I recently moved here from out of state and needed a nail salon for pedicures. This salon was highly rated and close to my home so I gave it a try. I just went there for my second visit yesterday, and I can't express how pleased I am with them. The quality of their work is superior, it is clean and they are prompt. There is such a nice atmosphere there as they are very friendly, kind, and fun. I left there with a very good pedicure and also with the feeling that I had just been among friends. I had bounced around from one salon to another in my previous state because I couldn't find a good one. I've found the perfect nail salon here at 1 Stop Nails & Spa. There was no one in there when I arrived for my appt. You'd think they'd want to impress a new customer with a nice pedicure and friendly customer service but unfortunately that wasn't the case. Some basic steps where skipped. I'm guessing they had no interest in an ongoing customer for just a simple pedicure. read more

This is an amazing salon my Mother-In-Law found in our neighborhood of the Grand. I am so happy since it is so close to my house. We had appointments for three of us and the staff provides a wonderful experience for both pedicures and manicures. I had the Spa Pedicure and it was (as of 11/20/22) $30. A great price for a soak, sugar exfoliation, hot stone with a hot towel, and organic lotion. I finished with the regular polish as well. I may upgrade to the gel polish next time for $15 more. I, personally, added on reflexology for 10 minutes at $15. It was such a nice and relaxing treatment and really invigorated my feet. I will be back for additional reflexology sessions in the near future. I finished with a regular manicure. Again, I received a hot towel and lotion before having manicure completed. Price was $20. I will probably upgrade to gel next time I'm in. Overall, this place is very clean and staff super friendly. I will be back very soon and love all the options. I liked the idea of picking my color from my spa chair and having to go to a wall to look at all the colors as in salons past. I'm including pictures of the pretty pink color for both feet and hands. I returned to AZ from WA, after my feet being hidden in tennis shoes all summer. Chris gave me such a great pedicure. I have swelling in my feet and legs, and he gave me very careful attention to protect my skin. And he made my feet smooth, pretty, and sandal ready again! Then I told him how my fingernails were so weak, and I had chewed them on the drive down, with my husband at the wheel. He gave me a beautiful natural looking dip to make my nails super strong. All of this great care was in a clean, beautiful salon with classic love songs playing in the background. I will be back! read more

Update: Because they have new management and a neighbor showed me her nails (done correctly), I gave them another try. Linda did my nails this time and they turned out exactly how I wanted them. I got a pedicure and it was just as it should be. I love that they have soft instrumental music playing and the remodel is so nice. It feels more like a spa now. I am glad to say this was a 100% improvement on my first experience and I am glad they are in my neighborhood. read more

Tina's pedicure was very detailed and relaxing! (Number 3 on their menu for $40.) The salon is clean and the customer service was great.

1 Stop Nails and Spa is a must go to! As soon as I walked through the door I relaxed. The ambience is calm, happy, and very clean. I had the mani-pedi that included the deep exfoliation and stone massage. Also had the eyebrows waxed and tinted - the tint colour was perfect against my skin and hair. I went there for the first time a few weeks ago for a pedicure. I must say when I walked in the chemical smell was overpowering. After about 20 minutes someone actually opened the front door. The shop was very clean and bright. No complaints there. However, the woman who did my pedicure barely spoke to me the entire time. After hello and which pedicure would you like, she said very little. The pedicure she did was adequate, about as little as she could get away with. I gave her a good tip but would not go back or recommend the salon to my friends. I've had better pedicures for the same price. read more

Just got a pedicure & dip nails. I was referred to this salon as I just moved to the area. I can't express how dissatisfied I am with both my pedicure & nails. I was so upset that I wanted to cry. I have a very important function to go to for my husband's job & I can't believe I have to show up with these nails that are so uneven, bumpy & just plain unacceptable! I was going to wear a shoe exposing my toe, I now have to wear a closed toe shoe or pay another salon to redo my services on a very short notice. I would NOT recommend this salon for ANY service & I can honestly say this is the absolute worst experience/job in getting my nails/pedicure done in all my years!! read more

Nail implements and scrub brushes were being reused on customers and not being sanitized at all. Isn't this illegal? Can't believe the regulars go here with this kind of practice. It didn't seem to faze them! When I got home, I immediately soaked my feet in hydrogen peroxide and washed my feet with antibacterial soap. I will not go back. I went to the salon for their $35 organic lemon pedicure. All went well until the time for polish. He forgot the clear coat and the top coat. He then told me to let them dry he would be right back. He did not return, instead began a manicure on another customer. Finally, I removed my own toe separators and struggled to get out of the chair. As I walked to the front of the salon he realized "oh" he'd forgotten something. I paid him but will shop for another salon. I've been to this salon for three pedicures and two manicures. I feel I've given them adequate chance to be customer friendly and caring. read more

Stop by with on an appointment and was nicely greeted by the staff. They asked me to return in 30 minutes because they were busy at the moment which was no problem. This pedicure was above and beyond all the basic pedicures I've received in the past. They used the electric file, hot stones, massage,lotion, frezh limes!, and hot towels all included in the basic pedicure. I brought my own polish because I didn't see too many light colored polishes that I would have preferred to use. Tony did a excellent job I will definitely return and I recommend this place highly. My first time today to try a new nail salon after my favorite nail tech left the last place I have been using. I got a gel mani and spa pedi (citrus) from Ally. When I called on Saturday, they were friendly and able to get me in on Monday afternoon. I arrived early and was immediately seated at a nail station for my manicure. I picked a color and she assured me she could match my toes. She was good, efficient, and had no issue. The pedicure was one of the best I have ever received and it was less expensive that the last place I have been using. I will definitely use this place again!! read more

Nice pedicure area. Shop seems very clean and they have plastic liners in the bowl and dropped what seemed to be a disinfecting blue tab in before starting my pedicure. The lady consulted with me on color choice before starting, and everyone was very nice. Will update when finished with services. Best pedicure ever. Visiting from out of town on Spring Break so this choice was more or less a crapshoot, only 1 yelp review so far. Got the one with fresh lemons, paraffin dip, hot stones, etc. French polish. My lower legs and feet have never felt this great and the actual pedicure is perfect.
