I originally scheduled for an all over color, cut, and style - something I've done at multiple salons, in multiple states, with multiple stylist over the last 20 years. I can say without question my experience with Susie was the absolute worst I have ever experience. She claims to have over 30 years experience with color and cut, but it seemed like she'd never applied color before. She was constantly flipping my hair this way and that way all over the place, laying it over my face, tangling my hair, ripping tangles apart. At one point she even 'accidentally' hit me in the face with the coloring brush! It took her an HOUR to get the all over color complete and then I had to sit an additional 30 minutes to process. I had color smeared all over my forehead and cheek and she just left it there! By this point I had had enough and told her once we rinsed the color I wanted to skip the haircut and just get dried. She responded by saying that I HAD to let her cut it because she had done a rough trim before the color and it wouldn't be even if I didn't let her do the haircut. At this point I did get a little aggressive because no one should ever tell a customer that they can not withdraw their consent! I very firmly told her I didn't care what it looked like I didn't want anything further than just getting rinsed and dried. Her shampooing and conditioning of my hair was very rough and agitated so I could tell she was upset that I wanted to leave. After being rinsed we went back to the chair where she proceeded to try to comb my hair with a pick... without using any product. No detangler, no leave in condition, no heat protection, NOTHING. It was at this point I just said Stop, we're done and got out of the chair. I checked out at the front desk and again the woman there was incredibly kind and understanding. She nodded along as I explained what happened and it seemed like this is a story she has heard before regarding Susie, she didn't seem in the least bit surprised by my experience. She also let me know currently a lot of stylists are on vacation but in a few months several other stylists would be available if I wanted to give the salon another try. Just based my front desk experience I would give the salon another try, but definitely want to avoid Susie at all costs!

I am over the moon, and back pleased with Dr Justo,and his staff…read more I had waited 4 months for my consult ( as you can tell by the wait time he is an excellent doctor to be so busy to have months for a consult, but after my consult it is smooth sailing scheduling for procedures). It was worth the wait. I had also scheduled with 2 other doctors for second, and third opinions. The opinions turned out to be exactly what Dr Justo explained to me. I chose to schedule my surgery for Ptosis with Dr Justo. I had Ptosis surgery on both eyes. It was a very short procedure, and my healing was amazing. I am so excited with my results. When I say excited, I mean EXCITED. The staff thru the entire process exceeded my expectations 1000% ! Dr Justo is so calm, very knowledgeable, and will sit with you answering any questions you may have. You feel as if you made a new Friend , add in the staff, makes it plural Friends! I would send everyone to this office. I felt I was in good hands!

I had an upper blepharoplasty performed by Dr. Justo about 4 months ago. Immediately after the…read moreprocedure, I could see that the incision above my left eyelid was visibly higher than the incision on my right eyelid, causing my left eyelid to appear larger than my right eyelid. At my one-week appointment, Dr. Justo's assistant, Mandi, removed my stitches. I was hoping to speak with Dr. Justo at that time to show him my concerns, such as the uneven incisions and the way my incisions were stitched up, which caused "lumpy, bumpy" scarring, as one his assistants called it. I asked Mandi if I had a follow up appointment with Dr. Justo, and she said "just if one is needed." After waiting for weeks for the swelling to go down (in hopes that with time, the incisions may line up more evenly, and that I would be able to see more of my right eyelid), I finally called Mandi to inquire about a follow up appointment to address my concerns. Mandi asked me to email her a picture, which I immediately did. She called me shortly thereafter stating that my left eyelid was definitely still swollen and to give the swelling at least 2 months before following up. After 2 months had passed and my eyelid incisions were still not even, and my left eyelid looked bigger than my right eyelid, I emailed another picture to Mandi who called me right away ready to schedule a second surgery. I let Mandi know that I first wanted to meet with Dr. Justo to discuss my concerns and to see what my options are before scheduling another surgery. She also let me know that I would have to pay a facility fee for the surgery. I told her that I shouldn't have to pay a fee for something that was not my fault. She then said there is always a facility fee, and then scheduled a follow up appointment with Dr. Justo. At my appointment with Dr. Justo, I first met with Dr. Justo's assistant who asked me what my concerns were. I asked her if she saw the picture that I sent, and she said probably, and again asked me what my concerns were. I showed her the uneven scarring, and then the lumps and bumps around the incisions, and stated that I wasn't sure if the stitches still needed to dissolve. She abruptly said, "They are not dissolvable stitches! Didn't you get the paper with instructions after your stitches were removed?" I told her no, and let her know that I was trying to determine whether the stitches were dissolvable as I could still feel them behind the bumps in my incisions. She told me that I should have been putting hydrocortisone on the lumps and bumps and to do so. She then took pictures of my eyes and then left the room. She returned to the room with Dr. Justo who handed me my before and after pictures, which included the picture she just took. Dr. Justo pulled himself right up to me closely on his stool and asked me what seemed to be the problem. I closed my eyes and started to explain that the incision on my left eyelid was higher than on my right eyelid, and I was abruptly cut off with him stating that he "respectfully disagrees". I again started trying to explain to him what I was seeing, and was cut off again with him again stating that he "respectfully disagrees". He then showed me the pictures and said that my eyes looked vibrant and that he would use my picture to advertise. I asked him if he looked at the pictures that I had sent, and he said he probably did but that didn't matter because he was looking at my eyes right now. I then tried to continue to explain, but was cut off stating that he wouldn't remove anymore skin from my right eye as it would only cause more problems. I let him know that I didn't want to have another surgery if that wouldn't help and just wanted to let him see what happened and to see what my options were. He gave me a large smile, shook my hand and left the room. Very passive aggressive and not willing to listen to patient concerns. After my experience, I would not refer anyone to Dr. Justo.

I'm a 70 year old man whose eyebrows have slowly and mysteriously disappeared…read more After considerable research on permanent makeup procedures, followed by a deep dive into the most highly rated and respected artists that also have experience with men's eyebrows, I made my decision to get a consultation with Daela Cosmetic Tattoo in Scottsdale. To start, the offices are beautiful and the staff couldn't have been more pleasant. The first artist I met with suggested I meet with Chloe because she has more experience with mens eyebrows. Then I got a consultation with Chloe who was very patient, extremely knowledgeable and importantly, very honest about meeting my expectations given my situation. Patient, compassionate and no attempt to make a sale at all. Chloe suggested I have her office do a laser treatment to remove the shadowed remains I had from a microblading procedure many years ago. She wanted a clean slate and she was 100% right. Almost immediately following the short and painless laser procedure, all of the shadowing was completely gone, which in and of itself, looked much better. Onto the procedure. Chloe worked her artistry with great care and my eyebrows came back to life, even though she required a touch up 5 weeks later, after everything had healed. Today, I went in for the Touchup, talked about the area where the pigment had lightened slightly (which is completely out of her control, I have 70 year old skin) and then she carefully started the touchup. It was so relaxing I think I fell asleep, When she finished, she handed me the mirror and I was extremely happy with the results. Actually, I can't imagine a better experience. I, myself, am an artist and director with a very keen eye for detail... and I am completely happy with the experience from beginning to end. Thank you Chloe. I made an appointment the day before for 10am, arrived at 9:59 and checked in. Waited 15 minutes while they started two other clients, not sure if they had an appointment or not. I waited 15 minutes before they sat me down and put my feet in the water to sit around for another 15 minutes. By now I realized that I wouldn't be able to get both services completed before I needed to leave. During this time, two other ladies walked in and were also waiting, but I found out later they were walk-ins. Another lady walked in after I had been waiting for 30 minutes, looking to be a walk-in, but they said it was gonna be a while because there were people waiting, so she was trying to schedule an appointment for later that afternoon. I ended up getting up and gathering my stuff and told the lady that she could have my appointment since I had been sitting around for 30 minutes with nothing happening. I looked at the lady who had scheduled my appointment the day before and who had checked me in the day of and she gave me no response. I went out to my car and the lady ended up making an appointment and following me out. Just asked what happened and I explained the situation and she had told me that most people were walk-ins for this establishment.Also the other two women that were waiting left shortly after I did and I asked if they had an appointment, but they said that they were also walk-ins. I don't understand why you would take an appointment and not honor it. There is a reason for appointment, mainly so we can keep our schedules for the day. After seeing the empty books and being told that most people are walk-ins, I believe the two ladies they helped before me were also walk-ins (not verified), and ended up taking my reserved time. It's very frustrating at the lack of professionalism with businesses nowadays. Nothing was done to honor my appointment, nothing was said when I voiced that I had been waiting for 30 minutes, and nothing will be done because I am just one person. I am not telling you, whether you should or should not use this company for any service, I am just providing a rating of my experience. I have a place that I normally go to, but it is 30 minutes away and they are fantastic. Looks like I need to go on here and give them a rating too to show how much I appreciate the service I received from them. Looking forward to a reply.
