I have just moved to the area and was looking for a place to do white tips before I went on vacation. Kevin was very nice and scheduled my appointment. As soon as I arrived, Kevin took me right away before my appointment time. Everything looked good until I started noticing a couple days later that my acrylic nails started lifting from my nail bed. I didn't think anything of it until I saw day by day, the acrylic kept lifting more and more. Just about a week after getting them done on July 1st, I can see I badly needed a fill! The acrylic is almost coming off. I have been getting acrylic white tips for over ten years and have never had this happen so quick. Do not go here if you need acrylic nails done. Kevin and his team at Nail'ish are top notch. I left a salon that I had been going to for over 15 years once Kevin did my nails for the first time. I am very tough on my nails and they withstand my brutal assault and hold up for weeks with zero lifting or breaking. Not to mention he always makes them so cute! I love this place!!!!! All three of the nail stylists there were awesome, they joked with me and were hilarious! I talked with the girl doing my nails the whole time which I never do because I avoid conversation if it's not natural, but she was awesome and conversation was never weird. My nails look gorgeous and the price was super cheap! My nail artist was definitely a perfectionist which I appreciate because so am I. Went right from walking out after my gel pedicure at The Polish room and came here for my gel manicure. I was so disgusted with the Polish Room and wasn't sure about giving any place near me. I really wanted the manicure done so I went ahead and gave this place a shot. At first, I asked if they could do what I was looking for. I had a picture, and I was assured that they could. The gentleman that was working on my nails I had to ask him to shape them because there was no shape to them. And then I had to ask to have them shaped again when a lady took over. Over all they turned out decent. I knew they would be exactly like the picture because my nails are shorter. The place was kind of dirty and unsanitary but I'm going to give it four stars because I haven't had very many good experiences thus far and this might be the best I can get. read more

Went in for manicure and pedicure. Walked out with what they considered a pedicure and decided not to go forward with the manicure due to the out come of this "pedicure" the lady cut my nails so short that my toenails look like just thin lines! I complained to the owner whom was doing my friends nails at the time.. he said she usually asks before she cuts them stated "she probably didn't ask cause you were on your phone" who isn't on their phone while getting a pedicure? Wow, just wow. This place is amazing. New owner, new management. I have been going to this salon for about 5 years and have seen alot of changes. This is by far is the best. The new nail products are fantastic, and Michelle who did my nails also does nail art using the powder and not paint. I've recently had my pedicure and full set done here. At first when I came in I was greeted by Kevin who is now the new manager of the shop. I was sat down immediately to a salon chair and was given a menu to look at. They recommended the 3rd pedicure which had to do with a jelly scrub and their callus mask sugar and cream lotion massage was included. They even had my hands done at the same time! Overall great service done by the nail techs here and they are too friendly. They even offered free wine (sangria)! Will be coming here from now on. Love this place! Kevin (the owner) is very authentic about caring and getting to know his clients. He knows what he's doing, he listens to what his clients want. His staff is all very courteous and do great work. Their products are quality too, my SNS gel last and shines for 3 weeks, my mom came into town from California for a gel manicure and it was still looking good even after almost 4 weeks, I would highly recommend. read more

Came here one day looking for a less expensive salon to get my SNS manicure (had been a regular at Herbal Nails on Happy Valley for several months prior). Kevin, the owner, said he had lots of experience with SNS so I was fairly confident I would like my nails. However, he ended up doing a very sloppy job. There were globs of clear polish on my cuticles when I left and the color was not perfectly even around my cuticles either. Also, for some reason, the clear top coat was dull and not shiny at all. Kevin noticed this and re-did it for me, but even the second time around it was still dull. Not sure why that happened but it was enough to send me back to Herbal Nails. read more

Pedicure felt rushed. They don't include a lot at all in their package because they want you to pay more for their next package which was $38. I'm sorry I'm not paying that for a mediocre pedi. Spent hardly anytime on the nail cuticles, filing, etc. Either the place or the technician smelled like cigarette smoke. No music or tv and sat in dead silence. Chairs were uncomfortable. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! i came here to get a gel pedicure and they burned the side of my toe and told me i made it up! the tech was very rude with me and told me he didn't believe anything i told him. i told him i was unhappy with my service and that i might have to go to urgent care to check out the burn and he told me he wasn't going to help me at all. don't waste your money or time here. they wouldn't even refund me. read more

just had an amazing experience here, the nail salon is under new ownership (a really sweet couple that just moved to AZ) and I had Michelle do my pedicure and SNS manicure , she was so nice and did a phenomenal job :) glad she suggested the SNS opposed to gel! it's better!! I had bad experience at this place. Not very clean, didn't see them even pull instruments in a sterile bag. I had an old guy doing my manicure. He didn't trim my cuticles & tried once and cut my skin. Messy nail paint like my 10 year old applied. Had to tell lady doing my pedicure that she is not even cleaning my feet with callus remover, barely rubbing over my feet. Waste of my time & money. I will never return or recommend read more

OMG - 1 guy started to file my nails to take gel off and then I had to move seats. I waited until someone else was done, then had to move seats again. The girl does part of my regular manicure, then says the owner will finish me but I'm going to have to wait a minute or two. He is finishing up another customer. i had already paid and tipped but this was too much. I asked for my tip back as I was not happy about having to have (3) THREE different people do a simple manicure (not gel) on me and having to wait in between steps. HE started berating me under his breath, telling me I was awful for not tipping, etc... I told him he could tip his staff since he was the one making everybody shift to new customers before they finished the one they had. He kept muttering to me under his breath and told me to go ahead and finish my own at home. THIS WAS THE OWNER!!!! Wouldn't even give me a partial refund so I left with unpainted nails. Any man or business-owner that would try to shame someone because they wanted their tip back - due to unsatisfactory treatment or service - and then insult them doesn't deserve any business. this is the worst place to get your nails done. they charge more than any other nail salon i've been to. they charged me an extra 7 dollars to get my nails long. and extra to get a specific shape. they are very rough on your nails too that they make your fingers literally bleed. they have very little color nail polish to choose from. they are also very rude. would not recommend going here read more
