I even chose some really hard designs but he was able to pull it off and I'm super happy with how it came out! They do not value appointments made & not everyone should be allowed to pedicure I had 2 appointments for my daughter and I. They took walk-ins before us. 2 hours later and past my appointment time Jimmy is just now ready to begin on my nails. Got a pedi while I waited & had to have it corrected bc the nails were all crooked and the gel polish was left a total mess. My daughter still never got her toes painted although we've been here for 2 hours. WITH APPOINTMENTS! It's crazy. I'm not going to say the guy does bad nails bc he doesn't. i have went here since ive moved in the area (2 years) every time i have went in i get treated differently due to the fact im younger with no parents coming in with me but i used continue to return because jimmy does good. last weekend i was 5 min late to my appointment mind you i was never given a time just "about a half hour" i showed up 35 minutes later. yes that was completely my fault but when i showed up i noticed the person i had requested already had acrylic laid on this womans hand which definitely was before 5 minutes!! The worker was saying due to the fact i was late she was going to do my friends eyebrows first until jimmy was done and handed me the nail colors to pick from while i wait. 30 minutes later she comes out and in front of me ask this woman getting her toes done if she would like her nails done the girls says yes then she comes to me and says we have nothing available until 1pm which was about an hour and a half later and i had work this day. I HAD ALREADY BEEN WAITING IN THIS PLACE FOR 40 MINUTES WHEN I COULD HAVE BEEN SOMEWHERE ELSE. I get me being late but COMMUNICATE!!!! It should have been said as soon as i checked in!!!! Wow! Walked in Sunday 11:45am and got seated right away for two pedicures the deluxe which comes with everything you could want for a VERY reasonable price. Callous removal paraffin wax massage hot stone and towel and MORE ( I couldn't remember all the things but there's about 4 other items ) for under 60 dollars ( not including ur paint lol ) best pedicure I've ever had they don't play around my toes came out perfect and I was relaxed the whole time. I asked for ombré white tip. This review is to help others who wish to get the ombré white tip. There are a lot of videos online on getting ombré look with gel and it takes sponges and things like that to get that look well. Today I found out that they can only achieve that look with the powder and not the gel. Even though they said it's not possible just googling you will see many people can get the look with gel. I know this is what I asked them for but it is their job to let me know if what I'm asking for is going to turn out good or not. Plus they need to be honest if they can actually do what I'm asking for and not just wing it. I like Tom he is very talented but today I just walked in and he was fully booked so he couldn't get me in at first or fix the problem afterwards. If you want it done right you have to book an appointment with Tom otherwise you don't really know what you are going to end up other people there. Update I came back and Tom was able to fix them. I came here on Monday of this week. Tonight is Thursday just to give a timeline. I got my nails done Monday. I have pretty grown on acrylic nails so I asked for a refill. I do like how my cuticles were done well and I enjoyed the shape of my nails and color. I originally wasn't going to review this place because I did genuinely like how my nails looked. But when I came Monday. The appointment felt very rushed. Though being quick can sometimes be nice i felt awkward and scolded when I didn't move my hands quick enough for her. But i felt like i was annoying her by being there. So i came in tonight to get it fixed. I've never had them break this soon. I did walk in so i had to wait about 30 minutes. Which I didn't mind waiting I told them. But again, she was very rushed and quick to moving around my hands. Like it was my fault they chipped so soon. As soon as she was done she got up and said all done and walked away. No sorry or have a good night. Very cold shoulder. A nail salon is supposed to feel relaxing not extra stress. I had an appointment so it's not like I walked in unexpected and they knew I was there for dipped nails. Three people were sitting there not doing anything and I got the person who came to the desk. One gentleman was doing nails already and I am assuming that is Tom. The young man that did my nails turned out to be terrible. My dipped nails are breaking away from my nails causing my nail underneath to break on several nails. I have had dipped nails for a couple of years and have never had a problem. Looking around the salon I noticed nail jars with the caps not screwed on including the ones my person was using. There was a temporary banner on the outside saying T Nails and the employees licenses were tacked up on the wall not in frames like most places do. I actually came here after looking at the pic of nail design work. There are so many salons now that don't bother with making your nails special. This review is not about the design as the technician did a wonderful job. The first thing I noticed was the overwhelming chemical smell that permeated the salon. It will take your breath away. How these technicians work here, day after day, without proper ventilation is beyond me. I asked for tips and gel nails. During the shaping she asked if I would like to put on the little fan, which I did, because the smell was so strong. Technician kept coughing saying her throat was dry, but, had to be the constant inhalation of chemicals. The technician cut off what natural nail I had and glued on the tips! Never had that done before. Then she starts getting the stuff out to put on acrylic nails! I said I wanted gel nails, but, she said had to have acrylics to "hold the tip on"! I have had tips before without having acrylic put on top! At this point, I was already committed because the tips were on, so, I let her put on acrylic and then she used gel polish to finish. It's been years since I have had acrylic nails as I started going for gel and dip powder because acrylics are so hard on my nails. Not sure why the technician could not just use gel on top with tips. So, because of the noxious chemical smell and getting acrylics when all I wanted was gel, I won't return. Update: had to soak off thumb nail as the edge was so sore I could hardly touch it. The right edge of my thumbnail is now paper thin and she filed too far in on the side that my skin is trying to curl up over the nail! It is so painful! read more

I used this app to message and make an appointment for Friday night. I was very clear with what I needed done. I get there and explain myself again. She listened somewhat but was going quick and not paying attention to the details. She did the opposite of what I asked and the end result was because she hadn't heard me from the beginning. A couple time she said "trust me" as she saw me looking at them and not happy about the result. A handful of tips aren't glued flush against my nail. This is annoying as I can see and feel them. Not to mention the possibility of getting an infection underneath. After 2 days every finger on my left hand is lifting around my cuticles. My right hand has a few, but not as bad as the left. I got my nails done for a retreat I went to yesterday (Saturday), my birthday (next Saturday, 4/16) and Easter Sunday. Now I am stuck spending $ I don't have (already gave this place $50) to get these redone by someone else. I will never go back to this place.
