Henry is absolutely phenomenal! I've been coming here for over 7 years and I refuse to go anywhere else. This is a family owned business they're kind and efficient. I literally spent an entire year working in California and would fly back to have Henry do my nails because I don't trust anyone else and he does my Daughter's nails too. My son brought his date and their friends for homecoming and they took such good care of everyone! They're kind and they know our names and ask about my kids each visit. Let's start off with a little back history. I've come here before I've been very happy. I schedule an appointment when I left the last time I was here because I was flying out of town. An emergency took place and so I was unable to schedule. I'm sorry I was unable to attend my appointment for a weeks later. I tried to call them the day before my appointment because I flew out over the weekend late and in the middle of the night, so the next day, I tried to call and let them be aware of it, but of course they were closed, and I didn't have the option of leaving a voicemail, when I return back to town, I called and I say I would like to schedule an appointment for a fill on my hands a fill on my feet and a repair all right moving forward to today. I come in. I get this cut down on my hands, get them shaped and I get a fill, but when he goes to show me the color I asked for bubblegum pink he brings me bubblegum pink. I said oh OK. I love it. It was just pink. He starts to apply it on on the second now I say hold on this has glitter in it. I do not like glitter I want solid color yet that says it's too late on nail number two refuses to change the color so here I am stuck with a full set and my hands and feet always have to match so here I am stuck with a bill of a beautiful bubblegum pink, but with glitter that I don't like I expressed to him the whole time I absolutely despise the glitter and because my hands be after Matt, I am upset. He doesn't listen to me at all afterwards I sit there and I'm waiting to be transferred over to get a fill on my feet. I figured as a kind gesture since they're not busy right now and I miss my last appointment I will go ahead and add on getting my eyebrows down and getting a pedicure so an extra $60 worth of service. He goes to tell me he did not hear me say a fill on my feet only on my hands and he only heard the repair and that they're too busy to give me a pedicure today. I tell him no worries. I will just go ahead and get the bill on my feet so I'm sitting there waiting about 20 minutes When a couple comes in and sits in the pedicure chairs so I asked the man excuse me. What time is it my turn to get my feet done he then says oh well we can't do a pedicure and I said I understand that but I did ask you when I scheduled for a repair and two fills when on my hands, one of my feet, tell me he didn't hear me so it's my bad and I can't get the service done so then I say OK well I will have to go somewhere else to get it done because hands have to match feet I offered to buy the acrylic powder from him because I don't know if the next place will have that exact brand and color and then tells me no so I take a picture of it and I will go on Amazon and purchase it no big deal it's only 20 bucks for the powder but then his wife turns around and tells me the reason why I'm not getting my pedicure and my bill is because I missed my last appointment and they lost a lot of money which I don't believe because they're always busy and turning people away I explained to her kindly that I attempted to call before there was no voicemail so I was unable to leave a message she explains to me in the front of three other customers that I am being difficult. I just turned around and smiled because I didn't want things to go down south so the gentleman tells me he just didn't hear me say that fell on my feet even though every time I come in I get a fill on my hands and my feet because they must match so here we are. I'm walking out of the store after they tried to humiliate and embarrass me and shame me so they have zero quality zero customer service. They're not listening to the client, especially when I told him on the second now I don't like this. I do not like glitter so I am walking out with not a good vibe now keep in mind I come out of my way to drive all the way to this location because he has done well at three previous times I have came to him for my hands and my feet, so I will definitely never return to this location again I will never ever give them any promotional or positive abuse and I feel really good that I handled the situation watching out of there, smiling with my head up instead of cussing everyone out and telling them where to go. read more
