost every salon I have gone too) this one was the only salon relatively close to me that I have not tried and I am so glad I did. I will definitely be returning. My nails turned out great and I actually got to relax instead of being tense during the whole process. PLUS the price was the best I have had! I went in totally skeptical about getting mermaid themed nails because everyone was shooting me down, telling me No. I went into this location and discovered Huey was amazing as hell! When I asked him, he said he would try but he hadn't ever done something like this. And I left speechless! I loved my nails! I finally found a location I love! And I had been to 10 different locations leaving never been satisfied. But Huey is my favorite nail tech and I will 100% recommend him! He is so welcoming! And refreshing! read more

Coming from a very picky person when it comes to my nails. I've been following Huey for about 6 years now. He's very detail oriented and the quality of his work is beyond outstanding. My nails last fill after fill without ANY lifting. (Note: I'm a barber/stylist) so I work with my hands a lot. Love this salon!! I lived in Phoenix for about 3 years and tried over 10 salons around the valley before I found Amy Nails. I'm so glad I did! I drove 30 minutes one way because it's just that good. Huey is amazing, but every tech is great! I just loved out of the area and will miss this salon very much. Fair prices as well. read more

As a nail bitter and poor cuticle care on my behalf they made my hands feel so much better again. Great customer service. Highly recommend doing a appointment instead of walk-in. Please don't go if your in a rush and you not their to be patient and pampered. Love my nails. This is pink acrylic powder by the way. read more

It was crazy no one was in the shop no customers the lady was sitting in her chair watching tv on her phone I told her I need a nail repair she said no come back in an hour. Stay home if you don't want to work. And this is whenever I go she never wants to work read more
