Not worth it. They don't fix regular nail polish when it chips right after the appointment. Their Excuse is "regular polish only last a few days" but when it chips not even 12 hours later they don't fix it. All they care about is you getting "gel nails".

This was an absolute terrible experience as far as the pedicure goes. I went in wanting a gel pedicure. First of all, the lady who did my nails was nice however I'm not sure she should be doing them. Within 10 minutes of me having sat in the chair, she had cut my toe so badly that she had to put tons of superglue on it to stop. Someone else had to come over and fix her paint job, but now my toes are flooded with nail polish. My pinky toe polish came off within a couple of hours. It filled right off. I didn't even have to touch it. The leg massage was mediocre and painful. I would highly recommend going to this salon. Also, I definitely felt like the employees were talking about my choice of nail polish design. It's none of their business, but I wanted to do. But they were making a big deal about what I wanted. Everybody in the salon was talking about it.

Tried this place for the first time and I had Tracy. She was very nice and professional. I haven't quite found a place that does pearl/chrome colors well like the Asian colors until here! I'm very impressed. It's $10 extra for the pearl/chrome dust and $48 for dip mani. I also did classic pedi for $30 + gel $18 and chrome $10. Great service. Place is very clean and nice. read more

Nail techs are friendly and do a good job.. I however will think twice about going back. On 3 separate occasions I scheduled a pedi & brow wax, each time I went in I was told no one was there for waxing and I could come back later in the day. Why scheduled waxing in the morning if n one will be there. The first time I was very understanding, the second time frustrated but ok, the 3rd time I was done. read more

so rude. I went once before and really liked my nail tech Carol. she was so sweet, patient and what a massage she gave. I was so happy so I made another appointment with her in advance and gave my name and number to the guy that answered the phone. On my appointment day, I drove the 20 minutes (gas is $5.00 a gallon) to my appointment and started to check in, when the girl at the desk asked if I had an appointment. I said yes, at 530pm with Carol. She immediately turned around and left the counter, and another lady came up and said Carol called in sick, we have other techs. I said why didn't you call me since you asked for my number when I made the appointment, she said, well she went home sick, so we didn't call you. this is no way to run a business. you still could have called me and given me the paying customer the option to reschedule with Carol or see another tech. I won't be going back. read more

I love the way my nails come out time. I get a lot of input from my tech. I get dip nails. Ivy suggested natural colors if I want them to look good for 5 weeks. I have a lot of growth. I can go with them longer before I have to have them again. Today I got French nails, haven't had them for 25 years they look awesome. Thank you Ivy. read more

I switched from Herbal Nails to Palace Nails and very happy the change and it is closer to home. Easy to schedule and get in. The only thing I don't love is the programming on the TV. It is usually right wing conservative "Christian" which is not very inclusive and highly offensive or some macho show like oil drillers, or Alaskan trucker or fishing! I usually just read or listen to a podcast now. It would be nice to see something more geared to the diverse demographic of their clientele for a better vibe. Tracy is great!! read more

Paid $30 for classic pedicure. Requested no nail polish. No price adjustment given. classic includes callus removal in price. callus remover was done for a total of about 10 seconds and when I asked about it she said I needed to pay $8 more to get it done. Absurd!!! read more

Where do I begin... she knicked my cuticles and held the drill down too long it and burned my nail, I flinched as every other person would as it is an instinctual reaction to pain. The first time this happen she said ok I'll drill really slow because you're sensitive and I said no, you burnt me it's not being sensitive" Then she knicks my cuticle and I went to check if it was bleeding and she had this look on her face she looked at her coworker as if I had just spat in her face. Then again she gets my cuticle and I jerk my hand out of reaction and I And she says verbatim "you are kind of baby" and I looked at her and said "excuse me?!?!" And she didn't say much after that. When I had picked my color she went and got a different color and said this one's prettier let's do this one. And I'm like uhhh ehh and she said ok you pick and I said I'll keep the dark one I picked out. At some point she got hot and put the fan in her face and being silly she put the fan in my face and then I smiled but then she pulled her shirt collar outward and put the fan angled down so the handheld fan was by her chin facing down. And then while I had my hands with acetone foils on all my fingers and with how fast she did it.. she grabbed my shirt in the chest area and put the fan to my chin to have air blown on my boobs. And I kinda froze up and was really quiet and I didn't say much after that. She kept trying to push a manicure on me I had to tell her no over and over and over that I only want a GELL manicure and as the session went on she told me I'm too sensitive and I shouldn't get GELL. And I said why? She said because I'm too sensitive and I look at her and say no. I like GELL. After another time she burned my nail with the drill she rolls her eyes and said do you want her to finish? (Le Ann) and I said you know what yes. I want her to finish. She was so so so damn rude. Absolutely Crossed boundaries. Tried to make me feel like I was doing something wrong. She also asked me if I'd been there before and if one of her coworkers had done my nails and I said yes everyone in this room (3 other people) has done my nails before I've been here forever. Not once have I been treated like that. She literally was calling me names while expecting me to pay her? Like It's her job, not mine. So if you wanna be borderline assaulted, talked down to, told that your color is ugly, and be treated like you're the biggest inconvenience on plant earth, you'd like it here. Linda is the worst nail tech I have ever encountered in my fucking life. Oh! She also told me to stop watching as I was looking at her do my nails. I was watching a YouTube video and I would glance back-and-forth, but she literally said stop watching her do my nails. I encourage you to go to other nail salons. Or if you do stay here. Do not give Linda your money!!!

Hello, I hope you remember me. I came in today with my mother and sister since I got recommended this place by a friend of mine. My nails were cute but could forsure use improvement and they look super rushed. My sister had a good experience whereas me and my mom did not. They were being nice to me, but were clearly talking about how long my nails were, and making rude comments in their language. My mom had the $47 pedicure done. The lady doing it had cut the side of her toe, and it was bleeding very badly. She tried closing the fresh wound with GLUE. This is extremely disgusting and this can cause infection, which anyone with common knowledge should know. The total of this all was 180, and I believe that this is overpriced, especially for this kind of service. I will not be coming back here. (Pleas keep in mind that this was months ago, I just simply wanna come on here and rewrite MY experience on yelp. This review is also on Google maps.) read more

I came in on a busy Sunday with no appointment .Even though the place was packed but everyone seemed very happy . I was told to wait 20mins but they were be able to get me in less than 10mins. Mya did my full set and to be honest my nails never looked this good before. She took her time and listened to what I want and went beyond my expectation . She is specialize on long trendy nail designs if you're looking for one ( you don't find them a lot in Peoria area Tempe/ Scottsdale maybe) . I have been looking for a nail salon closer to me than my previous salon for about a year. I read the AMAZING reviews that Palace Nails had and decided to make an appointment. Stopped in here as a walk in today. I had gone to another nail salon recently and had a horrible experience, but did need a fill. I was attended to within several minutes. Amy did my fill and did a fantastic job. She didn't hurt me or make be bleed (like the other place) and she actually listened to what I wanted my nails to look like. She even double checked to make sure she understood my desired nail length/look. My nails look fantastic and are just want I wanted. Thanks to Amy, I am a happy girl! I have been coming here for a year now, and I am there at least every week (gel nails, pedi with callus removal every 2 weeks and eyebrows every two weeks). The salon is very clean and beautiful, and each of the techs are pleasant and take extra care to do a good job. The owner is a really great lady. I hardly like going to salons as I feel they rush and it's just a routine. The tech I got and came back for after my first time was David , he's so precise with his work it's truly a work of art. I've had techs that are fast but never comes out how I like it , David did my fill in 40 min with color and they came out perfect ! I have been coming here for a few years and recommend it to everyone! I don't get my nails done often as my schedule is hectic but my nails will last for weeks. They accept walk ins but keep in mind it can be busy so it's best to call ahead. Anyone of the nail techs will provide quality service. Wonderful service. The employees are so kind and welcoming! We had to wait about 30 mins after our reservation time because they were running a bit behind, but it was worth the wait! Nice and clean salon, love their gel polish and the polish last at least 2 weeks. The staffs are fluent in English which is hard to find especially at most salons in AZ. Where do I begin... she knicked my cuticles and held the drill down too long it and burned my nail, I flinched as every other person would as it is an instinctual reaction to pain. The first time this happen she said ok I'll drill really slow because you're sensitive and I said no, you burnt me it's not being sensitive" Then she knicks my cuticle and I went to check if it was bleeding and she had this look on her face she looked at her coworker as if I had just spat in her face. Then again she gets my cuticle and I jerk my hand out of reaction and I And she says verbatim "you are kind of baby" and I looked at her and said "excuse me?!?!" And she didn't say much after that. When I had picked my color she went and got a different color and said this one's prettier let's do this one. And I'm like uhhh ehh and she said ok you pick and I said I'll keep the dark one I picked out. At some point she got hot and put the fan in her face and being silly she put the fan in my face and then I smiled but then she pulled her shirt collar outward and put the fan angled down so the handheld fan was by her chin facing down. And then while I had my hands with acetone foils on all my fingers and with how fast she did it.. she grabbed my shirt in the chest area and put the fan to my chin to have air blown on my boobs. And I kinda froze up and was really quiet and I didn't say much after that. She kept trying to push a manicure on me I had to tell her no over and over and over that I only want a GELL manicure and as the session went on she told me I'm too sensitive and I shouldn't get GELL. And I said why? She said because I'm too sensitive and I look at her and say no. I like GELL. After another time she burned my nail with the drill she rolls her eyes and said do you want her to finish? (Le Ann) and I said you know what yes. I want her to finish. She was so so so damn rude. Absolutely Crossed boundaries. Tried to make me feel like I was doing something wrong. She also asked me if I'd been there before and if one of her coworkers had done my nails and I said yes everyone in this room (3 other people) has done my nails before I've been here forever. Not once have I been treated like that. She literally was calling me names while expecting me to pay her? Like It's her job, not mine. So if you wanna be borderline assaulted, talked down to, told that your color is ugly, and be treated like you're the biggest inconvenience on plant earth, you'd like it here. Linda is the worst nail tech I have ever encountered in my fucking life. Oh! She also told me to stop watching as I was looking at her do my nails. I was watching a YouTube video and I would glance back-and-forth, but she literally said stop watching her do my nails. I encourage you to go to other nail salons. Or if you do stay here. Do not give Linda your money!!!

I looked at the lady who had scheduled my appointment the day before and who had checked me in the day of and she gave me no response. I went out to my car and the lady ended up making an appointment and following me out. Just asked what happened and I explained the situation and she had told me that most people were walk-ins for this establishment.Also the other two women that were waiting left shortly after I did and I asked if they had an appointment, but they said that they were also walk-ins. I don't understand why you would take an appointment and not honor it. There is a reason for appointment, mainly so we can keep our schedules for the day. After seeing the empty books and being told that most people are walk-ins, I believe the two ladies they helped before me were also walk-ins (not verified), and ended up taking my reserved time. It's very frustrating at the lack of professionalism with businesses nowadays. Nothing was done to honor my appointment, nothing was said when I voiced that I had been waiting for 30 minutes, and nothing will be done because I am just one person. I am not telling you, whether you should or should not use this company for any service, I am just providing a rating of my experience. I have a place that I normally go to, but it is 30 minutes away and they are fantastic. Looks like I need to go on here and give them a rating too to show how much I appreciate the service I received from them. Looking forward to a reply.
