The employees here were SO kind , And made my experience here wonderful! Super cute interior of the place, good music, Amazing customer service, my pedicure was fantastic I got the luxury pedicure it came with all the works including a massage, and hot stones and hot towels it was wonderful, the massage chairs felt awesome during my pedicure also. The nail tech I got was really sweet and very good with the shaping and colors that I wanted she helped me choose the best colors and options for what I was wanting. I have now been to King & Queen nails & spa twice. I cannot recommend it enough! Queen does an incredible job and has great attention to detail! Even though she is a perfectionist, she is still very time efficient. I personally work on a ranch with donkeys, pigs and lots of energetic dogs. With that being said, my nails lasted weeks without a single chip or break. I've been to other nails salons and none of their sets lasted as long. I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of work. King and Queen is recently under new management. I made a reservation 5 days in advance It was for 2 dip manicures and 2 pedicures. We arrived on time and we were both asked to select a color. 30 minutes later one of us was seated for a manicure and one for a pedicure. My pedicure was about 5 minutes from completion; I should have been next for a manicure. Suddenly a walk-in appeared and the nail tech started working on her nails. I commented on being next in line and the man that I assume was a manger said "we did not know that you were getting a manicure" If that was the case, why did he have me pick a nail color? Waiting for an available nail tech would have meant waiting at least another hour and I had already been at the salon for 2 hours. So I left. I have been a client at King and queen for 2 years and I can say that it is not the same with out Queen and Larry, I most likely will find a new nail salon! read more

I wanted to treat myself and a good friend to a gel pedicure before we set off for a beach vacation. We looked at all the options and thought the glow in the dark gel would be fun. Both of us checked in the dark many times in multiple spaces and nothing glowed in the dark. When I called and expressed my angst she said "no one else complains" and offered a mere $5.00 for an over $100.00 charge. She was talking and eating corn on the cob at the same time, rude and disgusting. Would personally never go here again. read more

I had previously went to a different salon and my nails were a mess, after Queen was finished I couldn't believe how beautiful my nails looked. Decided to try this nail establishment after reading the Yelp reviews. Glad I did. I went in for a Gel Mani & Gel Pedi. Dorothy did both my nails and toes and she did an excellent job. She was friendly and very gentle. After selecting my nail color and telling her I was attending a wedding this weekend and showing the dress I was planning to wear, she recommended adding a chrome color to my pink finish and topped it with what I call some sort of French mani. I've finally found my favorite nail spot! My mom and I love to get our nails done together. We've tried many local salons but have never felt like we found a favorite. This location happened to be 8 mins from my house so we took a chance and tried it! The store is tucked in a plaza near the highway. The inside is well decorated and so clean! I got an acrylic full set by Queen, the owner, who was so sweet and funny! I love the shape, length and color. My mom got a french tip acrylic fill by Dorothy and she also loves her nails! Scheduled an appointment for dip during my lunch hour. My nails look great and they were able to also fit in a polish change on my toes. The owners show that they care about the needs of their customers by asking me what I am looking for in a salon (fast, quality service) and then actually doing this. I just got my nails done here and the couple that owns the salon are possibly the sweetest people on planet earth. They truly care about their customers, know folks by name and take great pride in their work. I had my nails done at another location and they were very, very bad when I got here. I've finally found "my nail salon." I went here for the first time today and I'm beyond impressed and pleased with my nails! I couldn't decide on a color and King decided the perfect shade for me. He did an excellent job in my nails, by far the best set I've had in YEARS. His attention to detail is great, making sure the shape, length and thickness of my nails were exactly how I wanted. He really takes pride in his work and his customer service skills were top notch. Everyone in the salon seemed nice and seemed to have a friendly demeanor with the other customers there.
