bad staff infection, changed my nail shape without my permission and then charged me for it. Not open when appointment scheduled. Terrible place!!

    nails!!

Me and my mom have been going here since we moved to the area, and we absolutely love it the atmosphere is always welcoming!! Our nails always look amazing!! (shout out to Don,Jason and kelly ) they do a fantastic job!!

You can see a harsh line it looks like my nail is broken.

Weeks later still can't get my nails done because they're so messed up from this place making me bleed and breaking my real nails so bad. My real nails are detaching from the nail bed. HORRIBLE PLACE.

They didn't have the color I I picked, which, by the way, they have such an outdated selection. But all that color on the cuticles.

So are used to go here a lot and I stopped going, because I was never happy. But I gave it some time. Maybe there's new people but I should've known better. Main reason I stopped was because I got an infection when I had a pedicure. Second, they increased their cost but their quality has not, it's actually gotten worse. They are so quick to wanna get you in and out and are so in a rush that they either cut you nick you or do a crappy job. And they expect you to tip them well for a service they didn't do even good. If they wonder why their business has gone down, because it's definitely a lot slower in there, it's low quality and crap service. Never again, I don't care how convenient it is.

My feet look worse than before. I paid $45 dollars for this pedicure. This was first and last time going here.

I was not impressed with the service. I would say the best thing about this place is the appearance, but many nail shops are aesthetically pleasing now, so really it's best you make sure you execute nails perfectly. I went on grand opening weekend because they had an awesome deal. I was not impressed. My pedicure was so painful my technician actually cut me and all I got was a basic pedicure. I typically maintain my own toes. Then, for my nails, I asked for square and for whatever reason they felt they should round my edges even when I said no. She also cut me from the buffing she was doing. My Dip, was uneven, up close you could see the difference in shade from it not being dipped evenly. If you get dip, you know it's not something just anyone can do, and if you've had a poor dip job you can imagine mine. I will say the staff was over friendly looking, just not when they're servicing you. Everyone smiles when you walk in. My picture actually makes the nails look better than they are. I definitely won't be back. Too many nail salons to be mediocre. I've posted other nails at places I love and you can see the difference in quality.

Very beautiful nail salon. Came for their grand opening and they are doing 50% off services! Friday-Sunday! Gel is usually $30 and if you want ombré it's $40 so you will pay 20 only! Also brow wax is $10 so you will pay $5. It's a pretty big space here. They even have a bar! You can look through the colors and ask them to find the one you want. They even do nail designs here which is really cool! You can barely find a salon where they can do them. Signing in is now digital which is cool and you get points!

First time here and will be back! I think I counted 20 employees working, this place is busy! Took my husband on Father's Day so we could get pedicures. We got the $46 package- it was pricey (but still not as expensive as some other salons down the street). We got an hour of service and it was great. Everything seemed new & clean and everything they used on us was prepackaged. Our menu selection came with a Rose Scrub, Mask & cooling massage gel. The massage chairs work well and overall felt like we got a great service for what we paid! We had Hannah & Wong do our pedicures and they were great! We were walk in customers, I called to inquire about an appointment but she said just walk in, almost like they don't prefer appointments.

Unpleasant and painful experience. I had an appointment for a full acrylic set. I'll start with the moment my tech walked in from just having smoked and didn't wash his hands, which should have been a sign but I was too nice to say anything and wanted to give him a chance. Then he tried to tell me that what I wanted wasn't possible (glitter fade from the tips) even though I pulled out one of their own examples and said that was what I was looking for. Eventually a glitter polish appeared, but he kept mumbling about powder, and went ahead with starting on my nails. After our disagreement on the glitter, he didn't have much to say, but he was actually nice to me, which helped a little. Until he got to the hard parts, of course, in which my nail beds and cuticles were in extreme pain and even bled. He was way too heavy on filing, and every time a nail chemical touched my skin it burned to where I had to squint past the pain. To quicken the story, I'll sum up the remaining issues. -Horribly uneven color application. -Ridiculous removal of the polish at the tips of my nails due to correcting his shape errors. -And worst of all, after my hands had been worked on by his smoker hands for almost 2 hrs, even after I washed my hands thoroughly, my hands smell like nicotine. I've since gone home and washed my hands twice more and the smell still lingers. It's absolutely gross. Nail lounge still gets a star (even though I can't give zero anyways) because I have gotten a pedicure there prior to today and it was a good experience. But you could not pay me to go back and give them another chance on an acrylic mani.

Lumpy pinky. This is all in the acrylic, not polish!

If I could give zero, I probably would. My friend made an appt for us for nails and pedis. I needad an acrylic fill and she got new dip done. We were seated promptly, pedi chairs started, all seemed great. We chose our toe treats and polish shades and off we went. I can truly say that I have never left a pedi with feet that were LESS soft than when I came in. She used no base coat under the color on my toes. Weird choice. The massage was more like a gentle rub than any sort of massage. Generally, a sub-par pedicure. We moved on to nails. Ugh. I purposely made it 3 weeks on my original acrylics so we could hit the salon together on my vacay. Things began normally, remove current color, drill them down, fill them in.....but....the fill is entirely flat. There is an actual ridge where the fill is over my other acrylic. Note...these are things I noticed after my appt. Not once did she shape my nails or adjust the length or shape before she went straight in with gel. She didn't even ask me to wash my hands between drilling and color. They just have no idea what they are doing. My nails are terrible and I KNOW my regular guy is going to say something silly about them in 2 weeks. I'll try to add pics. The worst part is that I'm currently trying to keep my toe from being infected from whatever filthy tools they use on every client. All of the drill tools were filthy, from a dusty, dirty container. I never saw her pull a single toll from a fresh pack for my pedi or my nails. For being a month old, I can only assume they just have no clue what they are doing. 10/10 would NOT recommend and would NOT go back. Just the absolute worst.

POPPED RIGHT OFF WHAT THE HECK

Honestly the lady managing and the girl who was assisting her was really rude and treated me really poorly because they couldn't find the color I wanted even though I offered to look instead of them so I didn't waste their time. The guy who did my nails was okay but In General they are all pretty rude and standoffish and I was complimenting them and trying to be as nice as possibly EDIT - one of my nails fell off only a DAY LATER...

I understand every business is trying to navigate through these very muddy waters of re-opening their busines I have zero tolerance for owners who reprimand their employees in front of customers, especially when it is not their fault. I want you to know the owner made a minimum of four points of contact with me before this entire event occurred. I called to make an appointment for my mani/pedi as I understand that is what most businesses are requiring. The owner answered the phone when I called. I booked my appointment and showed up to the salon two hours later. I walked up to the podium and was greeted by the male owner. I checked in upon his request and then sat on the waiting bench. He then told me to go pick a color. He then walked over after a minute or so and walked me over to where I was to sit. My manicurist greeted me and we were on our way to happy hands. After about ten minutes I asked my gal to have a beverage. She waved the owner over. He came and went. He came back and set my beverage down, which Inthanked him for. He acknowledged my thank you and walked away. For the next hour and fifteen minutes I just chatted with my gal and watched the various TVs in the establishment. Many people were coming and going. Some had masks on, some did not. I was part of the crowd that did not have one on. When we were just about done with my nails, my gal asked the owner to fill my pedi tub with water. He obliged her and filled it up. About 20 minutes into my pedi I had noticed two women walk in and got sat down on the other side of the salon for their pedis. The owner quickly ran over to them with masks in his hand. After some conversation, the two women awkwardly took masks from him and put them on. He began scanning the salon, set his eyes on me and beelined it over. When he got to me he asked me to wear a mask. I said "after being here for over an hour and a half you want me to wear a mask? Even though there have been several people in here not wearing masks?" He said "Yes. You are the only one". I responded," I have a medical condition. I'm not wearing it." He told me I had to. I told him I did not. He then looked down at the pedicurist and started scolding her in their language. After he walked away, she began apologizing profusely saying she was sorry to not have reminded me. She also tried to tell me it was the law. I educated her on what a guideline is and told her it was not her fault. For the remaining duration of my pedi, the owner continued to stand by the front door and stare me down. As you can imagine this only continued to infuriate me. As toi can imagine thos caused an unnecessary scene which I found very embarrassing and infuriating. I did not enjoy my pedicure one bit. Had I been more prepared for that encounter I would have stopped my pedicure and paid for my mani and left. Why would you even think, as a business owner, this means of rectifying the situation was reasonable? When she finished, she walked over to her station. The owner ran over to her, scolding her again. I am 100% certain because she came back apologizing again for not reminding me at the beginning of the service. I gave her a good tip. When I walked to the counter to pay, the owner looked at me and pointed to a hand written sign on the counter the said Cash Tip Only. I said "Don't worry. I took care of her," with a tight smirk on my face trying to remain civil. He rang up my total. I said "do I swipe or put the chip in?" He instructed me to put the chip in. When I did, a screen popped up on the transaction screen indicating various tip amounts I could leave. The OWNER, took it upon himself, to reach in front of my face, in the middle of MY transaction, and tapped the NO TIP button. He then started motioning his head and pointing to the new ATM machine he had set up in there, for a fee I might add, clearly suggesting I take out cash to tip my girl. Again, I said "I took care of her." If anything is illegal, him messing with my financial transaction without MY permission is against the law. He needs a lesson in professional business practices!!! I will continue to spread the terrible experience I had here because it was THAT awful. I even waited a few days to write my review as to have rational behind it rather than just disgust.

My hands/ nails need to look classy and professional at all times, which is why I am very selective about who I allow to do them. I happened to come across Grand Nails Lounge a few months ago, and I am so glad I did! I don't think I could ever trust anyone else to do my nails. For years I was accustomed to the traditional white tip nail. Kelly tried something new with me and I am in love with my new look! It is still classy and professional- yet modern. I receive compliments all the time which makes me feel so good. In comparison to other nail salons, the value for the quality of work is amazing. I spend slightly less yet feel like a queen having her nails done in a palace. If you ever visit this place - you'll understand what I mean. The decor is gorgeous! This is the best looking salon in town. We're living in hard times right now because of covid. This place has taken all the necessary precautions. Each station has plexiglass separators. Each station has spray alcohol sanitizer which they use to cleanup. Additionally, every person in the establishment has a mask - they have signs posted up front encouraging everyone who enters. I must say I feel very safe here. You won't regret coming to this nail salon!

While the salon isn't extremely dirty, there are noticeable cleanliness and clutter issues throughout that are hard to ignore. The walls, equipment, and work areas often look messy and not well maintained, which takes away from the overall experience. It was also concerning to see employees leaving snacks and drinks around the salon while customers were getting services done. That's not appropriate in a place where hygiene should be a priority. I had been going here for about a year for dip powder nails, but over time my nail beds became very damaged. On my last visit, I decided to switch back to a regular manicure instead. The technician clearly wasn't happy about it because it's much cheaper, and her attitude changed immediately. She became grumpy and unprofessional, which made the experience very uncomfortable. The staff can be friendly, so if you are looking for a budget friendly salon, this place is not too bad. I was just disappointed with the poor attitude during my last visit so I won't be going back.
