The place was clean. I was helped right away without an appointment. The lady was nice, but a bit hard to understand. I had gone in originally for a basic pedicure and some waxing. I was talked into the $45 pedicure, which I agreed to. However, when I they charged me at the end, I was charged $50. I assumed that was a mandatory tip since I did not agree anything more than $45 on the pedicure. I never got the waxing done. They just got too busy. By the time I left, all 3 workers were working on someone, with my pedicure lady working double time. I will return if I am ever in the area again. read more

Whenever you ask them to fix something you don't like they try to blame you and how your nail bed is. Tammy is the only person, besides Tony I let do my toes . I get acrylic on my toes all the time and I told the lady that they were too bulky, instead of trying to fix them or have Tony fix them she continuously kept telling me there's nothing she can do about it. I then later called Tony to see if I could come back and get them reshaped and he acted like he didn't want too, he told me Tammy worked at another salon and didn't know when she would be back. read more

Went here on Saturday was there over 3 hours for a pedicure and fill. On Sunday my nails started bubbling and peeling I went back Monday morning and they fixed them with no problem yesterday my thumb nail started to bubble now there is no paint on my thumb nail and the nail on my middle finger broke and it hasn't even been a week I'm assuming it's because they went crazy filing on Monday when they were fixing the polish. I have been to many, I mean MANY nails salons around the valley and never have I EVER had such a bad job. They burned me at least 2 to 3 times, one of which bled and did they stop at any point to tend it? No. They were so rushed to get through to the next person. I got moved to the salon owner and it wasn't any better. I told him the shape I wanted, nope, he rounded them out. They were so thick from the girl first guy on my left hand he had a file them down again. I thought he fix the ridges, nope, pretended to not see them. Will NEVER be back to this place. read more

Unfortunately I will not be back nor recommend this place. Jay left some of my old dark color on the edges then he leaves me with blotchy uneven gel nails. During the manicure he clipped me a couple times. I was suppose to get a pedicure afterwards and I most definitely passed! Wasted $$$ now will have to go home to get this embarrassing look off my nails!!! So sad!! read more

I have not been able to have nice nails since I bought my house. I have gone to several salons and had gel that lifted in a week. I went to Candy at this salon and she suggested the SNS. Well it is the best product ever. It is a cross between acrylic and gel. It lasts for a month. Doesn't lift and I have received so many compliments. So happy and love it. read more

I am an avid salon goer for both my fingers and toes, and if I could give no stars I would. Do not go here! Spare yourself the agony of poor communication and customer service. Not to mention this place is filthy! My nail technician decided to become a podiatrist over night and decided I had an ingrown toenail that needed removal without even asking me! I was talking to my daughter when I felt her cutting deep into my toenail bed! I said ouch and she continued and said "you have ingrown toenail"! Seriously I knew I had it and it was literally almost grown out and I had no pain! I woke up the next morning to my toe red and hot and throbbing. I went in to show the manager and He shooed me away by saying it happened because I had an ingrown toenail. I said to him my nails were pain and infection free before yesterday! I am now sitting on my couch elevating an infected toe that was caused by improper cleanliness of tools and no real knowledge of ingrown toenail removal. I truly feel violated and mistreated by this salon and I will never step foot into this place again! read more

Just tried to get a pedicure. I showed up at 6 pm, knowing that the business closed at 7. I was checked in immediately and then say and waited for 25 minutes. An associate approached me and said "Do you know that we close at 6:30?" The business hours are clearly to close at 7:00 pm and she refused to serve me. Go somewhere else if you're looking for a pedicure or to get your nails done. They are obviously more interested in closing early than serving their customers. read more

DO NOT GO HERE. I have never received worse customer service from a nail salon. I called and set an appointment ahead, but when I came in, still had to wait 25 minutes. No big deal, more time to decide colors. The man- I'm assuming "Tony" asks me how short I want my nails. I say "there's a couple broke short ones, I need them all about the same length as those." I'm watching TV, trusting him with my nails. He starts to paint them without taking off any length at all. So again I say, "no I need them all shorter, like these ones". So he then takes the clippers and cuts a short nail shorter. So I say "okay now that's too short, but that's okay just make them all like that now". He cuts another nails and says "is this okay" and I just shrug and nod. ******this man raises his voice at me and says rudely "I said is this a good length or not?!"******** I was literally speechless that I had just been yelled at by the person I am PAYING to do my nails the way I want them done. I have been coming here for almost a year simply because I'm not from Arizona, I moved here a year ago and it was right by my house. I am an advent nail doer and not only do I go but whenever my mom comes in we both go. Because it's what we like to do together. I try to go twice a month, but At least once. After today I will be looking for a new place to get my nails done indefinitely. When I walked in and signed it, a women came in right behind me and was seen immediately. Two other women came in after they asked how long was the wait they were told by Tony the owner it was only 10 minutes. They sat me down to soak my feet and the 3 women that came after me were all attended to before me I sat there waiting over 30 minutes soaking my feet. I was about to get up and leave and a lady come over to me. So I said forget it I waited this long I might as well just get it done. Oh and I forgot to mention while I was soaking my feet he asked me to move to another chair. After the girl finishes my feet we go over to the nail side, while she is doing my nails Tony again asks me to move to another station. Just like Tish G said in her review I don't think it's a coincidence that I was the only non Caucasian in the salon. So he then has the girl that was doing my nails stop doing my nails and work on someone else after he has me move so the other girl could sit there. He comes over to start painting my nails, and it's not like I'm getting gel, or fake nails it's just painting my real nails. He has me pay before he does my nails, once he finishes painting them I'm waiting for him to circle back and clean up the edges, where he got paint on my skin and I even tell him. He says to me oh no it will come off when you wash your hands later. EXCUSE ME, I already paid for a service I had been there since 10:45am and didn't leave until 1:15pm, and your going to tell me your not going to clean up the paint that you left all over my hands????? I looked at him, and I'm like oh, okay. I took pictures and sent them to my boyfriend and he agreed with me that was unacceptable. After Tony again the owner, saw me taking pictures of my nails then he walked over to me and "cleaned" up my hands. You can clearly see by the picture he did a piss poor job. Have gone here several times and will continue coming back. Nice atmosphere, pleasant staff, always able to get you in right away without an appointment, and provide complimentary bottled water. Typically see children with their mothers and the staff are good-natured and accommodating. I usually get regular polish (not gel) and my mani lasts about 3-4 weeks, while my pedi lasts about 6-8 weeks. That's awesome considering sometimes my mani doesn't even make it a week! They are also open late, and that's sooo helpful with my busy schedule. Definitely will continue coming here. read more

Seemed like nice people however when I was there they were woefully understaffed. After waiting 10 minutes for a chair then spending over 20 minutes with my feet in the water waiting for a pedicure and being told it will just be a minute I decided it wasn't worth it. A bit frustrating to see the majority of their spa chairs open and hear staff in the back talking and walking around. I was a walk in so maybe that had something to do with it. The owner Tony only caters to who he feels like. He is unprofessional he will pass you over and make you wait for long periods of time. I've never been so annoyed and offended in this place of business. I went back after two weeks ago against my better judgement. I felt my nails itching and hurting for a few days it appears to be an irritation after getting my nails done here. I was concerned with getting an infection so I soaked my nails daily in alcohol to halt any infection. I don't think the girl cleaned the the nippers etc. I will never do business with Tony, nor will I refer anyone. If your Caucasian he will treat you like a queen. read more

Will never be returning to this place. The $10.00 off coupon deal is a scam...I was a long time costumer (used to love this place when it was Annie's nails). I started to notice that if they had an opportunity they would increase the price....(when I brought my mom in). Last month I turned in my 10 visit coupon for $10.00 l...instead of taking $10.00 off they gave me another coupon for next visit....Hmmmmm. Tried again this month and presented my $10.00 off coupon ...and instead of $10.00 off they gave me a $20.00 off coupon and confirmed full price for when I do 10 more visits....I again confirmed the price...and the young lady showed me the $20.00 off coupon... I paid, even gave her and woman who did my eyebrows a tip...but informed them I wouldn't ever be returning. I really don't care about the $10.00...just the fact that they try to get one over if they can....I assured them I would be letting other people know...and all of a sudden they said, "oh she doesn't understand English" and made it seem like I didn't understand...I understood very clear the difference between a $10.00 off and presenting me with another coupon...Hope it's worth a good customer who always tipped generously...too many other places to take my business too. read more
