At first I was like cool, they had openings on a busy weekend. I can probably see why they were open, after my experience. At first she puts the wine away and I'm thinking ok maybe the last customer drank it. She came up & had a full blown nasty dragons breathe of alcohol. We sit down and she literally wanted me to put my hand on the previous persons paper towel (dirty cuticles and nails) which I had asked her to change and she did. As she was doing my nails she had her earpiece in, it was normal for their phone calls. But as she was cutting my cuticles she was watching her movies on her phone. She wasn't looking at what she was doing and she had me bleeding twice & it hurt. Then she tells me what I want for my nails, that she didn't think it looked nice. My first thought was I'm the one who has to look at them everyday not her. I went with my in law and the next day her nails were already coming off. It was no use to go back. read more

The owner is so unprofessional, my first time there the owner would not stop talking about trump and how excited she was to go to the tower and a rally and was saying racist comments. Stopped in on a Saturday around noon. It's a small place, but roomy inside and well lit. It was clean. Maybe not as new as some places, but cleaner than most. There were two other customers, but they were able to get me in right away. I went there for a manicure. I had one done at another place the week before, but it was already chipping. The lady suggested getting gel so that it would last longer. I agreed. She introduced herself as Kim. She was pleasant. She did a great job and was quick. This was my first time getting my nails done. I was already nervous when I walked into the salon, I didn't know what I was doing. I asked for a full set with nail polish. Apparently, this meant a full set with just the tips painted. When I asked for the whole nail painted, the man said no. I was upset but I didn't complain. I had called just before I came in to let them know what I wanted and to ask of they accepted Discover. When I produced my Discover debit card to pay, they said they didn't accept it. What? I had JUST asked not 30 minutes ago. So, I paid with different card and gave a $5 tip in cash. By the end of it, my nails look uneven and are not what I even wanted. I am never going back. The place seemed old and dirty and full of gaudy decorations. I will be never ever go back to this business. so i went in yesterday to get acrylics. i had called in advance and they told me that it was $25 but when i had to pay yesterday they had me pay $40 when i got the most simple nails. and the male had cut my fingers multiple times and i was bleeding quite a bit. and my nails are extremely thick. as i was walking out they assumed that i would be coming back in two weeks for a fill. i will not be. i was also laughed at for being in pain when i got cuts on my fingers. read more

DO NOT GET A PEDICURE HERE. The guy that works there with a toothpick hanging out of his mouth, didn't even bother to use soap , then dug into my big toe saying I have ingrown toenail after he gouged me, he finished up with a pumice stone that was not in barbicide, neither was his tools, no one cleaned the pedi bowls. I now have an infection in big toe, throbbing and red, yellow puss and all. I'm disgusted just left the dr, got an antibiotic and hopefully it's not in my bloodstream. The two stations where being occupied so kim called to the back of the shop and told her "fill" the lady shook her head and they exchanged words I didn't understand. She sat back and continued to mess with her iPhone. I waited 15 mins to be helped. I guess this person in the back was to busy to help me. As I waited, I noticed everything was dirty, old and cluttered. Someone had also over done it with the label maker. Labeling the chairs "chair" and paper towel holder "paper towels" lol. Their selection of nail polish was poor and looked dry, maybe they have been there over a decade? Ick. Horrible dirty walls, floors, chairs! Did I mention the decor? Or complete lack of.... Salon was very warm. Might have been heat from the windows. Blah. And their selection of polishes of China Glaze and O P I were very limited and what was there was old, half empty and separating. My technician was friendly but did not wear gloves. During the soak, a part from the tub came loose and started rattling (which the technician promptly fixed. The salon was clean but did not have a welcoming feeling. Walls are painted white with a lot of mirrors. Chair message was ok. There are too many better shops to visit. Love kim! Not only does she do MY nails toes and wax, my daughter is hooked too. Friendly and talented. They never try to talk me into something I don't like. When they do a new set the give you the option (totally an OPTION) to soak them off the night before to save time and trauma, and supply the good acetone to make it easier.
