We both got pedicures we were rushed the whole time my toes were trimmed and on the big toe it's cut uneven. . The pedicures massages was not even 10 min long. The nail polish didn't even cover the whole nail they didn't trim cuticles... when they did the lotion my legs were completely wet still didn't even dry off before they put lotion on. was like super fast it was like a race from the person beside me That was getting a pedi. I have been coming here for a few years - hit and miss with the nail techs but I've found a couple faves and now make an appointment with my preferred; therefore, I usually like this place, but today was not the best ... Had an appointment today for my hubby and myself (made 3 weeks ago) and neither tech that we scheduled with was available. One no longer works there and they said they didn't look at the schedule before assigning the other to another customer ... I asked who we would be with and they told us the names however neither of them were available either so needless to say we got two random techs ... One in particular I have had before and she is in my phone as a "do not use" ... Fortunately there are many other nail salons in the area so it may be time to shop around. For my 50th birthday, I decided to treat myself to a manicure and pedicure. It's been a long time since I had one, I would say over a year. I was really looking forward to it.. Unfortunately, the end result wasn't good. 115.00 dollars later after leaving and taking a closer look. It looked like a 5-year-old painted my nails.. The nail technician wasn't very talkative and little aggressive at times, but she did carry on small conversations. Not sure If her mind was elsewhere, but she definitely did not care how she polished my nails, almost a race to get done, it was terrible. There were spots on my toes where you can still see my nails and lots of nail polish on my skin passed the nail. I had to file down myself to make it look somewhat decent. It was like a 5-year-old coloring and going over the lines, and since it was gel it hardins very quckly. I'm a big supporter of family and small businesses, but when you start having any family member or friend work for you with no experience I feel can jeopardize a business. I have no plans in returning. With all that being said, I still tipped her $20 because times are hard and im not a punk but I would not be returning. Side note: my opinion, prices are extremely high. $50 pedi, $45 mani, plus $20 tip. No designs and no fake nails. This is my second Yelp, review, ever in my life and it was that bad. I went in to get my nails done and they started the process--took the polish off, sanded my nails--and then just got up and started working on someone else. No explanation, no "I'll be right back," nothing. I sat there waiting, thinking maybe it would be a quick detour, but they never came back. I ended up walking out with my nails half done. Everybody is friendly, and pedicures are subpar. Massages aren't great but at least your toes are painted & look good. Acrylics on the other hand, last about a week. I've seen several techs & no matter what, they last 1-1.5 weeks. It's a nice place, good music playing, relaxing... but not worth the money read more

Let me start by saying I have been a customer for a couple of years with little to no issues. On this visit, they were busy (but we were the first customers in) and the 'manager' kept rushing my technician to hurry on my pedicure and dip nails. Well, it showed! Not even a couple days later, I had lifted nails, 2 broken nails, and a broken toe nail. I went in for repairs to get me until my next full appointment. That didn't last very long because more broke and I had to go in during the middle of week for assistance. After getting my ticket and being told someone would be with me, I was then told to come back tomorrow because they were too busy. I feel the amount of money paid (plus my good tipping) should not warrant the service I received and the lack of customer service! For the first time, it was horrible! But they needed to fix what was wrong, in my opinion. I will post this on every review site to let others know as well! Poor practices! read more

If I could get this salon less than one star I would. I just walked out of the worst manicure experience I've ever had. I waited a decent amount of time, which was not problematic. I was then escorted to a chair by Kim who seemed less than pleased to have to do a manicure. When I was picking out my colors and asked for her feedback she told me she didn't really care and it didn't really matter either way. She took off my old gel without incident, but that's when the problem started. She didn't ask me what shape I wanted she spent about 30 seconds filing them. when I started to look at them, she asked me about the shape. When I asked her I would like them to be more straight, She kept twisting my hand showing me with a nail filer that they were straight if she could make them. She then gave me to file her to measure them myself. It was at that moment where I requested her not to do any more of my nails but they charge me just for the service of removing the gel. . Not once while in her chair did she demonstrate any appropriate customer service, which is sad because the last time I was here it wasn't that bad. She refused to do an ombré gel and charged me extra to do dipping power (which is not what I asked). Got a manicure and did not get my cuticles cut, the oil or massage. She left a ton of glue under my nails and refused to remove it, said that was "normal." When I insisted she remove it, she jammed the tool so deep into my skin causing pain for no reason. Sooooo clean, so many tech working and running around to make sure no one waits too long, always walk in and am seen almost immediately, and their prices are unbeatable. I Highly Recommend!!!! I have been going here for approximately 2 years and everyone is amazing! I have gone to maybe 1 or 2 other nail salons depending on where I am at at the time but I have never been as consistent with a salon as I have LK. Jordan is my go to when I actually remember to make appointments! He has never failed to disappoint and is also very quick and precise. However I walked in today and Jordan was busy. I had Ann and I am so pleased with how natural and beautiful my nails turned out. She really was making sure I was happy every step of the way. I also have had Holly once and she was absolutely incredible. I recommend this place to anyone who has asked. I've been back & forth on reviewing this place since I left.. I just moved to the area and was looking for a new nail salon so thought I would give this place a try since it's close by. However, I more than likely wont be returning. They did my pedicure and nails at the same time, which I dont usually mind but this seemed very rushed. The woman who did my feet did a decent job but the man who did my nails didnt seem too experienced. He put the incorrect tip size on my nails, then tried filing my real nails to accommodate the small tip. In the process, he got nail glue all over my fingers. So much so, my fingers kept getting stuck together. I walked in only a week ago and it already looks like I've been wearing these nails 2-3 weeks. The gentleman didn't take the acrylic down to the base of my nailbed at all. I feel this is a tactic to get you to come back sooner but in actuality it makes me never want to return. Then the price of nails alone came out to $75. I spent over $140 on my appointment, which I wouldn't mind but these nails and service just don't seem worth it. I'm a stay at home woman, I'm not doing labor intensive work or anything that would cause me to mishandle my nails. These nails feel so uncomfortable. They started lifting within day 5. Which I agreed too because she showed me after she was done with one hand so I just went with it because I didn't want to wait the extra time for her to change it. I dunno. I just moved out to AZ and this salon is close by. First time I went and showed the guy a simple picture of a color I was looking for I'd had done at my old salon in California. It's like he didn't even try matching. I showed him Bubble Bath by OPI which is a nude with a SLIGHT shade of light pink in it. He came back with white. I sighed and said okay. Gel manicure lasted for about 3 weeks so it was decent. I went in again today, got a different girl. She didn't ask me how I wanted them shaped or anything. She also seemed really distracted and barely looked at my hands when she was working on them. Much more engaged in conversations with co workers. Nails came out okay. There just isn't any ambiance, no music playing and everyone that works there is quiet and doesn't engage in any kind of small talk. You're in, get the job done, pay and leave. They are very clean, have a ton of people working, and their quality of work is 10/10. I usually have some lumps, nails are not the same length, etc. They do an amazing job of doing quality work within a reasonable amount of time. Went in to get Gel manicure. The lady unknown name sat me down and told me dip powder is better and asked me for color. I do not get my nails done besides maybe once every couple of years and has never had dip. I picked a color. This was done the week before Christmas. Cut to today and I have filed my nails with 180 nail file several times and soaked in pure acetone for over and hour on two separate attempts and I'm still left with this "powder" on my nails. After googling it appears that only illegal MMA is immune to acetone unless soaked for 2 hours. My nails are basically destroyed now. Cannot even handle putting hands in acetone any longer due to pain and freezing feeling. read more
