I had a young man do a manicure and I will tell you he did a beautiful job on my nails absolutely perfect. Although when he put lotion on my right hand, he did my hand and little bit of my arm, which he spent about 15 seconds. On my left arm, he put lotion on my hand, but not on my arm, so that part was really lacking. It's a shame that nail technicians don't take pride in everything that they do. My daughter and I came here to get pedicures. It was our first time coming here and I am sure we will not be returning. My daughter's nail technician was paying more attention to the soccer game above her than her and was constantly reaching over her wet toes to clean the tools. He kept getting up to answer the phone and was not giving any effort to make it a good experience. My own nail technician took the paper out from between my toes while they were still wet and messed them up. I asked another lady if she could fix them for me. She fixed them then refused to give me something to put between my toes. I then had another guest try and get her to give me a piece of paper and the nail technician still refused to. The second I stepped into my car, one of the toes she had just fixed was completely ruined. It was not worth the money and the both of our toes are starting to peel after just hours of getting them done. read more

We had such a pleasure and despite them being busy we didn't feel rushed. The nail techs we had were incredibly skilled even with our specific requests. I've came here a couple times before and never had a problem but I came in and asked for a pedicure in which a male was super rushed and didn't do it right. He cut my nails uneven and overall rushed the whole service. I was wanting French polish but didn't bother asking due to me not liking the service given thus far. He just handed me the ticket once done with no communication and rushed over to complete a set on someone else. read more

I was next door at European Wax Center. I realized that I needed a Gel polish STAT! I walked in and a man greeted me immediately. I waited less than 5 minutes for Henry to begin my manicure. He asked about Powder. Would I like to try it. Normally, I say No but I could use the 3 week stretch. He did a great job. He was a wizard with fixing my nail that was torn. He also managed to not make me bleed even though my nails are horrifyingly short when he filed my nails. I will definitely be back again!! read more

The salon was nice but I got a dip manicure and gel pedicure and they were supposed to do the same colors on my hands and feet, but my fingernails ended up being ten times darker than my toenails. I went in with decently shaped nails and came out with nubs even though I asked to keep the length. My hands and cuticles were stained red. read more

They did get us in quickly on prom weekend but I called to ask about availability the lady questioned me several times about how soon I could get there and appeared to be very annoyed. It was $28 for a regular pedicure. As we were picking out our colors several of the technicians told us that our seats were ready and waiting and tried to hurry us to go get seated ( I had just literally walked in and began to look at polish colors ). My technician arrived several times later. Didn't say much. And hurried through the entire pedicure. Didn't shape my nails. Didn't file. Didn't really scrub. Again. It was fine but I probably wouldn't visit again. You're better off going the polish room across the street- much friendlier staff and better service. read more

The salon is beautiful on the inside. I did the deluxe package and it was great, hot wax and a scrub and a massage I was in heaven. They also have a great selection of colors! There appeared to be an argument going on between several of the nail technicians and it was a bit tense. Once that ended it was much better, a calmer I'm environment. read more

I now have tiny nubbins for nails and nicked skin in multiple spots from the dremel and uneven surfaces. Not the place for me. I walked into the salon for a pedicure and a gel manicure. They were able to get me right away, and the salon was nicely decorated and clean. However, the services were disappointing. The technician really seemed to struggle with being able to polish my nails. She kept needing to redo them, scape the skin or trim the skin from where she had gotten polish on the skin or cuticle. I left feeling poked and prodded with just an o.k. mani/pedi. She didn't spend a lot of time shaping my nails and they're not very even. I'll be filing them myself. It also took TWO hours for all of this. She did do a good job with the massage portion though. Tip: They only accept cash tips. If you don't have cash, they have you go into AJ's next door to get cash back. read more

I've been to this salon a couple times and they are usually great with designs and pretty friendly but the two times I've gone with the older guy that usually is at the register have not been great he completely messed up my shape and although one of the other guys did a nice design I decided to go to another salon and get them fixed while there the guy told me to be careful because the one at the other salon didn't put enough acrylic and my nails could break and unfortunately they did. read more

They ruined my nails!!! I thought I had SNS dip on but was told acrylics. Instead of soaking my nails he chipped away with cuticle cutters and used the dremel tool. I was switched over to a lady, who did the same thing! Then a younger girl came in and finished my nails. She asked if I told them I had SNS prior to them starting. I told her yes, but the man said these are arcrylics. She began to soak my two finger left with acrylic on them and said my nails should have been soaked off. Now they are paper thin, rippled and ripped already!!! They charged me to have them taken off, even though I was getting a nail service (gel manicure). Oh and then I didn't get massaged either.
