Love this place! Owner Annie and her staff David, Mellie and Tina are wonderful. I've been coming here for years! Prices are reasonable especially compared to other nail spa's in Arizona. They do an amazing job and are always professional *** RITA P. Must have mistaken this Spa for another Nail Spa nearby because this is not a Mom/Dad/Kid business and they would never do a terrible job as they pride themselves on performing great services and customer service.

A good value pedicure! This is a small and clean salon with five nail stations and five pedicure chairs. One of the things I appreciated was the fact that the workers paid attention to their clients and didn't speak a foreign language with each other the entire visit. I don't think I heard a different language once. My friend and I both got pedicures. The lady working on my friend's toes didn't like how the nail polish appeared (much too light) so she got up and grabbed about three to four other polishes in the same color code but darker, for my friend to choose from. I thought that was awesome. The worker clearly took pride in what she was doing and wanted my friend to be happy too. We both had ordered the mid range pedi that includes a hot stone massage. My gal forgot the stone massage but I did get the hot towel rub down and paraffin wax. The cheese grater type of tool she used for the dry skin on my heels was bigger than normal so a lot of dry skin was taken off. Maybe a little too much because for two to three days after it felt like my heels were cracking. Overall we were both really happy and will return.

This is my first time visiting AP Nails. I made an appointment the day before, arrived about ten minutes early and was seated immediately. The nail tech was very good. The price is extremely reasonable for a pedicure. I chose the middle priced one which included paraffin wax. The salon is very clean - the most important aspect of coming here. I will definitely choose AP Nails on a regular basis for my monthly pedicure. read more

New to the area, trying to find nearby services. I was a walk-in on a Friday. The salon is tiny, dingy, smells like cigarette smoke, and is uncomfortably hot. The pedi chairs looked like they came from Temu and were as uncomfortable as they looked. I looked around as I waited in the chair for the next tech. The salon is dusty and dirty. The nail tech came over immediately after finishing with another client, set her box down and proceeded to try and use all the same tools she just used on the previous client. I don't believe they use proper sterilization techniques here. Everyone was very nice and friendly, but I don't care how cheap their prices are, their practices are dangerous to public health. I got up and left and won't be back. read more

I have been going to AP Nails now for almost a year and I can honestly say they do a really good job on my dip nails and I always get a pedicure. They have a nice selection of colors to choose from and everybody is so friendly ! I was reading other reviews and I don't know about Rita what she said about a mom and a dad and a young child. There is no mom and dad or young child doing nails there at all! Annie is the girl I always go to there and she's a real nice lady . Does an excellent job! Reasonable prices, too! read more

I had a gel manicure and regular pedicure. The gel was uneven, lumpy and didn't even cover my entire nail, chipped off in 9 days. The polish on my nails looked like a 4 year old did it. No I cannot recommend. read more

I've bounced from salon to salon for the last six months like Goldilocks...too thin, too thick, too expensive, too far, too rude! And finally thought I'd try this quiet little salon just 2 blocks away. Started with a pedicure by Peter--loved it! He was gentle, he listened, he took his time. Callus removal & gel polish $40. Next date returned for an acrylic fill, French manicure gel polish with Annie. She, too, was so sweet, nice, listened and did a gorgeous job, exactly what I wanted for $30. The salon is neat and by appointment only for Covid so not too many people are there at one time. I think I may have finally found my permanent salon! read more

Horrible customer service experience and prices we're not posted or listed as usual. Owner was really rude and didn't want to refund me my money after services we're complete. Pedicure didn't come with stone and just a basic Pedicure which was very unusual when paying a high price for quality. They abuse seniors and people like me. read more

I went in for a pedicure and was impressed with the cleanliness of the salon and friendliness of the staff. So I ended up getting my nails done as well. They were a mess and I got acrylics put on. It was a pleasant experience and I was surprised by the chatty clientele and staff. I was used to a very quiet time with clients on their phones or watching TV. Came in for dip nails and a pedicure. Had almost no prep done to my finger nails. The dip and my nail shape were both uneven and bumpy. Dip was left all around my nails. My cuticles actually looked worse then when I came in. The pedicure was rushed. Polish was also uneven and left on my skin. The whole service felt extremely rushed. Would not come back. I'm an average guy that does not do pedicures except for when there is a special occasion and my feet are in bad shape from a lot of running and swimming. AP Nails was perfect. They had no problem with doing a pedicure for a guy. I was able to get an appointment easily for the following morning, and when I showed up, there was a nice staff member there ready for me. It wasn't over the top feminine in there and I felt comfortable the whole time. Everything looked very clean and sterilized. No issues the whole time and my feet felt great afterwards. They were nice enough to say that my feet weren't that bad, but I really have no frame of reference. Price was straight forward and I thought a great deal for the service. Love Annie and Peter ! They have been doing my nails for 11 years. They used to have a nail salon in Surprise but moved to Bell and Boswell Blvd. I will happily drive further to come to them. They always do a great job and understand what you want. I have never had a problem with my nails and I know if I ever did, they would take care of it with no argument. The shop in tucked in a fully occupied strip center so it doesn't have that abandoned feeling like many of the small centers in and around Sun City. The techs are a family, like all of them. Mother (Linda), Father (Peter), son (Sonny) and daughter (Kelly). They are all friendly, patient and attentive to customer's needs. By the greetings I've witnessed, they have a first-name-basis clientele and return customers indicates exceptional service. I've found my new go to happy to send others their way!

I don't feel it was expensive but it also isn't cheap, I would say pretty standard - $50 for a gel manicure and they have pedicures that go up to $85 (probably the more luxurious spa like one). The salon is clean and everyone I've interacted with has been kind. It's also a very modern trendy vibe. I have only had gel manicures but I feel I have found my new salon and it's totally worth checking out!

AP Nails is a very professional, clean and excellent salon! Annie and Peter are wonderful entrepreneurs and make everyone feel welcome!! They both do an awesome job: pedicure, manicure, waxing! I've been to other salons in the area, but none are as great as AP Nails!! Why anyone would ever write a bad review, I can't imagine! Negative reviews are totally untrue! If someone is a walk-in, realize that you need to make an appointment, or come back at the time that they tell you would be available!! If you don't commit to coming back, don't be annoyed if the time is taken by someone else. This is a business!! read more

A & P is a wonderful salon & does the best job on my pedicure & nail dip & it's very friendly. A woman posted that A & P is run by a mother, father & daughter with a child running around. She is talking Project nails on the south side of Bell. A & P does not have a child there. I hope she clarifies her review! Not right to give the wrong business a bad review. read more
