I called on a Saturday morning for a gel mani /pedi and they were able to accommodate my time. I was slightly late and they still took me, which was nice because they were definitely busy. Queen was quite the character and I appreciated her sassy presence! She also took over from the pedi tech when she saw my badly ingrown toenail and she easily got in there and removed it! I got the deluxe pedi with paraffin, callus removal and hot stone massage. The massage was very good I almost fell asleep. The place was mostly clean and she did change out the towel after cutting my hails and doing the callus removal. It always takes me a few times to determine if I like the place but after my first time I was happy and will be back. read more

I have been coming here for 3 years and was disappointed when I found out Queen and Larry were no longer there. I was told by the new guy upfront that she MAY be coming back but by the way it was said I highly doubted that. The decor was changed, there was new equipment and new employees. I am very observant so to see these thingsI knew something was off. I wish the guy would have been upfront and honest about it when I initially asked. Lisa has been doing my pedicures since then and she does a good job. I just would have appreciated some honesty. The employees here were SO kind , And made my experience here wonderful! Super cute interior of the place, good music, Amazing customer service, my pedicure was fantastic I got the luxury pedicure it came with all the works including a massage, and hot stones and hot towels it was wonderful, the massage chairs felt awesome during my pedicure also. The nail tech I got was really sweet and very good with the shaping and colors that I wanted she helped me choose the best colors and options for what I was wanting. I have now been to King & Queen nails & spa twice. I cannot recommend it enough! Queen does an incredible job and has great attention to detail! Even though she is a perfectionist, she is still very time efficient. I personally work on a ranch with donkeys, pigs and lots of energetic dogs. With that being said, my nails lasted weeks without a single chip or break. I've been to other nails salons and none of their sets lasted as long. I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of work. I wanted to treat myself and a good friend to a gel pedicure before we set off for a beach vacation. We looked at all the options and thought the glow in the dark gel would be fun. Both of us checked in the dark many times in multiple spaces and nothing glowed in the dark. When I called and expressed my angst she said "no one else complains" and offered a mere $5.00 for an over $100.00 charge. Wow wow wow! Randomly picked this place because it was close to my house. Henry did my nails and was great! But what blew me away was how attentive everyone was. Chloe was doing another girls nails next to me and SLAYED the design. Chloe checked in multiple times to make sure I was happy with my nails. Her hubby was working the front desk and he checked in too making sure I had water and snacks. They really care here. Henry did a great job on my nails and if you're someone who wants a fun design I wouldn't hesitate to bring in inspo for Chloe. This place was a hidden gem. read more

Decided to try this nail establishment after reading the Yelp reviews. Glad I did. I went in for a Gel Mani & Gel Pedi. Dorothy did both my nails and toes and she did an excellent job. She was friendly and very gentle. After selecting my nail color and telling her I was attending a wedding this weekend and showing the dress I was planning to wear, she recommended adding a chrome color to my pink finish and topped it with what I call some sort of French mani. I've finally found my favorite nail spot! My mom and I love to get our nails done together. We've tried many local salons but have never felt like we found a favorite. This location happened to be 8 mins from my house so we took a chance and tried it! The store is tucked in a plaza near the highway. The inside is well decorated and so clean! I got an acrylic full set by Queen, the owner, who was so sweet and funny! I love the shape, length and color. My mom got a french tip acrylic fill by Dorothy and she also loves her nails! The thickness, length, color, all beautiful. Dorothy even reshaped my mom's French tip. She has such precision line work! We're both impressed. Scheduled an appointment for dip during my lunch hour. My nails look great and they were able to also fit in a polish change on my toes. The owners show that they care about the needs of their customers by asking me what I am looking for in a salon (fast, quality service) and then actually doing this. I just got my nails done here and the couple that owns the salon are possibly the sweetest people on planet earth. They truly care about their customers, know folks by name and take great pride in their work. I had my nails done at another location and they were very, very bad when I got here. Queen worked miracles and they turned out wonderful. I like super natural which most nail techs try to talk me out of. She was supportive and made me feel like a million bucks. My wife and i have been coming here for over a year i get a pedi and she gets whatever she wants. The owners and staff are amazing people and make you feel welcomed and at home when you're there they joke and have an awesome sense of humor. We have never had an issue waiting unless we just walk in when it's busy. If your just a walk in with no appointment they may or may not get to u but they do amazing work and from what I've seen are very professional to everyone whom comes thru their doors. Either they can get u in or u cant if you show up during a holiday you cant expect to get right in as most places this salon will work a time with you and make sure you can get set up. IF I COULD GIVE THEM 10 STARS I WOULD!! Queen and King go above and beyond to take care of their customers! Salon was comfortable and clean. King did a wonderful job on my pedicure and they both worked passed closing to get me all taken care of. Queen safely removed my old set and took her time with my nails to give me exactly what I asked for! The pedicure was listed at $29 however I was charged $30. Not too much of a big deal but either change the menu, provide an itemized receipt showing the extra $1 is taxes or somehow inform the customer of the price change. After I paid with a debit card I asked for a stamp on the loyalty card that I had picked up from the stack on the counter. I was told that you only get a loyalty stamp if you pay in cash. Nowhere on the card, desk, menu, etc does it say that. I honestly felt like my business was not needed at Capri so after 4 years I will surely be finding a salon that appreciates all of their customers.

One thing to note is that they do not accept Apple Pay, and I ended up tipping my nail tech through Venmo since I believe they only take cash. Total I probably spent $65ish with tip. Since I just wanted a French manicure, I told her I just wanted the tips then. She then proceeded to tell her husband in Vietnamese that she shouldn't have given me the option because I ended up choosing the less expensive of the two. Now let me preface that I am Asian, Vietnamese to be exact. So I can understand everything that she was saying. I don't know why she didn't think that I could possibly understand what they were saying, but whatever reason she clearly did not think that I was Vietnamese. Was I super happy with my nails at the end of the day? It was just all right. I feel like the powder she put on made my nails look super thick and very fat and wide at the ends. Aside from not being too excited about my nails, the one star was because of the fact that her and her husband talked crap about every person in that salon and the people who were calling in to make appointments. I hate when they do this. They even complained about me, when they did my pedicure. They complained about the two ladies who left while I was there and how they were cheap and did not tip very well and scoffed at them about it. They complained about the older lady who finished her manicure and pedicure, and asked if she could get her eyebrows done saying that lady was needy and they will just get it done real fast just to get more money. And Nicole? If you are the Nicole that called in asking if you could come in on that Saturday for a manicure anytime after 10 AM and after putting you on hold for about five minutes and coming back and letting you know that they could do 11 AM or 2 PM and you chose the 2 PM. They proceeded to complain about you too about why you didn't choose the 11 AM if that option was there considering you said it needed to be after 10 AM. They said you could've saved them a lot of time if you just said you could come in at 2 PM instead of saying anytime after 10 AM because then they wouldn't have to figure out their schedule and figure a proper time that they could fit you in. Also, while she was doing my nails, it was very clear that her and her husband were playing some kind of video game on their cell phones, which involved farming or something because you gather stuff to get coins. She would literally do my nails with one hand and go feed her cows or whatever before the time ran out and she wouldn't get her coins. It got to the point where she would tell her husband to get on her phone and farm for her. He also was on his phone doing his own farming so they would argue about not helping each other out. Anyhow, any salon can do the most beautiful nails, but I would never come back knowing that all they do is talk crap about their customers in Vietnamese. If you frequent this place and think you're a favorite customer, I would think again. There were ladies walking out that they knew them by name. and would say see you next time and the minute they walked out would say something negative.
