I made an appointment the day before for 10am, arrived at 9:59 and checked in. Waited 15 minutes while they started two other clients, not sure if they had an appointment or not. When I made my appointment I saw that there wasn't a lot of scheduled appointments in the books so, I thought that getting helped on time wouldn't be an issue. I waited 15 minutes before they sat me down and put my feet in the water to sit around for another 15 minutes. By now I realized that I wouldn't be able to get both services completed before I needed to leave. During this time, two other ladies walked in and were also waiting, but I found out later they were walk-ins. Another lady walked in after I had been waiting for 30 minutes, looking to be a walk-in, but they said it was gonna be a while because there were people waiting, so she was trying to schedule an appointment for later that afternoon. I ended up getting up and gathering my stuff and told the lady that she could have my appointment since I had been sitting around for 30 minutes with nothing happening. I looked at the lady who had scheduled my appointment the day before and who had checked me in the day of and she gave me no response. I went out to my car and the lady ended up making an appointment and following me out. Just asked what happened and I explained the situation and she had told me that most people were walk-ins for this establishment.Also the other two women that were waiting left shortly after I did and I asked if they had an appointment, but they said that they were also walk-ins. I don't understand why you would take an appointment and not honor it. There is a reason for appointment, mainly so we can keep our schedules for the day. After seeing the empty books and being told that most people are walk-ins, I believe the two ladies they helped before me were also walk-ins (not verified), and ended up taking my reserved time. It's very frustrating at the lack of professionalism with businesses nowadays. Nothing was done to honor my appointment, nothing was said when I voiced that I had been waiting for 30 minutes, and nothing will be done because I am just one person. I am not telling you, whether you should or should not use this company for any service, I am just providing a rating of my experience. I have a place that I normally go to, but it is 30 minutes away and they are fantastic. Looks like I need to go on here and give them a rating too to show how much I appreciate the service I received from them. Looking forward to a reply.

She loved every second of it. My pedicure was still finishing up and she was sitting beside me. She got down to put her shoes on and the lady doing her pedicure took her by the hand and I thought she was going to get her a candy from the front desk. She walked her by the hand down the hallway completely out of my view without any permission or communication. I started calling for my daughter and telling the staff she needs to come back NOW. Everyone started scrambling. This woman TOOK HER TO THE BATHROOM, went in with her, locked the door, and helped her wipe!!! INSANE. I'm crying in tears so furious and angry and terrified that a stranger did this! My daughter didn't even ask to go pee. In fact she told her she didn't need to go because she "went with mommy when we arrived". This place should be shut down. Forever. At the very least this person MARY should be fired. They still charged me $130 after all of this as well. Will never be back. Find a new nail salon to support

Maya was communicative, friendly, and efficient. She removed my callouses, massaged my legs with lotion, etc. My feet look and feel so much better now. The establishment is clean and spacious. Even though the pedicure chairs were spaced the usual distance apart and the place was packed, I didn't feel at all crowded. I'll go back if I'm in the neighborhood next time I visit

They have done way with all of the OPI product line and are using a new brand that I can't remember the name of. It seemed to offer the same wide range of colors and the product is still on my nails nearly a month later. The pedicure chairs seem to be new. They have the remote control built into the arm rest for a relaxing back massage. I like that you can control this yourself. They start with the pedicure and then move you to a desk like table where you get your manicure. Afterwards, you are directed to a drying table for both your toes and fingernails. I always wish that they would do my manicure first so that my fingernails have time to dry while I'm getting my pedicure. I'm much more likely to ruin my fingernails upon leaving than I am my toenails. Prices here are reasonable and they have a menu that you can peruse to find the combination of services that will meet your needs. Most include a light massage. I would definitely return. I do recommend booking appointment in advance so that you are seen right away, especially if you have more than one person in your party. They will take walk-ins, but you may have to wait for service.
