I love the service they provide here. Today I had to wait but there usually isn't a wait. Very pretty aesthetic here. The staff was okay, they're usually really friendly but I think they were just very busy today. I always feel like my nails turn out beautiful. The difficult thing here is parking. There is parking out front but it is always busy. I was able to go get gas nearby and come back and find a space but couldn't the first go around. The facility is clean and very pretty. read more

10 out of 10 would NOT recommend this place. I came here with a group of 10 people to get our nails done for my wedding, and the entire experience was extremely disappointing. The girl doing my nails rushed through both my manicure and pedicure, made multiple nail beds bleed, and didn't even bring the polish on my toes down to the base of the nail. On top of that, the tech who did my mom's nails kept adding things she never asked for--like chrome--just to upcharge her. She ended up paying $150 for basic nails and a toenail polish. Absolutely ridiculous. Save yourself the stress and money. Do NOT go here. read more

Been going here for about 6 months -- have had multiple people do my dip (and) nails. They are all amazing and never had a nail break off even after 3-4 weeks. Quinn is my favorite and go to girl. Overall great nail salon -- clean and no issues. Give them a try!! read more

Currently here getting my pedicure right now. I am writing this review already because of how poorly I was just spoken to by another worker. The pedicure I got listed callus remover, sugar scrub, cooling mask, and paraffin wax as it was deluxe. Towards the end of the pedicure I asked him when we will do the cooling mask, he said it is not included in the deluxe pedicure. I said that is misleading I chose that package since it said it was. He offered to do it, and the lady next to him doing the pedicure next to mine yelled at him and said NO! You can't do that!!!! Very rude and I can't believe she spoke to both of us that way it wasn't even her business. The guy who did my pedicure was amazing and I could tell he was trying. It was not his fault the service menu was wrong, and the other worker was extremely unprofessional. read more

Honestly- I've come here a few times and never loved it, but it's convenient. Then I found Eva! She is amazing!! I've been going to a lady for years, but she's so far & in emergency I come here. Now I e repeatedly come to see Eva. She does such a great job, my nails don't lift, crack, or break. She listens to what I'm looking for and nails it every time. So happy I found her. Overall Polish room is nice. It's cute, very Instagram vibes, but kinda cramped. There are 3 locations. Tons of color selections, though not as many in the translucent nudes. read more

I have been here 4 times and each time the service has been great. I always get the gel polish. I'm tough on my nails so the polish usually only last a week. However since I have started going to Polish Room 3, my nails stay on for 2 weeks. I have never lost a nail since coming here. The staff is also very nice to my 9 year old. read more

Went here yesterday with one of my girlfriends and received one of the worst manicures. It's a simple dipped powder French and the white part of the French is a different size on every single nail, a few nails are filed crooked, and the nails are all different lengths. The gentleman didn't even ask me what shape I wanted my nails filed in or what I was wanting. I told the receptionist and another gentleman who acted like the manager about my experience and how awful they looked and I had to ask him to redo at least one of the nails where the white portion of my French was almost not even visible and he was visibly upset that I asked him to fix it. To spend over $100 before tip and walk away completely disappointed and unhappy with what you paid for, totally sucks. The receptionist only said "oh I'm sorry, we will make sure you don't get put with him again". read more

I've been to the other Polish Rooms. Always a solid experience. My nails looked amazing. I always get gel over my natural nails, I've never done acrylics. They always get exactly what I want. Also, it's pretty well ventilated too. Right now my allergies have been crazy but here I didn't cough once. Everyone is very friendly, and people told me how great my nails looked even though I just got a very basic white gel. Also, I told the girl I wanted white gel and she grabbed a shade of white that looked amazing on me. If you think "all white gel colors are the same" you're def wrong. It was perfect for me and exactly what I wanted. The owner even came up and talked to us, and checked with my mom about her nails too. My mom is picky af and was raving about how great her nails looked. Kiddo got the kids mani pedi bc they take care of your littles too. Only come here if you want your nails to look amazing and leave feeling like the beautiful queen you are. Yasssss. 10/10 will be back. read more

While the place it self if very nice the quality of service is lack luster. The colors are not good swatches for what they will look like on your nails. The woman doing my nails cut me while getting my cuticles and did not finish filing my nails before painting them. So my nails were jagged and sharp and uneven. And the nail polish used had to be thinned and it was still quite thick going on. The service was not worth the price. read more

Update- less than a week later and my nails look so grown out and my engagement pictures are tomorrow. If I could do it over, I would go somewhere else. Paying $70+ I should get a full fill, not an "almost full" fill. It's okay! If I'm in a pinch I'll return but I got this fill and Polish done today and the fill wasn't all the way to my cuticle which just sucks because you pay a good amount for it. Again, not my first choice to return to...but in a pinch I would consider it. read more

This just happened today- My wife has been going to this place for 5 year and usually sees Quinn. Well Quinn happened to be off, so they set an appointment with Jenny instead. Only to call back 30 minutes later and cancel her appointment with Jenny because Jenny's regular decided to request her at that specific date and time that they scheduled my wife. They didn't ask her if she was ok rescheduling. They just said they were calling her to cancel her appointment because Jenny had a client requesting her for the day and time they booked my wife. What a terrible way to treat a 5 year client. The phone etiquette and lack of empathy says a lot about this place. They don't care about their clients. The lady on the phone was rude and unprofessional. read more

This is my second time going to this location. First time I went I got a gel pedicure and the guy that did it was amazing. However the second time I went the lady I got hurt me. She was filing down the old gel in that process she got to close to my skin that wasn't as bad I could bare it. Once she started cutting cuticle area she made me bleed and then sprayed it with what I think was alcohol because it stung. I'm not one to complain so I suffered in silenced. Now my toes are tender and my big toe is all red and swollen. read more

I used to really like this place for a full set of acrylics, but unfortunately the quality has significantly decreased. I am not sure if it's a fluke but my nails have been breaking in half one by one where the tip is supposed to be glued. I paid 80$ (no design just solid color) so it's sad that they are breaking off with minimal force. Their staff is 50/50 some are very kind while others are pretty rude. Overall I would not recommend this location. read more

I went there to get a pedicure and they gave me a way expensive one that i didn't ask for so they could get more money. I asked a question about the cost because it wasn't what i asked for and imminently 3 workers come over at me and start yelling at me that im wrong. The lady doing my nails was stuttering and i couldn't even understand what she was saying because she knew she was in the wrong. Terrible customer service, i have the right to ask questions and they didn't care to answer my questions they just ignored me. The lady did my nails super fast and very aggressive, made me bleed in 2 different spots. Not to mention she never dried my nails so they smudged. I have never once had an experience so terrible and just beyond rude. I would never treat my costumers like this. read more

I go in today for my appointment and Hannah got mad at me over colors and then told me she had another appointment. I was so upset that I ran out of. I came back once I knew I was not going to have a seizure. The manager was nice to make me a new appointment but Hannah made a point to come over and talk badly about me while I was sitting there. They also charged me for a reshape and my nails were already shaped when I went in they have to file a little anyway. I also swear they did my nails worse then I have ever had done I have to go home and reshape them and fix them. They look horrible but I was afraid to say anything after Hannah getting mad at me earlier. read more

They got me right in as a walkin when they were busy. It was Helen's first day but she did a great job. I requested a basic mani/pedi. Apparently the Express pedi @$25 does not include using any lotion and unfortunately Helen did not realize that after she already put lotion on one of my legs, and her coworker scolded her and then told the manager. The manager was very kind to Helen and explained it was her first day. Overall it was a good experience. read more

Beautifully decorated and is clean and fresh. Like their other location masks are mandatory, you must wash your hands when entering and there is plexiglass between you and manicurist. Husband and I did mani-pedis and my husband sat and waited a long time before his gal came. Worked out fine timing wise since I got polish, and the massage chairs were relaxing while you wait. Prices are a little high and the step up from a regular pedicure almost doubled but figured a little covid spoiling would be nice and looked forward to the 15 minute massage. Unfortunately both of us felt that was lacking. My gal hardly put any "massage" into it. More like rubbing in the lotion for fifteen minutes. I was disappointed. I can't do gel or anything because of chemical allergies so my manicure was basic. I had asked for buffing instead and she told me they charge $5 more for buffing. I've never been charged elsewhere. It takes a little more time but no product... shouldn't be extra. Also my cuticles ended up worse with the pulling. Anyway, we will go back for cleanliness and decent job but I don't know if I'd pay the extra for a deluxe pedicure. read more

Yeah I got the skin on my nails cut in the three different places and bled twice and on the second time was told to "relax" . And was there for almost two hours just for a french set as she was talking to her coworker the last half of the appointment :/ so I never want to come back again even though I've been coming here for years :( read more

So I stopped coming to Polish Room 3 awhile ago because the last couple of times my nails just turn out like if I had painted them myself. So I decided to give PR3 another chance and I know why I haven't been back. $38 plus tip for uneven nails, and the corners are already peeling off and I haven't even left the parking lot yet. 1 star because this isn't based off one visit, its based off multiple visits. I know people have bad days & shit happens so Im usually hesitant to jump on yelp with negativity. However, Ive had it with this place. Aside from the constant problems they ALWAYS have a real snooty aire about them. Zero customer service whatsoever. Just plain rude. Most recently, came for a pedicure & fills. Wanted an ombre on my nails, showed the tech the pic, she handled me 2 single sheets with colors on them. I said "wheres the rest?" She said the "other one" (referring to the giant basket overflowing full of colors) didn't have any colors like the 2 in the picture ummmmm "okay, well mind if I look for myself?" Oh my lawd you'd have thought I asked for only a brand new never opened bottle be used on me or something. They made such a huge deal about it. I was so confused. Than after 10mim futzing with that nonsense the receptionist comes & tells me theyre not going to have time to do my nails afterall. Ummmm.... Its Saturday night. Im going out and wanted my nails done. They totally just ruined my Saturday. I will NEVER go back to this place. read more

Worst pedicure I ever had. When I got home I had to repaint them. Woman who did my pedicure could careless about what she was doing. Cut me with the file and used really old polish with big sections of my nails missed. I will never go back to this location. read more

I have been to PR3 a few times now, since they have opened. Each tech that has done my nails perfected them exactly as to what I wanted, that being said I would trust everyone there with my services in the future! Not only do I love my nails, but I am always satisfied with the full experience there, too.. The receptionists are always welcoming & helpful. I never have issues with getting my appointments booked. The salon is very clean & modern/elegant (especially compared to most salons). They also follow covid-19 precautions, which assures me that they care about our safety. I have gotten my nails, toes & eyebrow wax done here & have not been disappointed! They also offer other services, such as injectables & lash extensions. I have never had such a bad experiences before. after showing a simple nail powder with no color I was shocked to hear that she could not do it. After putting the tips on the first hand I looked it over to see all the nails were going in different directions. I told her they were not done correctly she said it was my hand? She kept going so I asked my friend to come look to see if I'm crazy she took one look and said to the nail tech to shop she responded with no. A fellow employee came over and I told her once again to stop but she continued to argue until the other employee told her to stop. I told her if she needs to cut them off that's fine and we will be leaving as she was cutting them off she managed to cut 3 of my fingers in the process. Never going back. read more

The facility itself was clean, and Mya was genuinely kind, thoughtful, and professional throughout the appointment. This review is not meant personally toward her at all. I also understand I should have asked more questions because I honestly didn't realize estheticians could perform "massage" services in this context. That said, the experience felt more like oil being rubbed on than an actual massage intended for recovery, muscle work, or physical relief. To make matters worse, I originally thought I had booked at another location and ended up driving all the way to Glendale from the opposite side of town. Looking back, I honestly wish I would have just canceled and paid the fee instead. Overall, I left disappointed because the service I was most excited about didn't match the expectations I've had from prior massage experiences. If you're looking for therapeutic massage or recovery-focused bodywork, this probably isn't the place for that. If your goal is simply to relax and unwind, then it may be a better fit for you. I called and made an appointment so I could get my services done. The salon is cute and clean with a pleasant vibe upon arrival. I was greeted and sat fairly quickly which was nice. The pedicure was enjoyable but she cut too much on my cuticles on my big toes (you'll see the scabs on my cuticles in the photo) which was pretty painful but it wasn't a lot nor severe. I loved the shape and the color so overall it didn't dampen my experience too much. After my pedicure was finished I thought I would be sat immediately for my nails but when I asked the woman who serviced my pedicure she told her colleagues something and then told me Id be sat in a moment and to just wait and relax in the chair. They sat down two other women before they finally sat me down (I waited a total of around 35 minutes after my pedi) which I found very unprofessional. The woman that I was sat with for my nails was in front of me and throughout my pedicure service I had watched her complete a full set with intricate design and jewels. Really the nails were quite lovely and so as you can imagine when I was sat with her, I was excited to have her complete my very basic set. I wanted short/medium almond shape with a French tip. As soon as she put the tips on I knew it was going to be an awful experience. When she asked me the length I had her adjust it a couple times to get to my preferred length and she was rude from then on and her customer service and quality of work drastically declined as she continued.. She pre shaped my nails using nail clippers to get a "rough draft" of the almond shape and asked me if I liked them, I asked her is this just the initial shape and will the shape look cleaner (more even) when we get closer to putting on the TAP gel. She yelled at me HUH and after I repeated myself she looked at me like she didn't understand and then said yeah very curt. After that, every time she had me check anything on my nails she would rudely throw my hand at me and if I would ask her to change something she would rudely and loudly yell at me HUH. I wish I would've just had her remove the tips in the beginning the first time she was rude and paid for my pedicure and left. But because I didn't do that I paid $140 ($150 after tip bc yes I tipped and mainly it was for the pedi - that woman was lovely and she shouldn't suffer bc of her rude ass colleague) to be treated very poorly, yelled at, and left with very poor quality nails that are uneven and misshapen and on my right thumb literally missing the left side of the tip because she filed it down so much. Hindsight is 20/20 and if I could go back I would've left or just gotten the gel X where the shape is already done and all they need to do is adhere it and put the design. I've added photos of my nails, both hands and my feet so you could see for yourself the quality of that woman's work. They're kinda like smoky mirrors. From afar you don't or won't see the problem but if you zoom in or really look at them you'll see how uneven not only the shape is but also the French tip design. Now are they atrocious? No. I've had worse nail shape and design wise. Is it worth the price paid for them? H3ll no. If you do try this place, I do NOT recommend the nail tech who handled my TAP gel service. I didn't get her name but she was the one who sat right behind the front desk. There's 2 tech tables on the left hand side when you walk in. Hers was the one on the right. If you're in a pinch like I was it's an eh spot. Given how I was treated and the quality of my nails AND the price. I wouldn't recommend it. I'd rather spend the same amount or more money at a salon I'm treated respectfully and kindly at and my nails are even and done beautifully without me requesting them to be fixed.
