I moved to AZ in June and have gone to a new spot every two weeks because I haven't found my person until now. I do dip powder and used to have them done every two weeks. Now, once a month because they are flawlessly perfect every time. I also love how kind and friendly everyone is that works here. There's nothing more awkward than being face to face, that close with someone who doesn't speak to you. That does not happen here. I absolutely love this place! Bobby and Vanessa are such nice people, they make you feel wanted and cared for. They always, always make sure you get exactly what you want. The atmosphere is welcoming and they actually hold a conversation with you versus talking to each other the entire time you are there. My 71yr old mother goes with me to get a manicure. I WOULD GIVE THIS PLACE 0 STARS IF I COULD. Last night I went into this nail salon requesting a full set. A male with glasses had me sit down immediately & asked me what I wanted. During conversation I told him that last week I paid to get my nails done at a different location but they fell off while I was washing dishes & I paid a lot of money! He advised that, that would not happen at his location. While putting on the acrylic nails they were put on crooked. I told him that it's crooked & he said "it's fine. I'm going to fix it" he continued to cut my nails to shape them & say "if you wanna go somewhere else you can go get your nails done somewhere else" I asked again to please remove & fix them. He quickly got up & said "I've made him uncomfortable. He doesn't want to help me & I need to leave" he walked away from the station & went on his phone to the front desk. I just walked out with glued on acrylic nails that I had to peel off which hurt like hell! DO NOT GO HERE! THIS PLACE IS NOT RUN BY ANYONE PROFESSIONAL. read more

I was extremely disppointed in Bobbie & Vanessa and their treatment of me as a loyal customer of three years. I always call days in advance and request my nail tech and confirmed a time she has open. The last three times once I have arrived I have been passed off to another nail tech. That is the whole point of making an appointment and confirming it. When I left this time they tried to over charge me. If you have changed your prices post them so clients know. This salon does not value their loyal customers. I will never go back and will let people know in my community of my experience here. I really wanted to be able to give this place a great review but I am so bummed! The pricing is good... but the quality sucks. I came here in a time crunch because I had a wedding to attend and had no time to wait... ended up paying $55 for a mani and pedi. My pedicure had a 5 second callus removal on each foot and the design I asked for was not right. The big toe was supposed to look like it has glitter ombré'd from the bottom going up and my toes literally look like the top half is a solid color and the bottom half is glitter. ‍ I got gel on my fingers and they lasted me a week. I've never had gel nails for that short amount of time. 2 of them I barely hit on something and half the nail cracked and that's when I realized how easily they peeled off. That never happened to me before... usually they're on to the real nails pretty well. Apparently if you want good work you need to request the owners. read more

Outstanding!! Clean tanks. Clean foot "utensils". Great non "bubble" nail polish. I was there for the deluxe which was $30, and lasted for well over an hour. My nappy feet are once again happy feet. ;) Ohhh and only once was there that uncomfortable talk between the girls - you know what I am talking about!!!! Are try talking about my foot gunk or the customer sitting next to me.. Hee he Hee crap. None of that. :) 5 stars for that alone. They all speak English. 10 more stars for that! read more

I try not to post poor reviews of places, but this place irked me. I went for a walk with my kids in their stroller to get my nails filled. No biggie, I've done it a million times. Their doorway is so narrow the stroller wouldn't fit. First time that has ever happened, and the width is the same (about 1/4" narrower actually) than a standard wheelchair. Nobody bothered to get up and even see if I needed help either, they just stared. I walked off to another salon. So: If you are in a wheelchair or have a double stroller, don't bother here. read more

I'm so glad that I finally found a replacement for my old nail place! After being disappointed with the service at the old place, this place was a breath of fresh air. I got a fresh new set of pink and white tips. I told the them exactly what I wanted and that is exactly what I got. It was only $40 for a set on brand new white tips. A few days ago I went to get my toes done I now have an infection on both of my toes. Their sanitizing technique need to be stepped up a bit. We are in a pandemic. My nails came out good. But my toes omg I am having such an issue. And I am diabetic. They really need to sanitize their tools they use every time they get a customer those nippers and buffers. They are transmitting from one nail to another. And I paid for a callus. She didn't even give me my callus removal. So disappointed. What happened. They used to be so good. read more

For artificial nails, Suki, Bobby, and Vanessa are my go to technicians. I highly recommend them for the consistent quality work they do. For pedicure, Helen and Soon are my go technicians. Where do I begin.. the person that did my nails didn't seem too experienced he left the right hand nails longer Than the left hand, when he was putting them on he left the right thumb way shorter than the left one so he had to take it off and start that nail again and left it way wider then the left.. the acrylic work is flat making my nails look awful on the right hand.. is not even a week and one nail fell off completely, all the nails have super sharp edges not at the tips But close to the cuticle. To make it short I have to go to another salon and get them off and put back on..definitely not coming back read more

I scheduled an appointment for 4:45 today. I arrived on time, however I sat in a chair with not very warm water. The owner advised someone would be with me. I asked for warmer water and she turned it on for about 10 secs, looked at me and said "Is that good" and turned it off before I could respond. She walked away. I think the powder with glitter in it isn't as strong as the regular powder because since I've gotten the glitter powder I've had multiple nails break. I told the tech that the last time I went in to have multiple nails fixed which was just a few days after a fill. All the tech did was file all of my nails even thinner and apply a thin coat of pink powder and called it good. Have you ever had a cracked nail fixed my just putting a thin layer of powder over the crack? No. I tipped him anyway, hoping it would get me through to the next fill but it didn't. I'm afraid that my nail will break all the way through and where it's cracked, it would be extremely painful for that to happen. So I go back in. Again. I was hoping Bobby, the owner, would look at it and fix it right. I couldn't even get him to put his phone. He laughed and told me to go back to the guy that didn't do it right from the beginning. I tried to tell him how the guy tried to remedy it to illustrate why I'm back, thinking he should surely realize that's not how you do it and at least tell the guy the right way to do it but nope. Just played his game and gesturing me to the back to that guy. You no longer get my business Bobby. How you can charge people for such shoddy work and dismiss them is terrible ownership. read more

Which I wanted french on toes but the girl never asked and when I tried to correct her she "couldnt understand me". Im angry about paying Day spa prices for less than quality service in a place nothing even close to a spa. Rushed in rushed out. Had to have my nails fixed twice because once the lady swiped them with a towel and once I messed up. The lady made the comment that I was making sure I got my monies worth. I would definitely go back to Wild Nail. They had plenty of pedicure chairs so even though we were walk-ins they immediately helped all three of the girls in my group. They gave us a water right away and were very friendly. They had a price sheet which showed exactly what you would get for the different amounts.
