    If I could I would do no stars! Went on 2/17/2026 and asked for a soak off. Not sure the name of the lady doing my nails, but she proceeded to use an acrylic tip, to take off my nails. She was able to rip off the pinky, which caused damage to my nails. Got to the ring finger, and ripped a good chunk of my nail off. Both nails were bleeding and are hurting, so that's fun. After finally realizing, maybe I shouldn't do this, she went to file them down with her machine. No soak off whatsoever, which is what was originally requested. So I still have acrylic left over, which won't come off until I pay for another soak off or let them grow out. Ladies if you're just going for a soak off, I would not recommend. I probably could have done this at home for free and without damaging my nails!

    Always have had the best service here and today I walked in and had Trisha as my nail tech. BIG regret not only was she rude, her work was horrible !

    Wasn't to happy about my pedicure my feet look terrible my toes look like I did them my self the massage was absolutely horrible just once I would like to have a decent massage not someone jacking my feet off the stones were cold the towel was cold no top coat 43$ isnt worth it

    They try to charge me $129 for just these toes and when I bought up the price she couldn't tell me why it was 129 definitely do not recommend going there unless you're trying to spend an arm in a leg

    My husband and I tried AJs this morning in an attempt to find a place that didn't have wait (first mistake was cheating on my OG salon) for a manicure and pedicure. Upon arrival, there was no wait and they got my husband and me in immediately; this serves as one of the two stars I am willing to give. A guy ended up doing my nails (Ken, I think) and my immediate impression was the smell of his cigarette smoke. I then asked for a basic pedicure, which was nothing short of awful. After what can be described as a two minute filing job (not even at all) I had to ask to have my big toes cleaned (the sides and under the nail). In an unsuccessful attempt to do so, he cut my nail too deep ... stopping only when I jerked my foot back. The nails look horrible and I am walking out with damage to my toenail as my ingrowns in both big toes remain. I am assuming his interpretation was cut the sides of the nails and when I visibly upset, keep going. As I chose not to get polish or continue going, I then sat there and waited for my husband; never once did anyone ask about the manicure I came in asking for. I would have said no thank you, but I was disregarded. The other star I am willing to give is that my husbands pedicure was with a lovely woman and she seemed nice. My husbands nails look fine, but she was focused on me and my consistent redirection. He feels they'd tipped trying because I was being "difficult" (he didn't feel my requests were, he felt they felt that). Save yourself the trouble and stick with another place.

    the first time I went here everything was awesome, I got exactly what I asked for and the staff was friendly. the last two times i've stopped in, I have left so defeated. I rarely have any time to myself so getting my nails done is kinda big... my nails were so horrid and for like $100+ after tip?? I wasn't comfortable asking for it to be fixed because my cuticles were already raw and tender from the drill and how rough everything was. it's all so unacceptable, unfortunately I don't think i'll be going back. edit to respond to the owner's comment- the shape of my nails were all lopsided and uneven looking. my cuticles were RAW from the drill being used on my skin over and over. I already went somewhere else to have the nails removed and something else done. after my last couple experiences here I wouldn't even trust the techs to fix them. thank you though.

    Please go elsewhere. I only came here because my nail tech is on vacation and won't be back for a while. I asked for short sharp French tips. Not sharp, semi short and the French design is laughable. (Most are different sized French lines) the other hand is worse. Crooked nails and no me finger doesn't move that way. The lady Cynthia needs to take some design classes and be kinder to guests. She nipped my finger by accident so I winced and she gave me such a dirty look. I finished, paid and left. Horrible treatment of a paying customer.

    I visited a couple days ago for a full set, and they applied the wrong color top coat. I returned to have the yellowish top coat removed, and they charged me $49 for their mistake. This is absolutely outrageous; it feels like they're taking advantage of customers. Save your time and avoid this place GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. If I could give zero stars, I would. They are terrible! I was charged $55 on Thursday and today $49. they're SCAMMERS

    very disappointed!!! went to get a pedi done like a all in one with soak, scrub, hot stone etc. to start with he did a bad job with scrubbing my feet properly left everything there that should've been cleaned off then i mentioned it he said "it's ok" asked for my toes to be in white with white acrylic on big toe he said ok he then started working and still didn't give what i asked for, I literally mention are you gonna add the acrylic he goes to say "your toes are perfect. It doesn't need acrylic, it's not good for you" like whattt ??? i still trusted the process couple days after the paint fell on my big toe exactly why i requested wanting acrylic. never going back.

The nail tech, Ruby, forgot the color I chose and painted them the wrong color. Because I was rushing to another appointment, she told me to come back the very next day and she would fix it. When I called to schedule the correction, Ruby wasn't there, so I made an appointment for 9:00 AM the following morning. Today, I arrived on time and waited over 30 minutes because she was late. During that time, the owner/manager came over, looked at my toes, took photos, and explained they had already been having issues with Ruby. Because I had already been inconvenienced by having to return for a mistake that was not mine, take additional time away from work, and then wait over 30 minutes for my scheduled appointment, I asked the owner if acrylic could be added to my big toenails at no charge as a gesture of goodwill for everything I had been put through. The owner agreed and instructed Ruby to do it. That is when the situation escalated. Instead of accepting the owner's decision and taking accountability for the original mistake, Ruby became argumentative and confrontational with me. At that point, my frustration was no longer about the color itself. It was about the repeated inconvenience, lack of professionalism, being late to a scheduled appointment, and being met with resistance and excuses rather than a sincere effort to correct the situation. The issue could have been resolved professionally, but Ruby's attitude and unwillingness to take responsibility turned a simple correction into an unnecessarily negative experience. I also want to be fair in my review. I previously had my fingernails done by Austin, and I will absolutely give credit where it is due his nail work is beautiful, and I was always happy with the quality of his services. However, I did have an experience where I felt he was unnecessarily rude to both my mother and me, and that interaction ultimately led me to stop booking with him. While I can acknowledge the quality of his work, customer service and professionalism are equally important to me as a paying customer.( Fortunate for me I do have this whole encounter voice recorded so that I was able to go back ACCURATELY create this HORRIBLE review! ) The salon itself is clean, well-maintained, and organized. The workstations, floors, and overall appearance of the shop were consistently kept neat during my visits. Cleanliness was never an issue, and I appreciate the effort that goes into maintaining a professional environment for customers. Stylist Review for Ruby: Ruby was the original technician who did my pedicure and unfortunately my experience with her was disappointing. She painted my toes SUPER SLOPPY the wrong color after I had clearly selected a different one and asked me to come back the next day to correct her mistake. SHE Never showed up the day she told me to come in to correct her mistake . When I returned for my scheduled appointment, she arrived over 30 minutes late. What was most frustrating was that instead of taking accountability for the inconvenience and mistake, she became argumentative when the situation was being addressed. Everyone makes mistakes, but professionalism is measured by how those mistakes are handled, and unfortunately that was lacking during my experience. Review for the Owner/Manager: I appreciate that the owner ultimately tried to make the situation right. At first, there seemed to be some hesitation when I requested acrylic on my big toes as a goodwill gesture for the inconvenience of having to return, missing work time, and waiting over 30 minutes past my appointment time. However, after reviewing the situation and recognizing everything that had occurred, the owner reconsidered and approved the request. While the experience should never have reached that point, I do appreciate that management eventually listened to my concerns and attempted to provide a reasonable resolution. Review for Austin: Austin is very talented when it comes to nails, and I want to give him full credit for the quality of his work. My fingernails always looked great, and I was consistently happy with the results. Unfortunately, I had an experience where I felt he was rude and dismissive toward both my mother and me, which ultimately led me to stop booking with him. While I can't fault his skills as a nail technician, customer service is just as important as the service itself. If professionalism and communication had matched the quality of his work, I would likely still be a client today.
