I received a very good pedicure here from Vanna! I arrived fairly soon before closing on a Saturday, but they were still able to take care of me. Despite my late arrival, my pedicure was thorough and did not feel rushed. They had ample nail polish colors to choose from and the salon felt clean and tidy. Vanna was meticulous with my pedicure and made a point to ensure that I was pleased with my polish color and the experience as a whole. I would certainly return next time I'm in the area. read more

I did not want to leave a review but as they have ignored my several text messages and left me with a terrible experience I feel I should share. I went to this salon in January and it still annoys me to this day. I went in for eyelash extensions set, as she began the process, i immediately was questioning it because when she placed the strips underneath my eyes she poked them several times and then proceeded to tell me it was my fault for blinking. Like you're literally stabbing my eye? I gave her the benefit of the doubt and continued through the process hoping it was just a hiccup. Unfortunately, not even 10 minutes after leaving the appt, i have several lashes come out and falling off. I messaged the salon the same day about this issue and finally after several messages they responded the day after, agreeing to let me come in to discuss. They ended up giving me a partially refund and I just went home hoping to have some lashes left for the price I paid. Two days after I had lost about almost all the lashes she had put on, I proceeded to call and message again asking for a full refund because I had paid $140 w/ tip for the appt. The lash tech denied giving me a full refund and said she would return my tip. It's now 7 months later and my tip was never sent back. As this was my first time experiencing lash extensions I was very upset and disappointed I spent my money on something so bad. I highly don't recommend going here for lashes unless you're wanting to waste money. read more

The lady was really sweet but she kept Messing up and saying oops sorry. The shape of my nails was totally messed up and my regular place did them to perfection...one week after SNS nails and the top coat is chipping off. This actually started less than a week from leaving this place. I don't know what products they use but they need to upgrade read more

Very disappointed. I called a week ago to schedule an appointment for today at 10am. I show up around 9:40am and the place is closed, although the website says they open at 9:30am. I wait until 10am and there is no one there. I wait until 10:10am and still no one to open the place. I'm not blaming them for me showing up 20 mins early but they need to update their hours. And they need to show up on time especially since I made an appointment ahead of time. I went to another nail salon. I was looking forward to getting my nails done since I haven't done them in 2 years. This was going to be a treat for me before going on vacation but it did not work out. read more

Cute place, clean, wonderful staff! We really enjoyed our fills and pedicure. We've found our new go-to nail salon!

Man pedi with wife today. Excellent experience, easily the best one I've ever had. The place is super clean, conveniently located, and the staff was very cordial. I'll definitely be back for future services. read more

I visited Nails-N-Spa yesterday on Sunday. Vera did an awesome job with a fancy jeweled acrylic and gel manicure and sparkly toe pedicure. I have gone to the same person for more than 15 years but it seems it is time for a change! Vera understood my wants and needs and I will return to her wonderful service! read more

This place is ran by Vanna for nails and her Mom for pedis. It's usually quiet when I go but the tv is always on plus music. I would rather just have music. It's been requested to only pay by cash or check for them to avoid the credit card charge. I usually remember to take a check, but I've never gone to a nail salon before where this was asked. Color choices are good, although sometimes all the colors don't have matching toe and nail sets. The pedis are good even if the massage is short. The price is better than most around here. Sometimes they are closed on Mondays so always call first. Sometimes they are closed in the summer on Sundays, so again, always call first. read more

First time here and I loved it! Very small salon, about 8 mani chairs and about the same for pedi. Vanna did my gel color and the other gal finished. I 've spent a little less in Scottsdale salons, not much, but the quality does not compare to this salon! So glad its near my home. Tons of gel colors to choose from and they take their time. Very enjoyable experience. Please give them a try. Small, quiet and relaxing without the 8 million people like other salons. read more

Vanna is so great. I am so picky when it comes to my nails and was driving almost a half hour to get my nails done until i found Nail N Spa. She takes her time and is a perfectionist. I highly recommend coming here! read more

Vanna is awesome! The studio is beautiful and serene. My nail salon from now on!!! My dipped nails are beautiful and not too thick looking. Perfectly shaped and ready for Thanksgiving read more

Relaxing , wonderful service at Nails-N-Spa once again. I've been here about a half dozen times and they consistently welcome me warmly and promptly! Vanna the salon owner is assisted by her sweet Mom, Hannah, and lovely Katie! Today I'm getting a manicure in an effort to keep my nails looking clean and healthy. A gentle hand and arm massage is part of the $16.00 basic manicure. My daughter is having the full treatment - pedicure ($25) and manicure! The salon is clean, music is enjoyable, really comfy pedi chairs that massage your back while your tootsies are transformed and there is adequate parking right outside the door and some shady spots too - so important during a Sonoran Summer! Use the 20% off for first timers and check this oasis out! read more

I was looking for a salon that does SNS dipping powder and I was so glad to find this place. The salon is very neat and clean. They had a wide selection of SNS colors to choose from. Rather than caking on the layers to resemble acrylic nails, she did nice thin layers to resemble nail polish. I will definitely be back for a pedicure as I've heard great things about it. read more

Vanna is so sweet and did a fresh set of sns tips that came out amazing. Was able to get in quick for an appt and left happy ! Will be back !! read more

This Nail Salon is excellent. My nails and toes are always beautiful. My nails last a long time and I ALWAYS receive compliments on them. Vanna is the Owner and I have followed her from her previous North Scottsdale location. It is well worth my 15 minute drive. The prices are fair and they also offer Waxing and Eyelash Extensions! Also working at this Salon are Katie and "C" who also had a Salon in North Scottsdale for years. Together they have joined forces and offer fabulous work. The prices are fair and you will not be disappointed. If you aren't happy with your current Salon OR looking for new services, give this Salon a try - you will not be disappointed! read more

Having just moved from San Diego to Phoenix, I have spent the last year trying to find the "right" nail salon. Today I found it! Nails-N-Spa has a wonderful relaxing atmosphere and my nails look great. I chose to have a regular manicure and a pedicure that included a hot stone massage and callus removal. The salon is clean and the owner/staff--friendly. Thank you Vanna for the warm welcome and great service. read more

V takes the best care of me every time I go in! This nail spot is the best. Truly the best in Cave Creek and surrounding area.

Top quality on manicure and pedicures with a terrific selection of gel polish colors.

I was able to get a pedicure without an appointment. The building is small and clean. Good English speakers. Good price, 20% off first time customers. 6 manicure chairs and 6 pedicure chairs with massagers. I hadn't had a pedicure in a while and they did a good job getting all the dry skin off of my feet. I will be back!! read more

I got a gel pedicure from Vana and what I assume to be her mother based off the previously reviews. It was WONDERFUL. They took their time and made sure I was comfortable. This is my new go-to spot for pedicures! I even got 20% off for being a new customer. read more

Am a regular here for nails and the like...if you are in the area, a reasonable, convenient, clean, and service-oriented business. Vanna is the best, and her mom is adorable. A great family owned business. They take walk-ins, but it would help to call ahead for an appointment because they can get busy at peak hours. Highly recommend!!! read more

This is a great nail salon.... I'm very particular about my nails and after trying several other salons, I am so glad I finally found this little gem. Vanna, the owner is so friendly, professional and does an amazing job on my gel nails and pedicure. She also does an amazing job on my eyebrow waxing and tinting, which I am also very particular about! I highly recommend you giving this place a try. You won't be disappointed! read more

I had the very worst experience at this nail solon. I went in to have my nails done and was insulted repeatedly by an employee named Tony. He got very angry with me and said very rude things . I also have arthritis in my fingers and he purposely bent my fingers which caused extreme pain. I am not sure what is wrong with this man, but he surely should not be employed in a serviced oriented role... This was my first time going to Nails-N-spa and believe me, I will never go back under any circumstance... I personally was afraid to return to ask for my money back, but after I explained what had happened to my husband, he did go back and talked to the manager and she did refund my money.... My recommendation is to not frequent this business.... read more
