I have been going to this nail salon for my acrylic nails for the past 3 years. I always make an appointment on their website which is very quick and easy. Personally, I always select "any technician" and have never had any complaints with any technician I have had. I bring in an inspiration photo off Pinterest every time and they always match it. It's always very calming and clean. Depending on the style I get I usually pay roughly $60-$70 for acrylic nails, not including tip. Which I have never had a nail break or have any issues so a fair price if you ask me. read more

I don't like to leave one star reviews, but this was my first time here and I was very disappointed with the lack of service. I made an appointment the day before for 10am, arrived at 9:59 and checked in. Waited 15 minutes while they started two other clients, not sure if they had an appointment or not. When I made my appointment I saw that there wasn't a lot of scheduled appointments in the books so, I thought that getting helped on time wouldn't be an issue. I waited 15 minutes before they sat me down and put my feet in the water to sit around for another 15 minutes. By now I realized that I wouldn't be able to get both services completed before I needed to leave. During this time, two other ladies walked in and were also waiting, but I found out later they were walk-ins. Another lady walked in after I had been waiting for 30 minutes, looking to be a walk-in, but they said it was gonna be a while because there were people waiting, so she was trying to schedule an appointment for later that afternoon. I ended up getting up and gathering my stuff and told the lady that she could have my appointment since I had been sitting around for 30 minutes with nothing happening. I looked at the lady who had scheduled my appointment the day before and who had checked me in the day of and she gave me no response. I went out to my car and the lady ended up making an appointment and following me out. Just asked what happened and I explained the situation and she had told me that most people were walk-ins for this establishment.Also the other two women that were waiting left shortly after I did and I asked if they had an appointment, but they said that they were also walk-ins. I don't understand why you would take an appointment and not honor it. There is a reason for appointment, mainly so we can keep our schedules for the day. After seeing the empty books and being told that most people are walk-ins, I believe the two ladies they helped before me were also walk-ins (not verified), and ended up taking my reserved time. It's very frustrating at the lack of professionalism with businesses nowadays. Nothing was done to honor my appointment, nothing was said when I voiced that I had been waiting for 30 minutes, and nothing will be done because I am just one person. I am not telling you, whether you should or should not use this company for any service, I am just providing a rating of my experience. I have a place that I normally go to, but it is 30 minutes away and they are fantastic. Looks like I need to go on here and give them a rating too to show how much I appreciate the service I received from them. Looking forward to a reply. read more

Never in my life have I had a HORRIBLE pedicure but today was the first here's a tip don't get the guy technician I went in wanting the girl and the guy ended up taking me. I asked for a basic pedi, with gel white French I think nobody in the world has messed up my toes but he did- he cut my toes uneven and made a mess on my toes- if I wanted to pay 50 dollars for my toes to look like a kid did it I would've paid my sister to get the same results. such a disappointment when I've been coming here for months. read more

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE BLACK! I scheduled an appointment in advance, when i arrived the whole team starred at me like if I was a thief! As they are starring into my soul no one greets me what so ever it's all just stares! I introduced myself and told them what I scheduled for they all looked at each other like lost dogs! I then proceed to say I can wait no problem and they said "Yes have a seat" as I sat down a YT couple comes in before they even close the door the worker greeted them with "Hello how can I help you" at that exact moment I went in complete shock! I didn't react I didn't say anything to them at all! As I continue to patiently wait they tell the YT couple to have a seat before me and I was there first PLUS I am one person, why are we sitting two before me! after I seen how I was treated I walked out IMMEDIATELY! I've gone here a couple of times and it's been fine I guess, but I will not be returning after my last experience. I don't know the man's name who did my nails and pedicure but he was awful. It seemed like I was inconveniencing him. My nails turned out ok. 3 of my nails are lumpy but overall they're fine. My pedicure is a whole different story. He had me put my feet in the bowl before there was even water running in it. I had gel on my toenails previously and he drilled it off instead of soaking it off. He was extremely rough in removing my cuticles to the point that I was bleeding on both of my big toes. He never apologized or even acknowledged that he made me bleed. I asked for them to be more square shaped(or straight not round) he said he couldn't because the corners of my toenails were broken. BECAUSE HE CUT THEM WHEN HE WAS DESTROYING MY CUTICLES!!!! And they're very uneven. Absolutely horrible experience and I won't go back. read more

WORST service I've ever received in my life. rude and rushed job when I had an appointment. the lady made my big toe completely crooked to the point they had to put acrylic on it to correct their mistake, they then tried to charge me for the acrylic I didn't even want in the first place. Open on Sunday and got in with a same day appt, which you bc an schedule online. (So convenient.). The salon was clean and beautiful. Husband & I both had deluxe pedicures and regular manicures. I used to come here when I did acrylic nails. They were always sweet and quick. I took off a year to grow my nails & recently went back to get dip nails. They were great and lasted three weeks. I then decided to go from dip nails to a regular gel manicure on my own nails. I was warned that my nails may still be weak and not last, but fortunately they did extra coats of gel. Clean place. Sweet staff. Easy appointments. read more

wow what a horrible experience I asked the nail tech to remove some of the old product that was still visible before she started with the new product. she put on the acetone & tinfoil on all my fingers And left!! I mean for good.She started working on a new client. Finally I asked what is going on are you just done with me?? She replied that someone else will finish you. Now really my appointment was for 3:30 After asking when I would be helped I was seated about 4:10. I managed restaurants for 35 years so I understand how this can happen. Never an apology for the wait ! Or an explanation how or why I pissed her off. just for asking to have the old product cleaned off. This was just horrible customer service beyond excusable. They do an amazing job but they are extremely overpriced and rush manicures. Gel polish is $15 EXTRA when buying a brand new gel polish at the store (same brand they use) cost about $13. They apply the extra charge to each the manicure AND pedicure. But if you're willing to pay a ton of money, this is the shop for you! read more

I went here two weeks ago to get my eyebrows done and the lady's name was Vi. She was AMAZING with my eyebrows. I came back today with an appointment made for Vi which this place is already 30 minutes out of my way. I get there and a lady tells me Vi quit and the next technician will be available soon. Im not mad about that but you guys saw my appointment and have my phone number and couldn't tell me this ahead of time? Then I sat there for a good 15 minutes witnessing least 6 workers playing on their phones and staring at me. I finally just got up and left. I have been coming here since moving to Surprise and have worked with Mia and Wendy in the past who are amazing but this time I came in without an appointment and was helped out by a guy (I believe his name is Bao) and it was horrible. He did not cut my cuticles or clean under my nails even after I asked him to. I know they're not bad but there is still always dead skin to clean. The pedicure is said to come with a massage but he did not do that at all. He simply just put lotion on and moved on. I usually don't complain but even after telling the lady up front who charged me, she did nothing about it. I will definitely not be coming back again. I don't feel the "pedicure" was worth the money I paid. I could have done a better job at home. read more

Right when I walked into this nail salon it did not reek of chemicals which was already a great sign for me! The salon is very modern and have very attentive staff! I had Mia who did a full acrylic set on me and she was very understanding of what I was asking for and VERY quick. Mia was a perfectionist and redid her mistakes which I didn't even notice there was any! You can also make appointments online which is great! 10/10 service!! DO. NOT. GO. HERE. I had the worst experience. I was constantly telling the guy to be more gentle with the drill, he consistently got my skin and yes I did bleed, my finger nails are not all the same shape, HE CUT THEM IN SUCH A WAY WHERE I HAVE MULTIPLE FINGERS GROWING BACK WITH HANG NAILS, the do not use clean NEW tools, and do not have things for pedicured portioned out so they were grabbing from the same tub of sugar scrub for example with the gloves that were touching our skin and then double dipping back into the tub with no care. they have boxes of nail polish under their desk on the floor they have to grab from, it's very clearly a chop shop and I have reported it to the cosmetology board. I wish WISH I could be confrontational in person but this man new he did awful and was HURTING me and its not a service I should have paid for. my nails are a mess, and this is a warning to anyone wanting to go. THERE IS ONE LADY who does a good job that everyone tries to book with. outside of her your guaranteed to have a bad time. I'm super disappointed in this shop. read more

I have seen Megan twice for the Volcano pedicure and she has been prompt (I made resos) and has done a very nice job. My polish lasts, she listens to my concerns about cutting in the corners of my big toe, my feet feel wonderful and she is just a delight. We came here on a whim during Mother's Day and we were able to get a pedicure with a kind and patient staff. We didn't feel rushed. The place looks and smells clean. The decor is bright, open, and inviting. I love that they have a kids mani/pedi option on the menu (called Kids Angel Manicure or Pedicure). The nail tech, Ruby, forgot the color I chose and painted them the wrong color. Because I was rushing to another appointment, she told me to come back the very next day and she would fix it. When I called to schedule the correction, Ruby wasn't there, so I made an appointment for 9:00 AM the following morning. Today, I arrived on time and waited over 30 minutes because she was late. During that time, the owner/manager came over, looked at my toes, took photos, and explained they had already been having issues with Ruby. Because I had already been inconvenienced by having to return for a mistake that was not mine, take additional time away from work, and then wait over 30 minutes for my scheduled appointment, I asked the owner if acrylic could be added to my big toenails at no charge as a gesture of goodwill for everything I had been put through. The owner agreed and instructed Ruby to do it. That is when the situation escalated. Instead of accepting the owner's decision and taking accountability for the original mistake, Ruby became argumentative and confrontational with me. At that point, my frustration was no longer about the color itself. It was about the repeated inconvenience, lack of professionalism, being late to a scheduled appointment, and being met with resistance and excuses rather than a sincere effort to correct the situation. The issue could have been resolved professionally, but Ruby's attitude and unwillingness to take responsibility turned a simple correction into an unnecessarily negative experience. I also want to be fair in my review. I previously had my fingernails done by Austin, and I will absolutely give credit where it is due his nail work is beautiful, and I was always happy with the quality of his services. However, I did have an experience where I felt he was unnecessarily rude to both my mother and me, and that interaction ultimately led me to stop booking with him. While I can acknowledge the quality of his work, customer service and professionalism are equally important to me as a paying customer.( Fortunate for me I do have this whole encounter voice recorded so that I was able to go back ACCURATELY create this HORRIBLE review! ) The salon itself is clean, well-maintained, and organized. The workstations, floors, and overall appearance of the shop were consistently kept neat during my visits. Cleanliness was never an issue, and I appreciate the effort that goes into maintaining a professional environment for customers. Stylist Review for Ruby: Ruby was the original technician who did my pedicure and unfortunately my experience with her was disappointing. She painted my toes SUPER SLOPPY the wrong color after I had clearly selected a different one and asked me to come back the next day to correct her mistake. SHE Never showed up the day she told me to come in to correct her mistake . When I returned for my scheduled appointment, she arrived over 30 minutes late. What was most frustrating was that instead of taking accountability for the inconvenience and mistake, she became argumentative when the situation was being addressed. Everyone makes mistakes, but professionalism is measured by how those mistakes are handled, and unfortunately that was lacking during my experience. Review for the Owner/Manager: I appreciate that the owner ultimately tried to make the situation right. At first, there seemed to be some hesitation when I requested acrylic on my big toes as a goodwill gesture for the inconvenience of having to return, missing work time, and waiting over 30 minutes past my appointment time. However, after reviewing the situation and recognizing everything that had occurred, the owner reconsidered and approved the request. While the experience should never have reached that point, I do appreciate that management eventually listened to my concerns and attempted to provide a reasonable resolution. Review for Austin: Austin is very talented when it comes to nails, and I want to give him full credit for the quality of his work. My fingernails always looked great, and I was consistently happy with the results. Unfortunately, I had an experience where I felt he was rude and dismissive toward both my mother and me, which ultimately led me to stop booking with him. While I can't fault his skills as a nail technician, customer service is just as important as the service itself. If professionalism and communication had matched the quality of his work, I would likely still be a client today.

Good Evening Customer, I am manager at Sunshine Nail Spa located in Surprise AZ. We recently identify reviewers who provided falsify information that harmful to our business on purposes without providing proof or legal documentations. We has Security Camera footage that able to capture images of service we provided and the inaccurate stolen card provided is misleading and about our Nail Salon. We are taking legal actions with our legal authorities upon this case. Our employee do not touching customer belonging as I stated. This never happened at our Nail Salon. First reviewer is Andrew M who i contacted directly on Yelp to provide me that his items stolen and after I sent him a message to contact us directly to resolve his concerns, he deleted his review right away and never reply to me. I am also unable to identify this customer on our booking for the last few days. I reported to our legal authorities. Second is Taylor D. whose stated her mom got 4 credit cards stolen and made a purchase at Walmart. I contacted her directly to contact our Salon and provide me documentations for what she stated and she never responded back. We are also unable to identify if this customer is legit on our booking. This case also reported to Legal Authorities for further investigation. As I stated who is giving falsify informations that is untruth will be reported to Legal Authorities and we take seriously upon our services.
