One start review, because you can't give less. I went in today 03/06/2026 @ 2:45pm to SOAK off my gel/acrylic nails. The bald Asian man at the front seemed like most Asian shops, pushy. I thought nothing of it. As this is how most shops are in Arizona. He sat me down at his station and kept trying to sell me on getting my nails done (fill, new set, etc.) At first I was definitely considering on going with a gel nail once my current nail polish( gel nail) was removed. However, the chain of events changed that. Before soaking of my nail he was prying the nail apart. He started cutting my finger, not acrylic, nail jaggedly and then used an acrylic nail to try and remove the gel nail I had on. I told him it hurt. He seemed frustrated and said it would take longer to soak off. I clearly wanted a soak off to save my nails from more damage. Anyway, I went for a basic pedicure, while I was soaking off my gel nails, since I wanted the gel nail color removed off my toes. I was looking for a "metallic color changing" nail color (Popular on social media at this time ). He was quite rude and said they don't have that. He stated, he has the color panel he showed me and then brought out "cat eye" nail colors after I asked the woman who was doing my pedicure. He kept interrupting her and told me there was an additional up charge of $10 on top of the gel manicure and pedicure cost. He then told me the regular matte color nail polish I was thinking of secondly, was an additional $5. What takes the cake is that when I asked what color a nail was, he stated "it's that color, it's what you see". I'm color blind! The nail I was painting at had no name and wasn't in any color order. It only had a number. Anyway, I knew that most places upcharge for gel nails $10-$15 more than the normal manicure, but to add $5 for a matte color and an additional $10 for cat eye is crazy. Not to mention being extremely rude when asked about a color that had no name or color flow to determine the color. The young woman who did my pedicure was sweet and nice. I do not recommend this place at all, especially for an ADA person. To be clear, I am Asian and I felt like this man was either racist or sexist and definitely was not professional at all. read more

Did 2 walk in pedicures on a Saturday afternoon, they were able to get us into chairs within a couple of minutes. It was very relaxing atmosphere. read more

Will not be returning to Vegas nails. I got dip powder. The powder was not labeled glow in the dark so beware. My nails were glow in the dark when i got home. I called and they told me to come in to the salon so they could fix them but it was just to tell me they would put polish over the dip. Then Amy said it'll only be a little glow in the dark with polish over the dip. She refused to fix my nails with dip color that wasn't glow in the dark without charging me again. So my nails came out alright they are kinda thick and not as square as I asked and waited a really long time which was fine but the tech was really rude was rushing and in the middle would stop in the middle to do other things was rough and when I asked him to fix a line he had a bad attitude I'm paying for a service shouldn't be uncomfortable was never rude not once. The customer service was awful! The tech was filing my nails crooked, and when I told her she told me to file them myself and put the nail file on my lap. The ONLY reason I am giving this place 2 stars is for Kevin & Ana. Kevin always did a very nice job on my nails and his wife did a great job with my pedicures. I've been coming here for 6 months. They know I don't drive for medical reasons & always give me a same time appointment, so I may be out as soon as possible. David, who I believe is the owner has ALWAYS been unfriendly with me, no matter how much I tried being nice to him. Ana always makes my appointment for me every 3 weeks during the current appointment. 7 days to Christmas with an appointment made, David tells me I have no appointment. When Kevin & Ana arrive David says I called there to change my appointment, which is a LIE. They did not honor my appointment. Unfortunately, this place lost my business. Clean place, but David should be ashamed of himself and how he treats loyal customers. I wish I could be more positive. read more

My impression was all this salon cares about is how many peoples $$ they can collect in a day. I had an 11am appointment and they made me wait till 11:45 to start my nails cause they accepted so many walk ins at my time slot. They don't take the time to do good work. I have given Vegas nails many chances(2.5 years) and can say I will no longer go here. Tony does an amazing job with full sets and dip. Cindy and her husband also did a great job but no longer work there. I went back a few times since she left and none of the other nail techs do a good job. First I let one of the techs provide the dipped powder service on my real nails and they were shaped uneven and poorly and so thick that they layered over the edge of my nail beds. This time I allowed a different tech provide a basic mani with regular polish. She put two extremely thick coats of polish and top coat on leaving the polish to look gunky and bumpy. This tech also struggled to shape nails in an even manner. Overall majority of the techs( except for Tony) do not seem to care about what your nails look like or lack the skills. I no longer recommend this place. read more

My previous nail set was a disaster and he gently took off my nails and even soaked them since my nails are really thin. I requested for him to do them a little thick and he did exactly what I asked. I will never go there again. I went in for a gel pedicure and had no intention of doing anything with my fingers. The lady who did my feet was really insistent that I do the powder on my fingers claiming it would last a long time and was good for my nails (which were brittle). So, I caved and did the powder on my fingers. I spent over 100 dollars and gave a 20 dollar tip since it is Christmas week. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt when one of my toes lost the polish 2 days after I had them done, and a finger nail chipped yesterday, 3 days after. So, I went in to have them repaired yesterday afternoon, but then this morning another toe lost its polish (see photo). It has only been 4 days since I had them done! When I went in to have them repaired yesterday they were clearly not happy with it and their attitude stunk. I was so uncomfortable. I am not going in to fix it this time. My time is valuable too especially the week of Christmas. ***UPDATE*** The toe they repaired yesterday lost the polish again. I am so disgusted. read more
