I've been going here for a few years and the service has always been ok. Not spectacular but not terrible. The closeness to my house is what kept me returning. I went last week and had the worst experience. The man that did my pedicure acted like I was such a bother and inconvenience to him. The pedicure itself was very quick and extremely basic. I felt like I was being rushed out. The customer he helped after me asked him something (I didn't hear) and he audibly signed and rolled his eyes. The pedicure was listed at $29 however I was charged $30. Not too much of a big deal but either change the menu, provide an itemized receipt showing the extra $1 is taxes or somehow inform the customer of the price change. After I paid with a debit card I asked for a stamp on the loyalty card that I had picked up from the stack on the counter. I was told that you only get a loyalty stamp if you pay in cash. Nowhere on the card, desk, menu, etc does it say that. I honestly felt like my business was not needed at Capri so after 4 years I will surely be finding a salon that appreciates all of their customers. read more

Unfortunately the nail person who did my pedicure did not do a good job. She didn't clean up the nails so there was residual nail polish that I had to ask to be cleaned later by a different tech bc she went in the back right away. They also don't have uv lights for feet so my nails didn't dry and are now ruined by accidentally hitting something with my foot. Wouldn't recommend. read more

i came here because of the pictures and reviews. let's start with the cleanliness of the salon 2/5. not clean at all! the designs i asked for were very amateur and i could not be accommodated. my nails were rushed and played on, so much so, i left because i was over her painting my nails, removing it, just to "try" again. did not have time to sit while she experimented. went back the next day because i was not satisfied with my nails at all, this time asked for cat eye something even simpler only to find that NONE of the cat eye activators in the salon worked & she once again was experimenting on my nails. just for them to begin to chip the very next day due to old thick polish and bulky application. will never return. read more

I don't really like celebrating my birthday but the nail ladies here actually listened to my requests and gave me what I wanted. They were extremely helpful and gave good suggestions and still let me have options to choose. They didn't force their own opinion onto me like other nail ladies from different locations have done to me in the past. My nails turned out beautiful and the lady who did my nails made me feel comfortable because she never got frustrated with me or anything and she was also funny. i know some nail ladies yank your hands or tug and twist your fingers but i actually had the best experience here. I got the nails i always wanted to try out! cat eyes ! She used my natural nails for this because acrylics make me uncomfortable and she just added gel polish and then the cat eyes. read more

Was my first time at this salon and will be my last. Please don't waste your money here, they charged me $65 for the acrylic gel manicure and it ended up like this... I was originally scheduled with the owners wife, but she left mid manicure due to having an appointment. She just passed me onto the next person and this tech messed up my nails so bad. I told the tech she messed up and I wanted it fixed, she then said the reason they looked so bad was because the size of my fingers... how does that have anything to do with your technique? Please avoid the tech who has short hair and purple glasses, she was very offensive I will never recommend going here. I hope they go out of business with the way they rip people off like that. read more

To be completely honest the only reason I come here is because it's only $20 for a gel/shellac manicure where other places are $35-40. They were very busy when I went. I came with a party of four but they only had two chairs open. The since two in my part were male and not sure about getting a pedicure in the first place, they had no problem leaving to look at other stuff while waiting for us. The staff was very nice and told us just to call about twenty minute in advance for a larger party. They also said mornings were slower on Sunday's since we went Sunday evening. The pedicure was nice. I got a callous removal which they told me was five dollars more. No biggy. The guy made it so it is smooth all around. No cuts or anything like that. The staff was very pleasant. My sister loved the massage that included the full calf. I would go back there again. read more
