I NEVER got lotion on my hands/ arms. I did get lotion on my legs, but not my hands. I really wish I took pictures of my hand before I wash them and put lotion on when I got home. That would have prove I never got lotion. I am even more disappointed that they lied. Before there was a chance that I would come back - Now I am NOT coming back! Unbelievable!! ******* I was happy at first. I got a pedicure and a manicure. The First Lady started to do a good job on me. Another customer came in, and the lady started on her. A Second Lady finished me up. She did my left hand and forgot my right hand. She was going to put nail polish on my right hand before she did anything. I had to remind her to finish before putting nail polish on. She did. Rough on my fingers. My fingers is very sensitive now and couple of red marks. Afterwards, she finished putting nail polish in both hands. I feel like I never got a pedicure. She never massage my hand or nothing. No lotion or nothing. I asked her for lotion , she did not give me lotion. My fingers had white stuff all over them some nails are bumpy. Why did they grind my nails??? I had NO gel on them - just regular nail polish. Now I have wait until my nails grow out. They are not healthy cuz of all the grinding. Very rough with my nails. I give her money and she give me $20 bill. I asked for change and she give me 2 -10's. I have gone here for 15 years. I usually have a perfect experience, today I got my nails backfilled with Eric, which turned out perfect. But when it came to my pedicure it was close to closing time and most people left so I was left with a brand new girl, who I can tell has just gotten out of school to learn to do nails. And my pedicure was horrible she used torn up paper towels to put in between my toes instead of the intended spreaders on her cart. She refused to cut or file my nails any shorter I requested hers to please file them shorter three times and she refused. She then tried to slide my shoe on and when two of my toes were covered she tried to force my shoe and stretch it out to see my toes, I had to tell her to stop and to use the temporary flip flops that were on her cart. She then rushed through the paint job on my toenails, my polish color I chose was a two-step color needing two coats. Instead of doing one coat on all of my toes and then moving on to the second coat she quickly did one toe at a time applying the coat s immediately after one another. She then quickly put on the top coat. There is nail polish and glitter all over the sides of my toes and my nail polish was squishy and delicate for a couple of hours almost. Being that I spend a good amount of money there and recommend people I would hope this could be made right. read more

They have an online scheduling system. I scheduled an appointment. I showed up early and they took me early. Normally that would be an ok thing or even a plus, but I had a couple appointments that day and it left me with a half hour to kill before going to the next one, so I was a little thrown off. I had scheduled for a pedicure, underarm/lip wax and every lady that was asking me if I was ready for my waxing kept trying to do my eyebrows. Yes, my eyebrows are not shaped, however, I was not there for that and it felt a little insulting. Every time I clarified that it was underarm & lip wax, I got a look of "what about those eyebrows?" Like they wouldn't stop staring and it felt a little rude. Also, while doing the pedicure, I was asked to pick a color. Only after they were halfway through the pedicure did they mention that the color I picked was gel. I could've changed the color, but they made me fall in love with it first. When I picked the color, they could've told me so I could downgrade the pedicure to the basic service (to accommodate for my original budget since gel is more), but they already went through the "extras" and made it impossible for me to downgrade service once I was notified. That part felt a little sneaky. The pedicure looks fine and the waxxer did her job, so no complaints on the service. I don't think I'll be back to this place unless I'm in a pinch. read more

I always give new salons (no matter what I'm there for) a second chance even when the first experience wasn't the greatest. The first time I was here I got a full set with gel color. I chose an almond shape nail with brown line designs. I had an inspo picture ready and picked out my color. Part of the nail design consisted of a hollowed out French tip design and the rest were pretty much squiggly lines. The first nail tech I had admitted that he could not do it which was fine, I appreciated the honesty and I told him to just do a regular French tip. He ended up not using the brown I had asked for but continued with black just like the inspiration photo. I let it go because I could tell he was having a hard time. He ends up telling me he cannot finish the nails as he does not want to mess it up and asked if I could wait for someone else which I was happy to do so because again I appreciated the honesty. I ended up waiting 30 mins to be helped. The next person did my designs but not as the inspo picture. I didn't have time to wait to redo it so I just left it as is. I spent 2 hours here just for my nails to not come out the way I hoped they would. I made my next appointment (what is now my last) for today and I am not happy again. I was prepared to just do a simple nail color but seeing as how I was with a different nail tech this time I figured I would see what their experience is. I asked for the shape to be changed to coffin and for a burgundy colored French tip. Everything was going good until the color application began. Instead of using a thin brush applicator the product was brushed on and then wiped "clean" with a rounded brush and some nail polish remover. I was asked if everything looked ok after the gel top coat was applied and I noticed what was wiped with the polish remover was sitting right on the sides and across a couple of the nails. Followed by uneven designs. I am a little under the weather as I am just getting over a sinus problem so I had zero energy to sit there and get them fixed so again I left it as is. I am a full time worker and a full time night school student with a husband and child at home, so I am at this moment not able to just do whatever I want throughout the week. My weekends are my only days off and I just hoped that I could get an hour to myself outside of my house even if it's something simple as getting my nails done. I am not happy with my nails and will now have to wait two weekends to get them fixed. read more

Very clean and quiet salon. My nail tech was very precise and shaped my nails just so. Burned one of my cuticles with the drill but not too bad, no blood or burn mark. It was a decent dip powder manicure but the color I picked out wasn't the end result. I chose a dark pink color and my nails turned out fire engine red. Posting a 3 out of 5 because the dip chipped within a day. I'm not rough on my nails, I hand wash dishes and keep them at a reasonable length so I can type for work, but it seemed every time I got my hands wet there was more chipping off. Large pieces chipped off exposing my natural nails and ultimately leading me to tearing/breaking the corners. It was a good service but I think their product isn't the best for it to be totally obliterated by day 8. read more

I decided to try this place because the reviews seemed pretty decent and I like trying out new places. I wish I could say who the lady was that did my nails but I can't. I have NEVER in my life had my nails turn out this messed up on top of my cuticles now having scabs on every finger. My cuticles are having a really really hard time recovering from the trauma and not to mention my acrylic nails are so far down on my actual nails. Thought I could just get over the way they looked and felt but I just couldn't. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! If I could give them 0 stars I would. Mainly for the sever lack of customer service. I went in for a gel polish on my finger nails and walked out with the most sloppy job I have ever had. My 6 year old cousin does a better job with the gel manicure set we bought from the store. I asked multiple times for the lady to at least fix my pinky and ring finger because the polish was literally painted onto my skin, which she proceeded to try and scrape off with her finger nails. I told her that was not working and it just made them look worse because she kept taking the polish off the side of my nail and she continued to ignore my request and do as she pleased. I wasn't getting anywhere with her so I asked for the manager... he told me it's my fault because I didn't pay extra for the manicure and therefore I had cuticles on those two fingers. This was NOT the issue, the issue was his employee not taking her time, painting my nails as fast and as sloppy as she could. I personally, and most people, don't have money to be wasting on a careless and sloppy nail painting. If we did, we would have our children do it, we wouldn't go out of our way to pay someone to paint our damn nails. CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT EXIST HERE. I practically begged the manager to fix my two fingers, he walked around to the ONLY other 3 employees in the salon, who I kid you not were lounging in their chairs on their phones doing nothing... they all 3 laughed, rolled there eyes, and didn't move a muscle.
