this was the worst pedicure i've EVER had in my life! It was awful, painful, not relaxing in any way, and it's one of the ugliest pedicures! She took off so much of my nail way down below the cuticle and skin line! She pulled huge long pieces of skin off my big toes. I was wincing and saying OUCH the whole time. And then to top it off the "massage" part of the pedi was basically 90 seconds. i wouldn't call it a massage. Is was awful. she was rude too. Buyer beware! read more

When I first moved to Glendale, I decided I needed a salon that was going to be my go to. This is my salon! Bebe's nail designs are always beautifully done. I've even brought my friends and family here, to the point that Bebe and her daughter feel like my own family. My best friend swears by their pedicures and believes no one else in town does a good enough job as them. Anna is also so sweet, I love seeing her, she always knows how to brighten my day. Went in on a Monday evening at 6PM to get a polish change and was sat down right away. I don't think the lady who polished my toes was experienced. They were speaking a foreign language super loud the whole time and the place looked a little run down. I was suuuuper careful with my toes and didn't go to bed until midnight. Well I woke up with messed up polish. Not sure why it took over 5 hours to dry, etc. I won't be going back. Now I have to go somewhere else to have them fixed. Yay. read more

I love this place. The prices are amazing and everyone that works here is so friendly. I just got a full set of ombré nails and she took so much time and precision on my nails to make sure I loved them, even practiced on a fake nail after I wasn't happy. They last pretty long and I always leave really happy. 2 things on the downside, sometimes the wait can be long depending when you go, because there's only one lady that does fills. I usually come here because a gel manicure is affordable, but I'm not sure I'll be coming as often. Lately I haven't been liking how thick my gel manicure has been coming out, and this time I noticed the day after my manicure that some of my nails had these air bubbles in the gel. Not sure how that happens but two days after my manicure one of my nails peeled to reveal a huge air pocket! About three more nails have the air bubble... I cant give zero stars so one will do. My daughter got a gel pedicure here. She was with her cousin who told her it didn't look to clean. IDK why she went thru with it...After she removed the polish/gel her whole big toe (both) had fungus. This has never happened at another salon in all her pedicures. The name says it all. Got a gel manicure, but it was a rushed job and somewhat rough to sit through. I don't enjoy giving bad reviews but I don't want anyone to mistake the quality of this nail place for what it is, poor. Especially if I do everything I can to communicate when I think there are problems and am dismissed. The place was dirty, I asked if they were sterilized but I think the nail tools were only sitting in the sterilization bag because it wasn't sealed at the top! The technician's nails did not appear clean (may have been stained) but made me uncomfortable anyway. The nail polish bottles, tools (like the UV box) and general appearance of the parlor were similarly shy of what I consider clean for a salon. I wasn't happy with the end product and I'm definitely going to another salon when it's time to soak them off (I'm guessing they will not last that long in terms of wear). Listen, Gel is always going to damage your nails and likely the cuticles around them... but the 2-3 times I can afford to get my nails done a year I try to take care of minimizing damage by cleaning them up ahead of time and asking for little to no trimming of the cuticles to prevent cuts, infection, ugly and uncomfortable growth. Why bother with getting your nails done (especially gel or SMS dip) if it looks terrible a few days later? Well after getting cut I had to pull my hands away because they wouldn't listen when I asked them to stop! I also asked that the gel coats be thinner (2 layers of base, 2 of color if it can be based on the hue and transparency, and 1-2 of topcoat) to make the nail growth and wear more comfortable (and last longer because thick layers tend to lift more!) This may be more annoying because the technician needs to be more precise with applying everything instead of slapping on the polish and continuing to layer to cover up mistakes (I counted 8 coats in total). Between the polish and time they save and a better tip for better quality, you would think this is something they would listen to. All my requests were ignored and I almost walked out but I really wanted to get them done for an interview... Although super thick the end product looks fine, only a few spots missing top coat (shine) and (annoyingly) gaps in the top of the nail coverage (another common cause for lifting and cracking). I know that the nail industry doesn't treat workers well and it's one of the reasons, aside from the expense, that I only go 2-3 times a year (probably my last trip), but it should be a good experience, if not a time to feel pampered. I went here because they were running a special but man did I get what I paid for! read more

I showed her the design I wanted and she said she could do it then halfway through she told me she didn't have the jewels nor ability to do it. She made my cuticles bleed and when finished, the shape and thickness of my acrylic nail was hideous. I would never go back. read more
