I don't like to get my ingrowns cut (personal preference) and every time I make sure to tell the person doing my pedicure to not cut them. Everyone has always listened. Well this time I went and the lady doing my nails was named Mary. I did as I always do and asked her to leave my ingrowns. When she started the pedicure, she started to cut my ingrowns out and I stopped her and said "hey, please leave it alone. Salon was very clean and welcoming. We arrived around 5:45pm for a pedicure. They were quick to say they could help us and quickly got chair ready for us. I got the deluxe pedicure and the service was fine, felt that they rushed through the service and were even starting to turn off some of the lights in the far side of the salon by 6:30pm with a closing time of 7pm. Seemed to rush us out coming over to ask us to pay before we were dry. While I do understand wanting to get home and close up shop, seem that they could have given us a bit more time to dry first before edging us out. That said, I did really appreciate the touch of putting my shoes in a bag to take home since I didn't have sandals. read more

If I could rate 0 stars I would. I have always loved this place. Today, however, I brought my 4 year old daughter with me for a pedicure with mom. Her first one. She loved every second of it. My pedicure was still finishing up and she was sitting beside me. She got down to put her shoes on and the lady doing her pedicure took her by the hand and I thought she was going to get her a candy from the front desk. She walked her by the hand down the hallway completely out of my view without any permission or communication. I started calling for my daughter and telling the staff she needs to come back NOW. Everyone started scrambling. This woman TOOK HER TO THE BATHROOM, went in with her, locked the door, and helped her wipe!!! INSANE. I'm crying in tears so furious and angry and terrified that a stranger did this! My daughter didn't even ask to go pee. In fact she told her she didn't need to go because she "went with mommy when we arrived". This place should be shut down. Forever. At the very least this person MARY should be fired. Went here for the first time two days ago with my sister, she ended up getting her cuticle cut and an infection happened. When we went back in to talk about what happened they were so dismissive and blamed it on an ingrown nail when it was a cut cuticle. We understood that they do no refunds but after the nail tech said it was not the salons, fault she sat back down and refused to talk to us anymore. I just think they don't take responsibility. I had an okay experience. I went in the front desk girl was super nice. But, once I got in the chair the man who did my nails never once asked me what I wanted and use the acrylic he wanted without knowing what I wanted. I was like ummm okay so I realized he didn't ask so I start telling him what I wanted and he made a face like he didn't under and never said anything. I was like mmmm okay. So I pulled up a picture and he said French tip and it clearly wasn't French tip. I told him you know what if it's too hard for you fine do French tip. He did French tip and they looked nice. I left happy however that same night my nails stayed lifting. I got them done on Tuesday the 23rd and now Sunday my nail with a small hit popped off. Haven't been here for a while because I moved but thought id make the drive. I got the deluxe with paraffin wax and it was mediocre. The massage was rushed and lacked. I got a french manicure and when commenting on how the polish looked caked on in some spots and lacking pink in others I was told well gel always looks better which was disappointing as I get it all the time in other places and dont have that issue. The vibe was okay, the nail salon had a weird smell to it that i dont remember last time but seemed clean. Due to me being new to the area I was once again searching for a go-to nail salon. This was the 3rd salon I had gone to. I was able to schedule an appointment online which was very easy and received my appointment confirmation right away via text. As I walked in, I was greeted with a welcoming smile and was ask how they can help me. I informed the gentleman that I had an appt in which he confirmed and than informed me to sit with Cindy as she would be my nail tech. I explained to Cindy, I don't want colors, I just wanted to get my nails shorten, and filled with a nude/pink acrylic with a top coat. I also informed her I liked narrow coffin shape nails. Customer Service: Cindy did a wonderful job and gave me the beautiful nails that I wanted. I didn't at any time feel pressure to add on services I didn't want and at no point did I feel, I had to correct Cindy's work as she did exactly what I had requested. Appearance: The salon was clean, there were a lot of products in the store, still in their boxes but everything appeared to be organized and neat. Price: I paid $30 for a colored acrylic fill with a clear top coat which I felt was very reasonable compared to the other 2 places that I had went to in the previous months. Me and the hubby went in for a long overdue pedicure and came out looking beautiful! We paid extra for the heel treatment and now we're both baby soft.
